Me and my entire family have been going here for years and its always a lovely experience. I dont even understand any of the negative reviews. The entire staff here is so sweet and kind. They always remember me and ask how my family is when I come in! I also appreciate that they didnt bat an eye when I walked in with no mask. I highly recommend this place.

Appointment and exam was great. My very first visit to the eye doctor. I couldnt afford the $300 progressive no line bifocals WITH INSURANCE, so I chose the single vision. I also paid for the least expensive glare coating. Waiting anxiously to be able to see better and cut down the headaches and squinting, vision has gotten very blurry, out of focus, etc. Meanwhile while talking to friends and family about my first visit and diagnosis, they inform me Ive just bought $172 READERS, WITH INSURANCE!! My Dollar Tree readers are soooo much better than the $172 readers I cannot even put on! Horrific magnification. I cant see anything, cant even use them. I am so upset that I let myself be taken advantage of. I allowed them to get me good. The office staff and doctor knew it was my first visit. I absolutely do not know what to do. I just start crying EVERYTIME I try them again!! TO TOP EVERYTHING OFF, MY INSURANCE ONLY ALLOWS ONE PAIR OF EYEGLASSES A YEAR. Anybody have any suggestions?😭😠☹️IM AT A TOTAL LOSS LITERALLY, SAD TO SAY.

Dr. Tracy and Dr. Matt are amazing! I love getting my Botox done here! Dr. Tracy is so precise on where it needs to go and how much. My face looks so good after she’s don’t with me! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Matt Morris for over ten years. He has “seen” me through some traumatic eye issues and always takes the time to ensure my eyes are in good shape. Today in my exam he notice something slightly off and took extra time to determine the cause. He always explains and answers my questions. There’s no one else I’d trust my eyes with.I also love the ladies at the front. They always help me find the perfect pair and don’t care how many glasses I try on.

The prescription that we received was very wrong. One lens was totally non prescription! My daughter has an astigmatism. When we picked up her glasses, we were told to wear them and let her eyes adjust. That wasn’t the case at all. Pay attention to detail when filling out the prescription!!!! I’ll be reaching out as soon as you are open again to get this remedied.

This place is perfect if you have a month or more to spare for new frames and lenses. I would not recommend on any level if you’re in a time crunch (less than a month) We loved the optometrist Dr. Tracy. She was really great with both my kids and was able to work them into the same time slot. However, the issues started almost immediately with the optician we were given. Extremely passive aggressive from the get go. We waited the 11 days for my youngest daughters glasses, and were excited until the optician broke the frame when adjusting to fit to my child’s face. So now we are at almost a month later, were given temporary frames only when I pressed and until the frame they ordered arrive. I was under the impression that this would be an expedited order so that patients aren’t waiting over a month to have glasses. I am super disappointed and unfortunately will have to switch providers as much as I loved the doctor and the rest of the staff. I feel I have been more than patient and was very understanding when the frames were broken and nothing was done what so ever to get her the glasses she needed to wear for a few weeks and have another follow up to see if her eyesight has improved. Disaster

I absolutely love this office. I’ve been going to Dr Matt for a little over three years. My entire family now goes to this office! They are so friendly! They remember details about my family that most places wouldn’t care about. They make you feel so welcome! They also work with you to give you the best price! Can’t praise them enough!!!

I had a great experience. Every employee I interacted with whether on the phone or in person was kind, helpful and happy. It was actually a very enjoyable experience. They took as much time as I needed in helping me choose the best frames for my head shape. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been going to Edmond family eye care for the past two years and I have had the best experience every time I interact with this wonderful staff. The doctor is really easy to connect with and fits your needs perfectly. I’ve been able to have open, honest conversations about my eye health and ask as many questions as I’ve wanted and gotten explanations I understand each time. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We have been coming here over 10 years and are as happy today as we were the first day.Recently my son’s glasses broke and I called the clinic at 7am and explained his emergency situation and days were not an option for a senior computer engineering major with a project due the next morning. The staff was able to get my son in at 9 for his annual exam, which was how long it took him to drive there. Then Katie was able to remove the lenses from the broken frame and put it in the exact same style but different color so he had something to wear until his new ones with the frames he wanted came in.He left at 10, styling with glasses instead of ones taped together in the middle. I can’t say enough about the outstanding service which is why we will keep coming back.

