I went to the doctor Lewis for help who have seen my special need daughter since she was 2 yrs & now through this pandemic the school approved us to move her out district. So I ask the doctor to assist me to get a letter that I need to provide to the school district for her need 1:1 I provided substantial reports & evaluations proving our case. Doctor told me he will have the letter at the end of the week. What I got instead was an email saying that he needs more evidence & update evaluation. The school has been closed for over a year the evaluations were from 2020. Why couldn’t he perform his own evaluation instead relying on other evaluations. So sad that he can’t help this non neurotypical child. What a waste of time & money. He’s more interested in medicating his patients than rather helping them. I don’t recommend this practice.

My daughter has a complex history and has struggled with a sleep disorder. Dr. Milrod is very knowledgeable, compassionate and spent a good amount of time learning about her history. He is pleasant and has a good sense of humor, which was extremely helpful in working with her.

Love love love Dr. Milrod. My 6 year old has been seeing him for about 2 years I think. He’s thorough, caring & listens to all my concerns before deciding a treatment plan. The two ladies in at the front are always very pleasant & helpful both in person & on the phone. So glad I found him!

One of the rudest and nastiest doctors office staff I have ever encountered.I tried to call back wanting to speak with the doctor directly, but nobody was answering the call. I have already contacted my insurance company and they told me that she has no right to threaten to send the bill to collection agency - Also, the doctor is within then network and all was needed was to update my insurance benefits. When the patient did not indicate that he/she was not going to pay- YOU HAVE NO RIGHT OR WHATSOEVER TO DIRECT THE BILL TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY. Dr. Milford needs to install a recording on how his staff talks down to his patients. I wonder how anyone would trust their child with special needs in this office run by nasty, rude and condescending folks!

I love Dr. Milrod. My son has been seeing him for almost 10 years. He is great with kids, listens to the patients and their parents and he wears very cool ties. The only complaint I have is with the new receptionist/nurse. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and the receptionist/nurse took a patient who had the appointment after my son before us. She said she took them first because they arrived first. I was not late for my sons appointment; I was 10 minutes early. That is bad office policy What is the point of an appointment time? She was also quite rude when I questioned her. Bad office staff is a major factor when choosing a doctor.

Bad office manners, staff is terrible. To talk to the doctor is impossible over the phone. Doctor belittled me when I did have him on the phone. Had to call for over a week. His staff in the evening yelled at me and got offense when I gave it back. Don’t disrespect and it won’t happen to you.
