It was an incredible and one of my best medical experience:1. Made an appointment so fast and easy: I called and got an available time slot within an hour, drove there and checked in right away. This was the only urgent care I found that opened on a late Sunday afternoon in the area.2. Jennifer at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I asked many questions as this was my first time in an emergent situation, and she not only answered all my questions but also provided me extra info that I didnt know I should know in such situation.3. Kathryn who treated me was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. She gave me thorough exam and treatment, explained everything clearly and gave me detailed instructions to follow at home.4. Affordable and clear cost: I paid $180+ in total including prescribed medicine Kathryn gave me on site(saved me a trip to pharmacy). Thats it, NO afterwards unexpected medical bills, what a relief!5. Follow up call the next day: Jennifer and Kathryn called me the next day to ask how I was doing, and answered any question I had. They really care about their patients!I really appreciate Jennifer and Kathryn for turning a panic experience into a wonderful one and highly recommend ZoomCare Edmonds for Urgent care.

I went into ZoomCare while I was in Edmonds visiting my family, and the process was great. I made an apt the morning I wanted to be seen online, and when I arrived I was the only patient in the clinic. There was designated parking and the clinic was extremely clean. The staff and doctor were very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t have insurance, and was impressed with the total cost ($176 for the visit and medication provided). Highly recommend!

Such sweet, efficient, friendly staff and physician! I felt very comfortable here, and not having to wait for Urgent Care was a huge bonus.

I walked in at 9:15am without an appointment and a lot of questions. Everything was explained to me thoroughly by the kind and polite front desk associates. They were transparent about the pricing and the whole process. I was seen by Ingrid who was so sweet and kind and made sure that all my needs are met before I walk out. Then I was taken to the xray room by Jen who was just as nice as everyone else. I walked out by 9:40 or so and it was probably the most pleasant medical visit ever!!!! I will recommend Zoom care to anyone looking for an affordable health visit that is not your typical urgent care clinic.

Ive been going to Zoomcare for about a year now and have always felt comfortable with the information Ive received from providers. Their compassion and dedication shows, and they are always willing to answer any questions I have. They follow up as needed, and the speed of service is something I have never experienced elsewhere! Went in for an ankle injury and was met with three very sweet women who were very prompt and taking care of me. I was in and out and got x-rays done in one visit. I would recommend this place to everybody! Best service and hospitality I’ve gotten in healthcare I think ever :)

One of my cats chomped my finger harder than normal and drew blood, and knowing that cat bites can get infected very easily, I quickly started looking for a urgent care 8 could drop into, and chose this one since it was reasonably close and had the earliest hours. I got in shortly after they opened, and it lady at the front desk got me registered very quickly (I used to do this in a previous job, and it can be a time-consuming process). I was able to be seen by Ingrid Hudakova right after I was set up in the system, and she did a great job of thoroughly checking the bite and explaining what the best actions to take were. She was very reassuring, and I knew that I was in the hands of someone who knew what they were doing, so it was a very positive experience!

The visit was fast, the physician was immediately available, and the diagnosis and treatment was very thorough; complete with different treatment options and even a conversation on pricing and ways to make the price cheaper for the medications

Ingrid Hudakova, PA-C was the most exceptional urgent care provider I’ve ever been to! Very detailed and most importantly, very caring and wanting to do whatever she can to make you feel better. If I ever need an urgent care visit in the future, I won’t hesitate to go here and see her.

Made an appointment for lab work and had such a quick and easy visit with Ingrid. Larisa did my blood draw and it was fast and painless. The clinic was extremely clean and the process to book an appointment online was straight forward.

Taylor front desk make checking in and out easy. Ingrid P.A make the exam easy and quick. She handled having to give my kid-o easy even though he didnt. She also listened and gave me good advice about finding new P.C.P. This is my second time using Zoom and I really recommend anyone that need urgent care to see them.

Zoom Care was so easy to get in and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They listened to my concerns and made my experience with them very pleasant. The woman at the front desk was so accommodating and kind, even though I forgot my insurance card at home. I was able to reschedule for a later time with no problem after my momentary lapse. She also kept the area clean and sanitized, and I will recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

X-rays were quick. They had good COVID protocols. In and out super fast. Everybody wins.

Hands down the best Urgent Care experience. Fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. Prescriptions were a available for purchase onsite.

