Waiting room is completely full. No one is behind the window. People with appointments are walking out because of the excessive wait. I might set up a Kool-Aid stand out front & make some bank. 0 stars!

Understaffed. They do not answer phone calls because there is no one to amswer them. They do not have anyone at the window to assist or aid those who need it with the computer self check in. Wait times are over 2 hours since they only have 1 person working. It is so backed up there is no seating in the waiting room. A lot of peole have left because of the long wait and lack of seating. Completely unacceptable.

This place is so inefficient. I absolutely dread every time I have to come here. The waiting times are excessive and the people working are angry and obviously don’t care. I’m stuck going here because my employer has UHC.

This place is a huge scam. The first time I came in, I was told that I had a $30 copay and that their credit card machine wasnt working so I had to pay cash. I had to come in two weeks later for follow up tests, this time same copay but was told that didnt take payments in store anymore and I would be billed the copay. I had bigger things to worry about so I didnt think much of the changed. I got the bill in the mail for what I thought was the copay for the second payment. I paid the bill, now they are sending me bills stating that I owe them money for the second visit and the bill I paid was for the first visit and that they have no record of the first payment I made. So basically, they flat out stole my money and are demanding more. Do yourself a favor and go to any other lab. The wait times take forever and they obviously dont care about the patients.

SLOWOnly had one person working both times I was here (SAFETY ISSUE???).Waited for over an hour with a toddler. Was here when they opened.
