Absolutely my favorite staff! Front desk girls are always sweet and friendly. Emilia the manager has helped me a few times with issues with my insurance. I honestly want to hug her. Anytime I’m feeling sick I quickly come here just because the care here sufficient and quick. My favorite urgent care. Also the office is always clean and so are the rooms. That’s a 10 star!

My experience with this place was a great one. Everyone was nice and professional. Didn’t wait long. They did they thing and I was out. Total time I spent in the office was a hour. Fast and easy. Thank you guys for everything!!

Today was my first time at this particular urgent care and I was really really impressed. The staff was friendly and very efficient and even though I had an initial issue with verifying my urgent Care coverage... it was quickly resolved and I was able to get back in the queue of patients and seen soon after by the doctor who is extremely friendly and attentive. They are pretty quick with in take processing of a patient. I would highly recommend this location to anyone whos in need of medical care. I would not hesitate at all if I had to go back for more emergency care. They were excellent, efficient and fast.

From the phone call to your departure you are treated with curtesy and professionalism. Front desk staff are pleasant and attentive. Facility is clean and very modern.

This is my second visit. My first visit was an ear blockage. Today’s visit was due to acute lower back pain. Both times the staff were very courteous and professional. I didn’t wait very long, I was done both times in less then 2 hours. Both times both of my medical issues were very adequately addressed. I’m very fortunate to have a facility very close to my home that I can rely on for medical emergencies when I don’t have time for a regular doctors visit. I highly recommend them for all urgent medical needs.

Do NOT go there! I went for a covid test and because they miss coded it my insurance did not cover it. Then they charged my credit card (which they insisted on taking for policy reasons) for $180.00!!! I have been unable to speak to anyone in billing for several weeks!

We entered here at 2.45pm on a Saturday (they close at 3pm on weekend) but the receptionist asked to go to ER as doctor didnt want to see any patients after 2.30pm! Well then just change your time to 2.30 and dont give people hopes of treatments! We can plan better when we are in pain!

This place is a scam!! Ive never been charged so much for a simple test! Came in twice and my insurance covers everything but they charged me $65 for a simple test and then sent an email that my card would automatically be charged $175 for no reason! I signed off on the $30 copay but not these random charges!! Dont go here, go to urgent care down the street in Edison, theyre great.

Came last week for some shortness of breath and cough. Was treated by Doctor Bhatia. Came again this week for a return to work note. This doctor is amazing. He gives you exactly what is required and takes the extra step of calling you with your results and to see how youre doing. Im very impressed with the efficiency and staff as well. I got my bloodwork test done last Friday. They stated they would call me to discuss the results 48-72 hours later. Never called. So I called on Wednesday and they stated it is still not ready yet. Today is Friday, July 18. One week later. No one called still. I called and it seems they mentioned something about a panel then I was on hold for a good 5 minutes. The lady came back to the phone and told me the doctor I saw will give me a call back after she is done seeing her patient. The wait continues again.During my visit, the lady who took my heart rate and drew my blood didnt apply much pressure on the area so I ended up with a painful bruise. She wasnt that friendly and did not seem to enjoy her job there.

I can highly recommend Dr Adam he was wonderful with my 4 years old son!

Very simple and didn’t take much time at all. I came for a rapid COVID test and left a new supporter of Immediate Care of Edison. They have a very clean work area that includes a decent size space for physical therapy. I would definitely recommend coming here for all of your urgent care needs.

Went for covid testing because CVS had no available appointments. Was told by this shame of a facility... covid testing is NOT free... okay here is my insurance card. I have insurance. Was told I needed to leave a credit card on file!!! I said I dont have a credit card. Then we cant see you. Please go elsewhere

Walked in and have made appts for this place and both fast service. I drive from SI to come to this urgent care bc they are very helpful. Staff is always really nice too, which when you’re sick is nice.

