Chuck and his team are the reason I have peace of mind having a septic tank system! Come rain or snow, they know their stuff and they dont waste time getting it done right. Chuck at Network Electric was refered to us by A-1 All County Septic. Our septic system alarm was not working and we werent sure if the pumps were working. We had two other electrical companies send out electricians, both companies said they worked on septic systems. It took three days to get the first guy out, who told us we needed all new pumps and floats and needed to retrench all the electrical. We didnt believe that, so we called another company, they took two days to come out, but the tech sent was honest and said he didnt know anything about septic systems, and wasnt sure why he had been sent by his company, which was frustrating but okay. I then got the referal for Chuck, and he was GREAT on the first phone conversation. He returned my call at 8am, and said he knew the brand of our system and he could be out later that day. He arrived by 12:30 and was done by 1:00pm. It took him 30 minutes to solve our septic problem, and the cost was not much at all, the emergency switch needed to be replaced.
