Im very thankful I went with Brain injury law for my concussion. Ever since the first day I called them theyve gone out of their way to make me feel like they have myback. They were the only ones willing to come meet me when I wasnt able to drive because of my injury, they made time for me when no other law group did. I was in a 3 car accident while I was working and they took care of everything for me and made it all easy to deal with and understand, and when my symptoms werent improving after some time they had a very good selection of specialists to figure out steps for moving forward. The other parties insurance tried to low ball me for settlement and brain injury law fought them and we went to arbitration where they were able to argue in my favor, leaving me with a substantially greater settlement than the initial offer.I felt like they took the time to get to know me, figure out how the concussion was affecting me, and use their knowledge and network to properly defend me from the other insurance company and get me treated and get my life back on track. Well. My dealings with Scott Blair and associates and Brain Injury Law were quite extensive. After being in a severe auto crash which I did not cause and being injured in it by two large trucks, who at every turn, their insurance carriers tried to deny their responsibilities and turned what should have been somewhat cut and dry, into a 4.5 year lawsuit that took everything I had to get through it. Luckily for me, after meeting with Scott and his team, and deciding to hire them, at no personal expense, I was able to count on them through all twists, turns and challenges. Not that it was always easy as Scott has different ideas than I do in how things should happen or be dealt with but we always duked it out and came to a meeting of the minds and when he did in fact come to agree with my train of thought he took the time to express that and let me know he heard me.
