Great customer service! When I called in a panic, needing something before closing, they offered to stay open until I could get there. And then, when we realized I didn’t even need what I’d come for, they told me so instead of selling me something I didn’t need. They were a bright spot in a hard day! Highly recommend.

Great products and better people. I purchased a walked for my mentor when he was admitted to an assisted care facility. Jared not only got us what we needed but listened, and treated my friend with patience, dignity, and respect. He walked away a happy customer and I came away extremely grateful. Been here several times to “buy local”. Just saw on Yelp new customers get 10% discount! No one ever mentioned it.....3 times!This trip they didn’t have in stock, “next week” was the reply. FYI, I was in 2/5/2020 and bought only 2 you had. Clerk said “have to order more”.I get better service with online chat, better prices and delivered! So I ask; why go here?

SO SO impressed with this place. I just got my breast pump from here. I am a first time mom and have no idea what I am doing. But they made me feel at ease. I ended up working with 3 different employees from different calls I made to coming in the store. And everyone was super friendly and nice!!

I visited this place with my mother looking for a lift chair and something to help lift herself up until the chair arrives (and provide support elsewhere in the home). These guys provided great customer service, understanding exactly what kind of health issues they were having (both from personal experience and from their customers) and guided us through sitting on several chairs before my mother felt such relaxation in her legs that we knew what chair we had to buy. The staff were very patient and helpful, including letting her sit down and handle the payment from the chair she was relaxing in. They definitely saw to her best interests and wanted to make sure she was happy.

Helped with our daughter who had broke her foot. Made sure knee scooter fit her, made adjustment and explained how brake worked. Made sure rental matched our rehab plan. Great to work with!

We went in to rent a knee scooter as I had a broken ankle. They rented my husband one that wouldnt stop. Had that one for a week. Took it back in and he tried to fix, but realized he couldnt. He gave us another one. Had that one for a week and the back wheel wouldnt move. It was frozen, making it nearly impossible to use. They charged us $100 for a month. Went online at Amazon and found a new one, better that either of these two pieces of junk for $139 and its fabulous! Took the 2nd one back today, knowing we had 2 weeks left, they offered no reimbursement for the two defective units nor did they apologize.

The service and staff at Smith medical are amazing!!!! Friendly efficient and they know what they are talking about when it comes to home medical equipment.

People at the desk did not understand what the doctor ordered and had to research or ask someone else what the orders meant. After waiting awhile, they finally said they did not take medicare. Something they could have said over the phone or could have told me at the counter. Tired of people who are not knowledgeable about their job and basically uninformed. Timewasters! Do not go to these people for help in orthopedic equipment!
