Had a 2:30 appointment. They called a day ahead to see if I would like to change to noon instead. No call at noon. Called them at 12:40 and told the doctor was with another appointment, but that I was checked in and doctor would call. No call. Called back at 1:00 and told again doctor was with another patient and they would have him call. Here it is 1:10 and still no call. Should have just stuck with the 2:30 at this point!!!

The doctor was great when i first saw him but i don’t recommend this place if you have something you really need to get checked out. They had to reschedule an appointment time with me so i showed up at the new time but they didn’t even call me until my original time. Unfortunately i had to change my work schedule last minute because they called last minute. Then they call the day before my next appointment to reschedule AGAIN because they overbooked. But i already asked for more time off of work. Needless to say I’m finding a new cardiologist.I recommend this place if you don’t have a job or can change your schedule without any notice, because the doctor was great.

I have been going to this office for the last few months. I am 45 and had very bad vericose veins on one leg. I was so nervous at first but the minute I was greeted I felt comfortable. The Staff is amazing, caring and so comforting. They were easy to talk to and explained every question I had. I even find myself having a few laughs there. Which is definitely the best medicine!! Every day I’m feeling better! I would like to personally Thank Priscilla and Charlene for squeezing me in to take care of my needs. The process was almost painless and little to no down time. Thank you to all of your staff you are amazing. I will highly recommend you. Two thumbs up! Keep it up!

I have been visiting Dr. Kafris office over the past few months on heart related issues. I just recently completed an examination where I had to be sedated. I think Dr. Kafri is an excellent dedicated doctor with an easy going bedside manner. His staff are friendly and helpful. I will be seeing him again at his new location as his practice is growing. I can see why.

Dr. Kafri has been extremely patient and thorough. He has taken the time to explain everything in an understandable way thats easy to digest, while answering any of my questions. He truly makes you feel as though he genuinely cares, and gives the best possible care.

They sold me on a new painless vein seal appointment 9am, tried to sneak in form change to ablation ( very painful) , then kept me waiting 2.5 hrs for rep who never showed. Very unprofessional. Had the unmitigated Gaul to call me back asking if I would come back at 1 pm !!! Yea. Be right there.

Dr. Kafri is very helpful and curious to help you with your heart problems.Not likely other doctors, he is taking his time to figure out what actually causes the problem that you face.Would recommend him anytime again. Especially very interesting to see as well how he takes care of the kids at the futbol factory in eastlake. He gives a lot of good recommendations on how to live a healthier life.
