Horrible, unprofessional, and very inconvenient. I went in for a fill-in and was immediately told they don’t do acrylics. How when this is a nail salon??? I went in to get my nails cut down with gel polish. Nice finish, but was told they only do cash when I went to pay. Why wasn’t I told this in the beginning?? In a panoramic???Then was asked to zelle my payment, excuse me WHAT??? I sent the money but was questioned as to why I didn’t tip if I liked my nails. Very terrible service. Don’t spend your money here! No stars option please!

Although they do not offer acrylic servicing, I was still satisfied with how my nails turned out. However, I am highly annoyed that I was asked by the lady at the front desk to pay in CASH ONLY. If I did not have cash, I was told I could use Zelle or Venmo. I was then told that it is mandatory to tip. I will be contacting my bank in regards to this. I’m an unsatisfied with the professionalism. You not accept ion CC or Debit cards should have been the first thing stated before servicing! I WILL NOT be returning to this store!

Lousy job & overprice! The old lady just basically cut my toe nails & put nail polish for a basic pedicure. You can get a better pedicure in other places for half the price! Definitely not coming back!

I went for the first time and it was horrible. The staff is nice, but the nail service isn’t good. My nail polish was out the next day, the sides were done and my cuticles were not as other nail salons. I didn’t even want to give it one start.

Overpriced(150 for a gel mani/ pedi). They could not remove an acrylic set and damaged the skin on my foot. Cheap gel polish is chipping 2 days after application. It was literally the only salon open on a Sunday night or I wouldve listened to the other reviewers and avoided.

I wish I can give no stars. They charge me 5 dollars to take off my polish but I didnt really care. and 15 dollars for regular polish. The lady Sunny didnt take my polish off correctly and told me to pay before she painted. she charged be 25 dollars which when I got home I realize she over charged me. I gave her the money and before she even painted my polish on she told me to tip her she said and I quote Give me a five dollar tip, give me a five dollar tip give me a five dollar tip. and as I try to explain I didnt have five dollars to give her because I had to save my money for the mall I was only willing to give her a two dollar tip. I give a two dollar tip at every salon I go to. and she wouldnt stop interrupting me until I gave her a five dollar bill. she painted over the old polish and made the polish streaky. I dont give a five dollar tip for an amazing job, and she got five dollars for being rude and forcing me while doing a bad job. I thought you tip after the service for appreciation of the service, how was I suppose to know I wanted to tip five dollars before the service! These ladies are rude and rob people. I can tell they want you to over pay for the experience of the salon, but Im bot that impressed by amazon furniture.

Very first time checking out this place. Staff was very friendly. Spa was very clean and organized. They had a wide selection of colors and even powder colors. They did a great job! I didnt find it pricey as compared to other salons Ive been to -Its about the same. Im happy with my nails and experience!

This is part of a chain of retail Salons with a distinctive high-end looking interior. For all intents and purposes, they are strategically located in upscale malls. Members of my family are looking forward to trying out their services.

Made an appointment. I was told to come back in half hour because they weren’t ready for us. Came back in a half hour then was asked if we could come back at 6pm. I then told them never mind. It looks like a great place to get you nails done but unfortunately they keep changing our appointment time.

Got a very expensive gel manicure and the next day one of my nails completely chipped. Went back to get it redone and the next day same thing. Manicure didn’t last more than 5 days

Went toTutti’s and received the best pedicure EVER!! I love the atmosphere and the techs where polite and professional. I found my new pedi spot

They have a poor color selection. Had to scramble and try to match colors since I wanted a gel mani and regular pedi. Then they attempted to charge me $10 more. I made the appointment online and their online price is different from the price at the salon. When I challenged them they stated the online site was not theirs but another locations. This is not true. Eventually they had to charge me the price that was online after about 15 minutes of back and forth. I will not be returning to this location ever again. As nice as the nail tech was she did push and cut my cuticles totally dry. Did not soak my nails at all!!

I went in this Wednesday. They had all these people with suits touring the place. I asked for a pedicure and basically they placed me in a chair for 15 minutes then the lady tells me she doesn’t work there she works at the Edgewater place. She said she was visiting I had to wait another 20 min. My feet are in the water I told her can I get a towel to dry my feet so I can leave. Suddenly they are arguing with staff in Chinese language she comes back and says ok I will do your pedicure. After 15 min another lady took over. I got no cream on my legs no massage for 30 dollars. Very money hungry don’t go here. Horrible. Today I have in grown nail because of how messy she cut my nails!! Never going back!!

