I recently started to frequent Dark Wonders Emporium. Last night I was forced to deal with their employee Jay Es poor customer service and bigotry. In contrast, all the other employees in the shop that wore a mask. The entire time dealt with Jay E, he refused to wear his mask. He was rude, and his cognitive behavior was unacceptable. This interaction is in the store video system. I strongly request his termination.

This is my favorite spot to go. The employees here are always so friendly! Im very indecisive so I always let them choose something for me and I will say Im never disappointed. Thanks yall ❤️

Went yesterday to take advantage of the “50% off store wide” sale. Bought RSO and was told it wasn’t discounted because it was already “at cost”. So apparently the “store wide” isn’t for everything. Disappointing. Website says tincture, capsules and topicals are always 50% off, but this wasn’t any of these. Additionally, they are not medically endorsed.EDITED TO ADD:The 50% off ad being sent out says “storewide” , not “everything excluding XYZ”. Funny how you claim it’s already 50% off, and yet another store down the road sells it for .50¢ more than you without any discounts being applied. I know exactly what you’re trying here, and I’m not buying it. I can go there, and buy it for even LESS than that, because I’m a medical patient, and that shop is also medically endorsed. I just assumed you weren’t advertising falsely, and that was MY mistake.

Never been there before today. I usually go to bloom everett to reup, but today on leafly I saw these guys in edmonds not far away were doing a flash 50% off storewide. FIFTY PERCENT. THATS NUTS. Checked out their website, the flower menu is incredible. Their online ordering was super quick. I think they use dutchie ordering online platform (which is the best imo.) The store itself had about 6 employees hustling around which is cool like everybodys got a part. They seemed super nice. As far as the glacial service inside comment from the review below me, I say it was the fastest service ever lol. The place was clearly busy when I got there and was immediately taken care of. It was lightning fast and I bought 28 grams of basically whatever they had in 1 gram units. ALL that, and Im still out the door super fast which was great. My new go to dispensary.

Awesome Budtenders here! Lots of choices on edibles including chocolates. Try the ones with potato chips crunched up inside!Another cool note that I think speaks to their whole vibe is that there is no fee on the ATM. Nice touch!Good Saturday specials.

I love this place! All the employees are nice and welcoming. They have a great variety of options available. I dont know if its a new thing, but when I went this past month they had a new check in system (like on a tablet) type of membership thing. Thats pretty cool! You can get discounts via it, I think.During this COVID Pandemic they have done very well on implementing safety precautions. Such as a line so a few people at a time shop to support social distancing. And all employees wear mask appropriately.Thanks for being awesome Danks!

Danks is hands down the best shop Ive been to,And Ive been going to dispensaries since 2009 when you needed a green card.The staff have always been nothing but kind, friendly and outgoing to help you in anyway that they can!Great prices and products I tell everyone to go to danks.10/10 its like cheers here, everyone knows your name and theyre always glad you came.(Credit me if you do a cheers theme commercial)

New staff is great here and new management too! Not sure why someone gave them a 1 star review because she couldnt figure out how to use a mask fully a year into the pandemic. Weird to admit to being a mouthbreathing Karen like that on here LOL. Kudos to the staff for keeping their heads up and helping keep this store safe for high risk medical patients who need their MEDICINE, preferably deadly virus free. The employee was perfect. I set minimal guidelines on what I was looking for and she presented the best possible assortment of options that fit well with my stipulations. I am more then happy with my experience and it would be great if i could schedule her for my next in-store pick up. I realize that is an over-the-top request but it would be nice if I need to refill on everything like I did previously, that I know Im in good hands. However I am sure your other staff are up to par, I have just yet to meet them.

I have been going to this place for years and its till just as good as ever!! the old manager who was acting like the owner told google that the place is closed but they are still up and running. some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff around. The new management is great and they are now doing stuff by the book no matter what the old manager is saying on here. Best shop in the area no doubt and from talking to the budtenders who are still there they are incredibly excited about the new changes. Cant wait to see what this place has in store!

I went with a specific idea of what I wanted and needed. Well Lance, our budtender, was Awesome. He asked questions about what I was looking for and usage. After just a couple answers, Lance quickly showed me the best price for what I need. Very happy!!!! Will for sure make the 40min drive back.

Really awesome experience! I’m a colorado native so I’m new to how the folks here in WA do thangsss. Had some awesome help from everyone but shouting out Kale and Josh for steering me into the right place with a full spec offering that I’m digging! There was a lot to choose from so be prepared for a pretty big selection but don’t worry, if you ask for something they will help you find what you’re looking for. Overall I will definitely be stopping in again when I visit Seattle/Edmonds area !

We were just in your store & purchased weed. The young lady that waited on us (thin, brown hair, olive colored skin, & a cropped shirt) took the time to ask us to cover our noses with our masks but didnt bother to ID me or the person I was with. She even took the time to put sanitizer on during the transaction. Weve NEVER been hassled about covering our noses anywhere else. We were giving u guys a 2nd chance since u got new management. We will be taking our business somewhere else.

Not pretentious, the price is right, if you ask they definitely know thier stuff, CBD or medicinal knowledge which is getting harder to find these days. This place is as fast, they let you pick your item not just hand you something later you go this doesnt look as nice as what I saw in the store. Nope they legit.

