I just want to let everyone know out there that needs a job that Touchmark is the best place ever. Everything here is great people, food, and residents.

Touchmark is a great place to work and live . The caregivers are awesome and very patient . It is very clean and it always smells great and the front desk greets you a smile every time .Best place ever.

This review has taken me almost 3years to write. My parents purchased a Parkview home in 2012. They were happy for the most part, with the home. They were so confused that homes built for seniors did not have grab bars in the shower. It was hard arranging the furniture in the living room without an electrical plug in the floor, they were just in the walls. But they settled in, made friends, enjoyed the well maintained landscape and liked the meals at the “big kitchen “. Housekeeping was so-so and always seemed conflicting. There were lots of flaws with socials but partakers had a good time. After Dad dies, Mom found a wonderful male friend. She kept enjoying socials until her stroke. Thanks to TM operator getting an ambulance for Mom and calling me. Now Mom needed memory care. Easy to transition and convenient for her friends to visit. Nice for me having her house so close to transfer clothes, etc.. So disappointing that we were not allowed to have an estate sale. This cost Mom thousands of dollars. I’m having trouble forgiving that rule. Memory care was not the best and they did not live up to the things that we were promised. The day nurses were the best going out of their way to help. The night nurses were mean. I feel if we would have left Mom there, she never would have become better. The first 6 months Mom was in MC, she paid on her house and for MC....over 10k. After that MC was 7.7k so it was better financially. It took TM over a year to sell the house and return the initial investment. Mom is now in a super place. Through their exercise classes, socials, and all, Mom can now sing, laugh, watch movies, walk and bathroom by herself. She has deer and turkey out her window along with 2 lakes. Great meals and superb nurses. All for $4K less! There are things that were great about TM, many things that could be improved. If you choose TM, go in with your eyes open (along with your pocketbook).

The building is nice and well taken care of, however the lack of 5 stars comes from the Memory Care units. The staff was seen consistently sitting on their phones behind a desk while residents yelled “help help” over and over. The activity runners did a great job in engagement and keeping everyone mostly happy. I recommend the facility for all types of senior care, however I would take the memory care into a bit more careful consideration, surly they are working on better training for staff in the area. Some slack has been given due to the nature of the world with COVID-19 and the like.

We moved to Touchmark in October 2020. I researched 14 different facilities and we chose Touchmark at Coffee Creek, Parkview homes. We like having a separate house with garage. I feel like we are benefiting from the rewards of working hard all our lives. I wondered before we moved if I was too young to live in a retirement community. But I love it and happy I found a place close to family where I can spend the last chapter of my life without moving again.The meals are wonderful. The Pitzner landscape crew keeps the grounds immaculate. Grass mowed, snow shoveled and planting seasonal flowers and hanging Christmas Lights. Very friendly.The staff is courteous and quickly knows and greets you by name. The chef’s cook delicious meals. Neighbors are friendly even though I only see their eyes and a mask.We have felt safe living here with all the Covid. They have been very cautious. Can hardly wait until this pandemic comes to an end so we can fully enjoy our new community and family can visit.Dana Tramba

This is one of the most maintained assisted living facilities Ive been to. So I am a CNA working with agency and I was marveled to see how neatly maintained the facility is. I got so tempted and started asking how much it is to work for them cause I wanted to be part of the awesomeness that is this place.This place is a proof to how well your money can take you. It pays to work hard as a youth and retire rich and awesome.

Everything is excellent! All of the employees Ive had contact with are first-rate. The food is all made from scratch (yes, really!) and its delicious. (We often prefer to eat there with our loved one instead of taking him to a restaurant where the food is not as good!) The building and public areas are spotlessly clean and beautifully well-kept. Management is responsive and super-helpful. I just cant say enough good things about this place.