The place was incredibly clean, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I checked in and within about a minute was in a room with a PNP, Katie, she was thorough and explained everything. I then had X-rays from Jennifer. She was also so great, I would go back here even if it wasn’t the closest option.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. I did not have time to get seen today, but her answers to my questions and her willingness to help is amazing! I have also called their customer service line to ask her a few more questions and just a tip: these receptionists are not the same people you deal with on the phone! The receptionist (I think her name was Larissa on the name tag) has been such an awesome help and so friendly and I cant wait to schedule in the future!

Virtual visit was super easy and the doctor I saw was helpful and knowledgeable. Absolutely would recommend this service to anyone especially during covid to avoid coming in person.

The building was very clean, the staff was very nice, and my doctor Ingrid was informative, kind, and helpful. I don’t normally go to a doctor but being able to make an in person appointment was so nice to be able to do during this ongoing pandemic.

Very quick service, I was in and out in around 15 minutes! The doctor and receptionist were both very friendly and really make you feel welcome and having their own in clinic pharmacy is definitely a plus! The prices are very reasonable, even without insurance. I will definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Was able to create an account, make an appointment and was sitting in front of a nurse within an hour of getting my injury. Staff was super nice and Kathryn was great, she go my finger all fixed up while explaing what was happening. Much better experience than Ive had at other urgent care facilities.

I was able to get an appointment right away. Staff were friendly and the place was very clean. I came in for an infection in my toe and was able to get the antibiotics on site. I was actually out of network but the services rendered wasnt too high compared to going to the hospital.

I came in for some X-rays for a broken foot. The entire process was very efficient. Made an appointment this morning for 12:30 X-rays. I was out by 12:40. Everyone was kind and accommodating.

My PCP doctor was booking appointments 12 days out, but ZOOM+Care got me in in less than one hour. The Edmonds location had a very friendly PA, x-rays available on site, and the blood draw (by Taylor) was painless. Great service, great facility.

I hurt my knee at a ski lesson on Christmas day and was able to get medical care from Zoom the very next day! It was super easy to schedule an appointment with Zoom! They even reviewed my notes and noticed that I may probably need x-rays done so they called and moved my appointment from the Belleveue location to the Edmonds location that has the X-ray machine. When I arrived, there was a wheelchair waiting for me (thank you Madeline!). The staff at Edmonds obviously have prepared ahead of time for my arrival. Paperwork was minimal and I was seen right away. Physician Assistant, Ingrid, was very thorough with her examination and explainations. She expressed genuine concern, prescribed medicine, x-rays, and gave me referral to Orthopedic specialists. Ann helped me with the x-rays and she was efficient and thorough. This is my first time receivibg care from Zoom and I am so so impressed! I truly feel like cared for by everyone at the Edmonds clinic. If you ever need urgent care, dont hesitate to contact Zoom. They are truly awesome!

So quick and painless!I needed imaging yesterday but there were no openings at the end of the day, so I tried two different evergreen urgent care centers. After 2.5 hours of registration and paperwork, I walked away from both. Not to mention they were packed and had patients waiting for Covid tests in the same room 🤦‍♀️So I scheduled to come back to zoom in Edmonds. I was seen immediately, registration was simple, billing was simple/affordable/straightforward, and the care was excellent as always. If you want to feel safe and cared for, go to Zoom + Care.

I received excellent and fast care. I had been concerned about visiting during the COVID-19 pandemic, but there was plenty of space between my appointment and others, and the facility was set up to allow for maximum social distancing. My experience was much better here for urgent care than other nearby clinics in Edmonds.

Scheduled a video visit and followed the instructions to wait for the text with a link to the visit. There is no way to reach out for help or to communicate that you didn’t receive a link. 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, there was encounter documentation in my chart. Disappointing experience.

I was able to schedule an appointment for less than 45 minutes in the future. They were up front on their website about pricing and they accept most insurance plans. The check-in was quick and I was seen immediately by Ingrid Hudakova, PA-C. She gave me a thorough examination, provided a thorough explanation, and devised a logical treatment plan for my upper respiratory infection. Not only was my treatment exceptional, I felt like my clinician really cared about my problem and my concerns. In fact, all staff members were very friendly.The facility is clean and professional in its appearance. I cant really find anything negative to say about my experience. If I really wanted to nitpick, I would say the parking lot could be bigger since its shared with other businesses, but what business in the Seattle area is that not true about? And that would be nitpicking to the extreme because there were two open parking spots in front of the clinics door when I got there.I would recommend this clinic to others. I am not an employee, friend, or anyway affiliated with this clinic. I have not been paid to write this review. My experience was great. I believe it warranted taking the time to write a review that reflected the quality of care I received.
