They don’t answer phone despite being by appointment. You show up and girl at check in has attitude cause you came in without appointment. Common sense is answer phone. Worst lab ever

If I could give this zero stars I would. This facility used to accept walk ins but did not post to their website that they are no longer doing so. So I drove all the way over there 6 months pregnant and exhausted because their La Mesa location is rarely open (and also does not post when they are going to close to their website).The receptionist immediately gave me attitude and refused to let me make an appointment with her. She instead handed me a piece of paper with a phone number on it that does not work. Its an automated message that tells me no matter what city or zip code I give them in SD county that there are, no services in your area,When I went to their website to schedule there a few weeks ago it said all locations in San Diego were booked out. Now it pulls up a BLANK screen, every time.This company has now become impossible to work with.

This place is terrible and they dont answer phone calls. What a joke nothing but unprofessional clowns who waste your time I truly hope this place goes under.

I actually had a really pleasant experience. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The employees were very nice. I was also the only one here so I dont know how it would be if the facility was full.

Made my appointment right online. It was easy and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Made me wait for one hour inspite I had an appointment. They served other customers first and advised me to have an appointment next time. Whats the point? If you dont follow the appointments

Look this place has unrealistic hours and wont watch a kid while u piss in a cup for a couple seconds. Crappy parking situation and crappy staff members if there is a way they can make ur life hard they will its too bad you cant avoid this place.

Hours are different for each type of test service they provide. Supposed to be confidential on clients but leave the employee door open for other clients to hear when tester talks out loud.

Hours they have when you call in and hours posted in the office are completely different

Usually, quick and easy.