I havent been to the eye doctor in about 10 years but the staff at the Vision Center didnt judge me for that at all! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed having Dr. Tracy do my exam! Plus they have a great selection of frames to choose from if you end up needed glasses!

Great place for those of us with terrible eyesight! They have brought up new options I was never made aware of at other places and have worked very hard to get my high prescription lenses in as fast as possible! Customer service in person and over the phone was absolutely awesome!

Dr. Morris is really nice. He really did the research and was very informative when we thought something might be wrong with my sons eye. I think the most impressive thing is the customer service. Everyone in the office is incredibly nice and helpful. I take my kids here so that should let you know that I feel comfortable with them. If you are looking for a family friendly optometrist I would say you would not be sorry if you gave them a shot.

Had a great experience in my two visits there. First time wearing contact lenses and they took the time to train me to put them on and take them off. Even though I struggled, they were patient and encouraging. It is also a very well run office that is punctual which is a big deal for me. I highly recommend them!

Both of the Doctors Morris are the best!! They have improved my vision a lot, by constantly fine-tuning my contact lenses. Tracy has given me great tips for wearing and caring for contacts. Matt and Tracy truly rescued me when I had a bad eye emergency and was in misery late one evening last fall. They always offer me plenty of their time when I have an appointment. I recently moved from DC and the doctors Morris provided the most helpful, informative, and pleasant eye care I have ever experienced. I was in and out promptly for my appointment with all my questions answered thoroughly and got a cup of coffee there before heading back into the office. My prescription and astigmatism had changed slightly and now my Acuvue Oasis lenses fit and feel much better. Ana and Katie helped me find petite glasses from TOMs that fit perfectly and make me feel and look great, and Edmond Family Eye Care also beat the prices I had been paying for over 15 years to 1-800-contacts. They could not improve on their quality of care or customer service.

Went in two weeks ago for my daughter. Had her exam, picked frames, got prescription. The exam experience was good. Frames selection was ok. I was told they would be done in 7-10 business days. I called at 7 days and was told the lab messed up one of her lenses, and theyd have the new lense in a couple days. 3 days later, no word from them, I called at exactly 4pm... Apparently they close an hour early on Fridays. Got glasses the following monday 2 weeks and a few days after the exam.

Dr Matthew Morris quickly diagnosed my macular degeneration on a recent visit, and has since placed me on a vitamin therapy to help promote macular health and prevent further deterioration. The wide array of tests he and his staff administer on a routine eye exam visit detected this eye disease and I highly recommend his practice for your eye care.

Very quick and professional, staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Will be returning for all my future contacts and exams.

I have seen a lot of eye doctors and no one has ever taken such good care of my eyes. He found my glaucoma and has helped my dry eye tremendously.

Dr Matthew Morris is a living example of professionalism gone wary. I paid $119 to get my vision test on December 3 and the prescription given to me was totally incorrect; I chose to get my two new frames for this particular prescription from outside as I found their prices too high and what happens, I wear my glasses for 3 days and feel as if someone is crushing my forehead; a terrible, pathetic experience. I go back and raise my concerns at the clinic and they are accommodating to get me an appointment the next day, December 30; Dr Morris admits his mistake that he interpreted the results from the machine incorrectly and will make them right this time; I come to the front desk and here comes the shocker, they ask me to pay for the new prescription as I didnt purchase the glasses from them initially. Whatever happened to owning your mistake....I was flabbergasted by their response and mentioned the two pair of glasses cost me close to $300 and now you want me to shell out more money to change the lenses as the prescription changed. Morality and ethics went for a toss and I was left with two brand new glasses and a combined bill of $119+$300=$419 all for nothing. I spent $419 for nothing.....I wish I could sue The Vision Center for what they did to me, but.....hopefully my review bewares others to shop around before they choose this facility.
