This is a great and very safe living situation as it being a Board and Care. I am able to still stay Solber and Clean throughout my stay here and I can say this is going to continue with great staff workers o would say.Joel D. Huddleston

This facility is a disgrace to El Cajon. It allows residents to act violently and disrupt citizens on Emerald Avenue. Many residents have lived there for years and are worse drug abusers than before. The staff dismisses phone calls of nearby residents when reports of lude behavior, tagging or dangerous activity is reported. This should be a CLOSED facilty or shut down. It alone is responsible for the trash and bad image of Emerald Avenue.
