The Royal Oak salon is absolutely top notch! Kalli hands down gives the best haircuts Ive ever had. She is so courteous and truly understands her craft. I recommend Royal Oak and Kalli to all of my family and friends. She also does incredible shaves and beard trims if your looking for someone who is extremely experienced in that area. I paid in advance and tipped generously for two facials and one massage for my daughter and myself. The person performing the facials felt like she just washed my face twice. Also my facial was supposed to last one hour and it only lasted 30 minutes. The owner graciously called me but only refunded me $20 for the facials that were quite expensive. I felt with such poor service they should have refunded the cost of the facials or provided a gift certificate for another facial for my daughter, who also had a bad experience. I do not live in Oklahoma and had to return home. My daughter lives there and I was really disappointed with the entire experience. On a positive note, I also purchased a massage service for my daughter that was received very well. The staff were very nice and understanding at my disappointment.

Her knowledge about massage therapy was evident and she responded to what kind of pressure I wanted during the massage. Staff is not trained and pushes responsibilities off on someone else. I’ve called and been in several times to try to get a refund taken care of, I bought some products and was over charged; always says to come in the next day and the person there then should be able to help

Very disappointed. I came here from CA to have a spa day with my mom and told the receptionist that was working on July 30 that we needed two massages at the same time. She said she booked us for Sat and I even confirmed Sat. We got here and the lady had scheduled us for Sunday instead. Specifically told her we could not do Sunday. So unprofessional.

Kalli is the girl for your beard and haircut needs!!! The place looks more for woman rather than men but Kalli specializes in trimming beards and doing guys hair. If you a guy who wants their beard to look the best, I would highly recommend seeing her and for a great haircut too!

Love it. Best haircut I’ve had in years. Most people cut men’s hair very basic, but this is where they actually put in the time to make it exactly what you want and with quality styling. Very professional and I’ll be coming here again.

I started going to Kaylee when my hair was breaking off about 2 years ago. It is now healthier then ever and looks and feels so soft! I have not ever been happier with my hair. Highly recommended! She definitely cares about my hair and keeping it healthy more than just rushing through a job!

I just had a massage with Tanisha today and to say I am happy with my massage would be a massive understatement. I have had quite a few massages with other companies in the past and I have to say that today’s massage was the best massage I’ve ever had. Tanisha is very knowledgeable about massage therapy and the different treatments that go along with it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!I am thoroughly convinced they have their families or friends write their reviews. Scheduled an appointment for my husband and I to get our first couples massage for our 11th year anniversary. I have never been to this place before so I thought I would give it a try, in hopes this would be my new local spot. We had to drop our kids off first so we arrived 4 mins late, which I called to let the lady at the front desk know so they could already be preparing our arrival since we all know it goes based off your time slot. We filled out our paperwork but were still left there waiting. A man walked out of “our room” a couple of times but never once greeted us or said anything. I was getting antsy since it was now 2:44 and we were still waiting so I asked him since it’s taking awhile will the massage end right at 3:30 or will we get some extra time since they are not prepared for us in the room yet? He looked confused and said we would end at 3:30 I said ok can we get into the rooms now since I’m technically paying for us to sit and wait for them to get the rooms ready? He said something I didn’t understand and started walking, so we followed and then they let us know our “COUPLES MASSAGE” wasn’t actually a couples massage, but it was more like two single massage sessions in completely different rooms. They said they don’t have rooms big enough for two beds?? But their reviews for couples massages never states the other customers were not together in the same rooms, so for all I know that could’ve been a lie. On the phone they NEVER told us it wasn’t an actual COUPLES MASSAGE either, or I definitely wouldn’t have set an appointment. We drove all the way from Norman to drop our kids off to come All the way to Edmond to give them our business on such a very special day to us and it was the worst experience we’ve had in a while. The tall skinny masseuse with grayish hair was very rude and acted like he didn’t like people to ask him questions. Almost like he was hoping we decided to leave. The lady receptionist was nice but not very helpful. No one offered us anything or tried to remedy the situation. No one offered us another time slot etc not anything. I am a manager in customer service as well, and I cannot believe they would be so unconcerned about their customers. They truly do not value every customer that comes through their door.

I received a facial by Leslie Arden & I was pleasantly impressed. I mainly went in to improve my skin texture & pigment after having a child & she talked me thru the routine, as well as what I should do to maintain my facial routine. Id HIGHLY recommend Leslie based on her knowledge & experience. You can definitely can tell she cares about her clients.
