Difficult to get written physicians orders for mutual patients provided to facility when medications already delivered with no order. communication is lacking. nurses did not do thorough assessment and issues left unaddressed

Wonderful home health and hospice agency. They have very friendly staff and are very helpful during hard times with loved ones.

Very caring personel. I would use them again for sure.

I had total knee replacement and they didnt show up until a week after surgery!

Fantastic place to work! Everyone is a name and person to the higher ups not just an employee. They treat everyone as equals and even give their cell phone numbers to employees.Now patient wise, I believe they are the best in the state. This is my second home health to work for as a nurse. They give lighter visit loads to their nurses so they can focus more on each patient and not have to worry with running out of time.

Best home health by far...

By far the worst place ever. had one good nurse and she quit. this place does not do what they say they will do. consumer beware. i would never recommend a coworker, friend, or family member to Accenture. EVER. if i could give them a zero i would.

Accentra has a kind, respectful staff. Their nurses really care about their patients!

Poor services. My boyfriend was discharged because the company said we didnt comply with them. Which isnt true one bit. Im looking to sue this company with text messages I have; to make sure this doesnt happen to another client whos trying to get better!