First time going to an urgent care around here. It was easy to get an appointment online, easy to check in from my phone from the car, and then they texted me within 5 minutes to come in so I didn’t have to wait long at all. Building was clean and there was only maybe 1 or 2 other people waiting.

Environment is immaculate and welcoming, I felt relaxed. Being a new patient, the registration process wasn’t cumbersome or grueling and I was in a room rather quickly.

Everyone at the Edison Immediate Care location is excellent! What a great experience! They are so friendly and caring each time I go there. Barely any wait time. They are there for any of your healthcare needs, and they have helped the entire state tremendously during this pandemic. I would recommend Edison Immediate Care to everyone!

First time going and it’s unbelievable how compassionate some of the staff was. Ms. Denise was my first encounter and also did my X-ray. I’m so sorry I’m not sure how to spell the names of the tech who also was so sweet and really went above and beyond to show concern and care. I’ll call her Ms. ♊️ walked with me outside and made sure I got in the car safely. The student tech was amazing as well. These three women stood out to me. I’m in pain and they took my concerns seriously and really showed compassion. I would go back and would feel honored to have any of these three women assist me. The medical friend is hard period. They all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I have shared my experience with others and would definitely go back if I needed anything. I hope this review gets read and the three women get the praise they deserve.

I waited only 10 minutes to be seen for a walk-in appointment. The PA was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She thoroughly explained the situation and course of treatment. In future I would much prefer going to them versus going through the standard dr office routine.

Poor communication…. They never pickup phone… so now I have to drive and ask for my test result. My wife asked me to go to this place that’s is the only reason I went there.Update - can’t connect with them… waiting for my result of covid but no response from them.

The dr I seen today was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I wish she was there everytime I had to go because I felt really comfortable with her. The front desk staff was very nice as well. One of the nurses that took my vitals was not too friendly, perhaps she was not having a good day, but all in all I do recommend this urgentcare.

Immediate care was diligent every step of the way. From the time you reserve an appointment online, you get confirmations via text, you check in via text and they give you a call to let you know to come inside. The check in process takes a minute and you go to a clean exam room. You close the door and someone will be there within minutes. All of the staff members are very professional and friendly. It was a very good experience and I will be back! Thank you!

Such a pleasant experience! I loved that you were able to fill out forms from your phone while sitting in the car. The ladies upfront were upbeat and caring. Vanessa was our PA and she was the sweetest, talked to us throughout the whole visit, even joked around with us. 100% would recommend!

I went to the facility for a Covid test with an appointment. I waited nearly an hour and half just to get into the testing room. The place wasn’t busy at all. The staff were just sitting there talking. Don’t go here if you need to be in and out.

Made an appointment to get a PCR exam for travel on 1/25/2021. Making the appointment was relatively easy. Front desk staff was also nice, the nurse who did my exam was rough and seemed to be rushing. I was expected to travel on 1/27/2021 and I was informed that I would receive my results by the date I was traveling. Its been about a month and I have received no update regarding my results. I checked my insurance and noticed they did get the opportunity to make sure they were paid for their services. it is almost a month letter and I have yet to receive a call or email with my result.I would not recommend this location for COVID testing. especially if you are paying out of pocket and need your results within a specific time frame.

Didnt right a proper script and did not try to correct the issue without scheduling a whole other appointment for the exact issue.The forms that they did give me did not have the information about a need for an ultrasound or even the proper date. How do you give me a form dated 2017 on 2021? They apparently do not have time to pick up their phones or any other form of contact. Somehow they are capable of commenting on google reviews.Do not go to Dr. Garcon-Kashani.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I called 4 days in a row at different times of the day and they NEVER answer the phone. I emailed them, they NEVER answered the email. When I went in, the 3 girls at the front desk looked at me continued about their conversation. Maybe about a minute later they acknowledged me just to tell me to come back tomorrow; no explanation. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the nurse and doctor were nice. I would never go back because how can you trust a place you cannot get in contact with and on top of the the front desk is rude?!

