Everyone was so wonderful here. I had 4 year old with me and both the nurse and doctor were so patient and kind to her. I went in for a keryflex treatment and I felt like I was really listened to and provided for. Definitely recommend this office and will be returning in the future.

Dr. Joyce and her staff is exactly what you’re looking from a medical professional clinic. They are compassionate, caring, knowledge, and understanding.I’ve been to her office four or five times for two separate problems. All of my visits have started on time, they got me in with last minute appointments, and very responsive when I asked questions via their portal.There is a reason why she has a lot of reviews and they are all 4 or 5 stars. Our family wouldn’t go anywhere else!

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Joyce was kind and respectful. She explained everything that was going on with my foot, showed me my X-rays and answered all my questions. Even when I asked if the shot would hurt she said “yes”. She helped me through the shot and I now do not have pain in my foot.

Office is located on the main floor with ample parking. First impression is a welcoming, clean and modern office. They even provide snacks and comfortable seats with pillows! The front staff, Lauren & Kris were super friendly.Dr. Joyce was extremely attentive and listened to all my concerns. I’ve been having some ankle issues and she had resolved my symptoms and fitted me for orthotics, with a simple high-tech scan. Definitely a great visit! Highly recommend Dr. Joyce!

I had pain in my foot for a long time and finally decided to get it looked at. I was looking for someone close to my office with good reviews and found Sound Foot and Ankle, the staff is amazing and Dr Lee is really great. I had to get surgery to repair my problem and it went very smoothly. The communication from the office via their web portal is amazing and makes it very easy to track your appointments and notes from your visit. I would highly recommend this office they all genuinely care which equates to a really great customer experience. Thanks guys!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing. From the moment I called in and talked to Lauren, to the second I left I felt taken care of. Kris and Dr. Joyce are both so knowledgeable. As a healthcare professional myself, I truly believe patient education is huge, and Dr. Joyce definitely made sure I understood what was going on before letting me go. I will be bringing my whole family here! Would highly recommend!

Great staff! Doc Lee does some amazingly creative things with tape and pads :-). Thorough with patient care and willing to listen to the patient which is HUGE! It is often difficult for a medical professional to go to any doctor....not here....very comforting care and environment...and thank you

I had my first visit with Dr Joyce Lee. Im happy to say it was a pleasant experience! I like that it is a small office...three on her team. The welcome at the front desk and Dr Lees assistant were so friendly and Dr Lee spent plenty of time with me to explain what was going on with my foot issue and fixing me up so I could have a carefree trip to Hawaii!!Thank you Dr Lee and staff!

Dr. Lee and her staff are very good! Have had three appointments with Dr. Lee for my calves and feet. Have seen more improvement in this time in almost 3.5 years including multiple inpatient hospital stays.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Lee. She addressed all my concerns and was attentative and friendly. She made sure to explain every detail and was able to explain in non medical terms what was going on with my feet. She had a high tech scanner that took a 360 view of my feet to get sized for my orthotics! The offices were clean and the staff were warm and welcoming! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I had been suffering from pain in my feet for over two months because I didn’t want the hassle of going to the doctor. I finally gave in to the pain and made an appointment with Dr. Joyce, who I was recommended by a family friend and I am so glad I did!! Everyone at their clinic was so nice and helpful. I was x-rayed, examined and diagnosed with a stress fracture in less than 30 mins. Dr. Joyce and her team were very thorough, I wish I had gone to see her when the pain started because the whole experience was great.

Recently started working in Mountlake Terrace and needed to orthotics. Came across Dr. Joyces clinic by doing a quick google search and found great reviews so I decided to make an appointment for a new pair or two. Scheduling was easy and her staff was friendly. The process of getting fitted for new orthotics was pretty neat; she takes a scan of your feet rather than using a mold.I would recommend Sound Foot and Ankle to anyone needing a podiatrist.Thanks!

Good treatment overall, love the REI socks. The DMP is honest about treatments available for my condition. But .... confusing instructions for medication; this should be given to the patient in writing. I am still not sure how often and how much of the medication to apply.

Ive been suffering from Plantar fasciitis for some time now and Dr Lee has helped tremendously. She was very professional and customized orthotics are perfect fit!! I am so great full that I can hike again!