I got plain white tips nothing exotic no jewls, designs, or ombré effects and they wanted to charge me $90?!! Nowhere was it displayed $90 the only prices displayed was at the desk She had to pull a pamphlet front behind the desk to show me a price but where are those pamphlets displayed for customers to view and see? See continued with saying it’s because they used UV light but doesn’t everywhere use UV light while getting your nails done? I told her I wasn’t from the area before I got there so I felt like maybe because I was foreign she would try to overprice me? Idk just don’t go there y’all theres better places with much cheaper prices the nails barely lasted a week they started chipping 3 days in

Worst experience of my life for so expensive they did a horrible job and hurt me too! Me and my hubby went for pedicures and he got a manicure too we payed 160 all together NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!

This place looks beautiful, but the experience was horrible. First they dont do acrylic... great! so I got a pedicure for me and my daughter. I tell them to do a regular pedicure, and they insist that I do one of their specials.. fine I did it! what was special a hot rock?? they didnt even clean well my nails underneath or on the sides.( Like other places do!!) Then they keep insisting that my daughter removes her acrylic and do GEL, I though about it. Until they gave me the price of it. I was going to dye. Their normal price for gel nails is $90.00 with removal old material and they were offering a discount of 20% which it would come out $70.00. WTH! That is insane! I am a nail technician and that price is only if you are doing a full set with diamonds, umbre and chrome like I usually do on my nails... smh When we finished paying they stand right in front of you waiting to be tipped. Can I breath!! Never again!

Never again...i paid $55 for a gel fill which i usually get every 2 weeks at another salon. Figured i would try this salon Tutti in menlo since i was shopping & it was very convenient. Total rip off, either they use inferior products or they arent trained properly. After about 2 days my nails started lifting & cracking. This never happens to me because im very careful, so i know somethings up with there services. Sadly i tipped her $10 for this very poor outcome 😡

This place is very expensive and the service is just ok. Not worth the price. Definitely not coming back and i dont recommend this place. Regular pedi & gel manicure is $80. - plus tip. The lady demand for the amount of tip. My nails doesnt feel clean at all. I didnt tell the lady.It would be better to check the review before coming here and now i know why it is only 1 star!!! Dont waste your money here.

Went with my friends for mani and pedis. The price was steep but went with it. Afterwards, one of my friends tried to tip the lady and she said the tip was too small for her and tried to demand 20%. My other friend’s technician mocked her for wanting her nails “perfect.” There was polish under her nails and a corner wasn’t filed properly so the polish started to raise. The technician called her a diva to another technician. Both the mani and pedi were $70 and the work was very sub par. You can do better than this place.

Very clean salon but you’ll get a sub par mani or pedi. Nothing but cut and apply nail polish. The lady told me that I have to tip her and that it is not included in the service fee. She asked for my credit card back to charge a tip fee. Never coming back. A tip is something you earn and NEVER ask for. So rude!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I walked in to schedule an appointment with my cousin at 3 and the lady told me to come backwithin an hour, so we did. Then lady told me that she took another customer so to back in 30 minutes and we did. When we and cousin walked in for the THIRD TIME same lady then told me and my cousin to back at 6pm and they close at 7!! It was very obvious that they were refusing to service us for no apparent reason !

I paid $80 for gel manicure and regular pedicure.They did a horrible job and the best of all the lady asked me to tip her 20% .Finally after giving her $10 shr told me it’s too less tip for her.I did not wanted to tell her that she did a horrible job.I can do better at home.

Me and my friend came into this shop because we were shopping and it was convenient , the prices were very steep but we went in anyway . While doing our pedicure the nail tech literally starts harassing my friend asking if her hair is real , after she tells her it is she follows her over while her feet were drying and starts touching her hair with her hands saying she doesn’t think it’s real . After my friend kept tell her it was she finally walks away and harasses her to pay , she tells them I’m paying . Then start to harass me while I’m not even done , I give them my card and told them how much I’m gonna tip . They basically told me the tip was too little , and she basically almost got told off . Never going back there again .

I got a really bad finger infection from this location. I needed antibiotics! My polish lasted 2 days the polish was clearly old. While I was in the store a woman who had an appointment was turned away.

I took my mother for a pedicure at this salon a few weeks ago. First off, we sat down and shortly after we got started we mentioned to them that we were FREEZING. They just said the heat was broken which we were not happy about. They try to sell you on a million things. The pedicure, which is higher than other places in the area, is basically just a polish change. It took 10 minutes. Everyone was so unfriendly and they come right up as soon as your polish is drying saying Pay Now and Tip. When I said the amount for tip, they asked if it was per person, I said no together and they repeated the prices insinuating they needed more tip. This place is a total rip off!

Never going back!