The men and the women that work in the emergency care is unbelievable not only do they take care of me but they take care of all the people that come in with trauma theyre coming by helicopter they dont even get enough credit I cant even give them enough credit I thank everyone there that help me out and such a difficult time I totally appreciate all of you thank you and may God bless you all

Horrible costumer service. I went 1 day in person as a Walk-in to get a Covid test dine. When I arrived they told me they don’t take walk-ins.. what? The website clearly says Walk-in for Covid-19 welcome. So I scheduled an appointment for the very next day and I asked the receptionist if they take my insurance and she said yes. The next day ( after waiting 24 hours) when I walked in they said sorry we don’t take your health insurance and it’s a $175 fee. Why they told me the day before that my insurance will pay for it?. I’ll never go there anymore and I’ll not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional to say the least.

They do NOT pick up the phone, no matter what extension you try! 9 times out of 10 you will not get someone on the phone! As nice as they are in person, they don’t pick up the phone. They need to provide a better number, or pick up.

Went for my husband. They say its an immediate care but they didnt even have doctor available and cant even help my husband who was throwing up since morning. This has been such a long journey, I am so tired, this will be a long review.As any other adult, I have so many things Id like to do on my very scarce personal time, but I can do none of them, because Ive been double billed in March. Now, it isnt anything extraordinary, but still, I shouldnt have to pay for a service twice.First I wouldnt do it out of principle, so I called, and I called, and tried to fix this, but the rare occasion someone picked up the phone, they said someone else would call me back in a few days, rinse and repeat.Then around July, I wouldnt do it out of pride. I feel like those people have been talking me for a fool, so I wouldnt deal with them anymore, I contacted my healthcare provider who explained to me how much the billing department, therefore THE CLINIC messed up, I owed them nothing, and she would be calling them to get this fixed.But the bills kept coming, so this fool had to keep calling.It is December, and even my spite for this place, their condescending receptionists, and their ghosts billing department is starting to wear off, Ive been considering paying it out of pocket just to make this harassment stop.This year has been soul grinding, and dealing with this level of incompetence and lack of common decency from this place is just something I cannot afford right now.On the bright side, parking is very convenient!

Really streamlined check in, allowing you to complete admission forms on your phone from the safety of your car. Good patient management in the clinic itself (no hanging out in lobby, folks sent directly to a private room after being called in from waiting in car). Friendly, helpful staff. I waited about an hour as a walk-in for a Covid PCR test. Im very satisfied.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Great system to sign in through your phone from your car. As soon as you are done filling out the form online, they call to to come in and get your needs taken care of.

Great experience going several times however most recently I had to be swabbed twice as the doctor did not confirm I was there for a PCR after confirming with the nurse that was what I was there for. So after being incorrectly swabbed for a rapid I had to be reswabbed for the correct test.

The staff is friendly. I got tested twice for Covid here. The only thing I didnt like was that they make you wait in the car for your test results, but its for safety reasons, so I understand. The test was easy and I got my results in 20 mins. The place is clean, too. Overall, this place is recommended for testing.

Why the front desk staff is always terrible and the real medical staff inside is good in almost every clinical setting is still a mystery to me, this place cannot fit this description better. Not only the front desk is lack of professionalism and full of attitudes, but also the information the front desk gave is about everything the opposite as what the real medical staff inside has told me. This is a horrible place. Been here 3 times and dealt with nobody ever answering the phone. Ever!!!!! I’m waiting now 72 hours for a PCR test result for travel. They said they changed labs and now it’s 2 days max. Last time I went it was 4 days and I had to go there to see what in the world was taking so long. Of course they blamed Quest. Thank god I searched for another place( just in case) the other place I walked in. Took the test, in 24 hours LabCorp had my PCR test. Do not waste your valuable time and aggravation. Go to Urgent Care on rt. 27 in edison . It’s about 10 minutes away and they are true professionals. This place is far from professional. Trust me!
