This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I don’t think I will ever go back of get it again!! The lady was very nice and made me feel comfortable but the actual wax itself was horrible. I am 39 weeks pregnant and I wanted everything to be nice and tidy down there for when the time came and that is not the case!! Since seeing down there is a bit tricky when your 39 weeks pregnant I trusted the waxers at this place and it was extremely painful. Instead of one solid rip I got three yanks just to get the wax off! They went over the same spot almost 3 times in every spot! I felt like more layers of my skin came off with the wax then the hair. It still feels fuzzy not baby smooth and it hurt extremely bad for 2 days!! I couldn’t wipe with anything other then wet wipes! Day 3 and a million bumps and ingrown hairs have appeared and I even bought and used the serum they suggested! It is still sore and now it looks hideous! I would not recommend this service to anyone or maybe just not this place. I didn’t know what to expect with it being my first time but many of my friends assured me that it’s not supposed to feel that way and it sounds like I received a bad service. It’s really embarrassing and I hope I don’t go into labor anytime soon and people see that mess down there! My husband was excited to see it and kept asking me to see it and I’m to embarrassed to even show him!!! It really is a shame and I have definitely been traumatized by this experience.

Ugh.. I always have issues when I come to this EWC, but I can say I’ve never had an issue with the waxers. Definitely recommend the one in Clairmont though. Front desk and waxers are all great.
