Just left the salon that I just visited for the first time and I’ve already made up my mind; this will be the salon I go to for the long run!First, Sam asked me what we were working on today and listened intently on what I needed and was looking for. My damaged, fine hair had a bit of a complicated order and Sam took the time to talk his thoughts on what we should do through with me.After a shampoo, he got to work and turned the whole interaction into a fun time, talking about his family, his work, and schooling... it was like talking to an old friend. All the while checking in with me about what was going on on my head.He then finished up; drying my hair and taking a closer look at what needed to be done. He even did a little flat ironing for me to show me how it would improve the look of my hair! He took the extra mile to ask about my hair routine and urged me to switch from my round-brush-hair-dryer brush to a flat iron on dry hair with heat protectant. Makes sense.Such a wonderful man with a wonderful personality and even better skills! 10/10. Sam, you’re a gem! Can’t wait to see you again!

Sam is my favorite person in the world! He is the only person I trust with my hair, and I recommend him to everyone. He really listens to what you need for your hair, and he also give great advice for hair growth and overall hair health. I was looking for a new threading place. I saw a sign on the window for threading and walked in. Sam was very pleasant. I asked if he took walk ins and he said yes. I quickly was sat down. Very hospitable and offered me coffee. He quickly did my eyebrows and found the shape, which some people struggle with. His price was better than other places. I would definitely recommend calling before going just to double check his availability. I also bought Joico products and he carries different brands as well. I haven’t tried his haircuts yet. However I did a conditioning hair treatment and my hair was soft.

I came here for a hair cut and I loved it. Plus the guy who did my hair cut was very nice. He washed my hair before as well and he put oils fornmy damaged hair, no extra charge. Recommend!!

I have tied so many different salons, only to be a disappointing haircut. I found United Hair Salon, talked with Sam the owner,he listens to what a person wants in their haircut,the first time for me was good but the second time after I knew finally what style I wanted,well I found my favorite hair salon,now my brother even goes there and he is happy with his cut. I walked in with a hair disaster of bleaching my own hair was horrible and orangey dead and my hair came out beautiful a lot healthier then when I walked in! would absolutely go back! He was great! great customer service as well!

Sam is talented with color, cut and even threading. Evidently hes an esthetician too! The prices cannot be beat! Hes very easy to get in with (I scheduled using Yelp). I went in feeling tired and sad. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. His kindness and compassion were evident in the way he talked about family and listened to my troubles. I found my new stylist. Expert care for a price I could actually afford.