Very upset with the staff and their upcharge of products. I saw a topical online 3.4 oz cost on Danks site $13.00. Sent my BF to go buy it for me as I have back pain issues. The counter person charged him $22.50. I would DEFINITELY MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU! I was so happy with their service till now. Very disappointed.**EDIT**So I did not use Danks since my bad experience with them. However I had a friend go who advised that the staff was friendly. I went back about 1-week ago. Things were back to the original Danks I knew. Prices and all. I am happy to be a customer again.

Got my killer bee from here!! Love the people always a nice environment when I visit, and very helpful staff. They have an enail which is $200 totally worth it! Comes with whatever color nails and dab sticks they have behind the counter and you get to choose. Overall, they have great deals on all the high end products and the quality of what they sell has never been questioned by me. Most customers write about the bad times but I’ve never had a bad visit. Please check them out, you won’t regret it.

I love Danks for their top quality selections and amazing prices/deals. Definitely my go-to shop in WA., only complaint is I see a lot of employees leaving that Ive liked before and are good at their job that I wish had stayed. Lately customer service has been good as usual but newer hires seem to have a little lack of knowledge of the products or unaware of deals (not sure this specifically is their fault though, deals have been changing -- hard to keep up!) Still love the store, product, prices, everything, just hope to see more permanent interactive hires this coming season.

I don’t shop anywhere else. Ever. U guys are great. EVERYBODY there is great in their own unique way. I always feel important when I walk in the door. I’m acknowledged immediately EVERY time and treated like I’m the only customer in the store the second someone is free to help me. This is business management 101 but very difficult to execute as a common and repeatable practice long term. From the top down you should all be very proud of yourselves.

50 dollars ounces seems kind of like a gimmick to get customer in the doors but it’s truly not. I’ve been in multiple times and bought a few ounces at a few different price ranges and they all have been pretty decent or great for the prices. Plus the people who work there are all super friendly. Richard helped me the last time and his customer service and recommendations are 100/100. Will definitely be back.

Ive been going to danks since the edmonds location opened and I am never disappointed! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I work in customer service so its nice to go in to get a joint or a gram of concentrates after a long day at work to such a friendly and cheerful place! I have patronized this store for about 1 year, every single day and Ive spent over $10k here...Great deals and nice people, but tonight I was rudly told I had to put on a mask or I would be refused service. Apparently they like Jay Inslee more than they like their patrons, I will take my money elsewhere from now on. I will not be forced to do something I believe is harmful and actually contributes to cross contamination. N-95 masks and surgical masks are ineffective for the prevention of viral transmission! I put on a mask out of respect and spent my last $60 at your weak establishment...left a tip as well ✌

I had been shopping around for a while and was surprised by the great pricing! What I bought ended up being more than half the price of my local dispensaries. AND thats without a sale!!! I look forward to coming back and trying new things! I live north of Arlington and I would say that its actually worth the drive. As somebody who uses THC and CBD for medical purposes I was blown away. Its literally everything you want in a dispensary. It really is a Wonder Emporium! The staff seems both friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The employee who helped me was wonderful. Cant wait to go back and try more!!

Great prices and a very knowledgeable and engaging staff. I like how all the product is out and visible. The store itself is well lit and well kept. I also like how there isnt some bouncer looking person at the door. I realize it may be necessary at some places but it just makes me feel uneasy.

Dropping my review to a 2 from 5.Danks response is a load of hooey as they have my number and never followed up.Still good prices but the service has gotten questionable, they have a broken review system, and the management is not very cool.Had a bad experience a couple weeks ago and filled out their survey. A manager called back to make things right with a discount.The next time I came in I asked about this discount and was told by that managers manager that its something they dont do and now the guy who was trying to make things right is going to be in trouble to save 5 bucks.Was told things would get figured out and never heard back. Weird for a place that has a return policy and all these perks, but cant right a wrong to a burned customer?The last two visits I have also felt like I am being given closeout product when asking for suggestions.Used to be a pretty cool place but high turnover and a broken customer service review system and managers that seem to care more about who is giving out discounts more than a customer who had a bad experience with no follow up is just bad . Seaweed cannabis and White Rabbit are nearby and they have always been awesome to me]

This place sets the bar for what a dispensary should be! First, their selection is about the best Ive ever seen with prices that are just as fantastic. $50 ounces (read that again because I wrote that correct- $50 OUNCES!!), a return policy on products that contain THC (who else does THAT??!?), a totally service fee free ATM, and staff that are friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable (thank you Blake for all the time you spent helping my husband and I tonight and for your suggestions- you ROCK!) I drive 30 minutes out of my way- literally passing NUMEROUS other shops (3 are less than 4 blocks away and I still drive right by them) to come here because they are THAT good!

Superb customer service from Emily. I was looking at the CBD pain relief products and Emily came up and asked if I needed any assistance. I told her I was looking for something to help me sleep better. She showed me a variety of products. Explained the pros and cons. I did not feel rushed or pressured throughout the transaction. Even though I know there were more customers in the store I felt like I was getting excellent one on one personalized service.

Their prices are competitive, their sales are frequent and worth a shots trip. Their people are knowledgeable and nice. They allow will behaved leashed dogs in so my puppy and I love that!
