Does not listen well, nor dies her staff. I was disappointed, as I felt the ageism my mom felt after two visits I attended with her (and two where I did not but read the visit notes). An example? The RECEPTIONIST gave my mom supplies for a UA sample, gave NO directions. Dr. Davison documented this as my mom not understanding the directions--the person with my mom that day confirmed NO directions.Inefficient place, staff not trained (or even appropriate) for all duties...Dr. Davison told my mom to lower a med from 40 MG to 20 MG. At the follow up, said it was 10 mg--it was not. She even ordered a new Rx--it was for 20 MG.We requested a disabled parking permit, they gave us the wrong paperwork. My dad left the licensing place, drove back to Dr. Davisons to have one signature on a form. They insisted my dad not wait for her to be in between visits to sign. He drove home, only for them to call when he arrived, then he turned around to go back to pick up that one signed form.My mom made 3 phone calls over 3 days to get a PT referral, she requested a call back every time. She got a message after call #1 to call back (she did 2 more times). Eventually, I noticed they responded to her in My Chart. She told them 2+ years ago NOT TO CONTACT HER THROUGH MY CHART. She ASKED for a call back all 3xs she called.
