Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache (or 4 headaches, like me) and dont come here. I would not recommend Visionworks to ANYONE. Before I start, I will tell you that there is no way to call the store directly. You get their corporate customer service and they will not transfer you to the store. I tried to resolve 2 different issues via phone and never received a call back from the store. So, you have to actually go to the store to resolve any issue. Anyway, here is my story. I came for an exam OVER 2 MONTHS AGO and purchased contact lenses and glasses. The exam and purchase went smoothly, no complaints about that part. I was contacted when my glasses were ready, about a week later, and so I came to get them, but I was concerned because I hadnt been told my contacts were ready and usually theyre ready way before glasses. I checked with them and they said they must not be in yet, well call you. Well, they never called me, so I went back a few weeks later (Im busy, I work, I dont have time to travel to Visionworks on a weekly basis to make sure theyre doing their jobs.) They left me waiting for an hour, while they searched drawer after drawer of contact boxes, but never found mine. They assured me they would re-order them and send them to my house. 2 weeks later, still no contacts. So, I go back and once again, they assure me theyll take care of it and re-order to ship to my house. Another 2 weeks passes, and I still do not have my contacts. So, I am here, at Visionworks-Edison, again, as we speak. Ive been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to give me some kind of response. If they say they will re-order them, how can I trust that they will actually come? I cant. I want my contacts NOW, or a refund. So, if you actually want the things you paid for, do not come here - DONT COME TO VISIONWORKS. Seriously, dont do it.Also, Id like to add - To the Owner responding to all the bad reviews: Spend this time taking calls at your store, to better serve your Customers who currently have to to go to this location to get anything resolved.

They took insurance details, name and birth date information, gave appointment. We went there and they asked to fill up paperwork and after 10 minutes they said they don’t work with kids less than 7 years old. What kind of service is this? We wasted our time and went there. They should have realized when they gave appointment and save our time and trip.

Literally the worst place. I ordered glasses over 2 weeks ago because mine are broken and i’ve been trying to call all week to see when they will be available for pick up and literally nobody answers the phone. Takes me to customer care every time and they dont even have the info on my glasses!

They never pick up their phone. You literally have to go into the office every time you have a question or concern. Every time you call it’s transferred to the main Visionworks customer care line and the wait time is 20 + minutes. Yet when you go into the office there is barely anybody there. When I physically went there to show them my daughter’s broken glasses they couldn’t fix them and I was told they were going to call her insurance and once approved they would get back to me and it would be two weeks until her glasses are ready. It’s been a month and still haven’t heard from them! My daughter is in school and needs her glasses. I barely write reviews but this is unacceptable.

They don’t ever want to answer the phone! Tried calling for a week straight just to get my prescription they don’t want to help you unless you’re there in the flesh. You work at a glasses company. ITS BUSY BUT NOT THAT BUSY TO WHERE YOU CANT PICK UP THE PHONE FOR SOMEONE TO ASK A QUESTION THAT WILL TAKE NOT EVEN 1/16th of the time you make us wait on the phone !!!!!!

The worst eye exam experience I ever had! They won’t give me my PD value unless I get glasses from them. All their glasses are overpriced yet very poor quality. How can they withhold my health information from me just bc I don’t want their glasses? The staff is rude and the glasses are overpriced.

Had a great experience here. My appointment was for 9 am and I met with Dr. Zan. He was very professional and friendly. He took photos of my retina since I am prone to detachment and ensured I was doing ok. The office said they can ship my lenses to me which is awesome. My only complaint is that I got there at 9 and left about 10:15. It took quite a bit of time to actually be seen when it was only me and one other person scheduled for 9. Other than that, great service!

So regret to choose this store, the Dr doesnt want to answer any of your questions. he just does his work: check, check, check, go, ok, next customer. i ordered the glasses two weeks ago, but never receive the phone call from them to ask me to pick up, i called and they told me they could not find my order. they said will ask some one in the store to give me a call back,, wait for ever, ok, i call them back, again, wait for ever....worst store!! i would give zero star if i could !!

This is the worst place to go after waiting for two weeks for my appointment they cancel my appointment without telling me, but their system send me a text msg saying see you at a specific time upon arrival the front desk told me to sit down waited 20 minutes there them I ask another front desk she look up in the computer and found my insurance was not called in for verification when they had all my info prior to the appointment. Them they tell me we will have to reschedule you. Staff needs to be retrained, and it has poor management. Wasting people’s time and money.

Worst experience to date. Ive bought glasses in 4 states over the last 11 years and this was hands down the worst transaction so far.Made my appointment online, called, answering service picked up and confirmed it was booked.When I arrived, the office couldnt find my appointment, someone came out and told me Id have to leave because they wouldnt see me without one. After some back and forth they found my appointment and I put my order in.I called when they said it would be ready but again, they didnt answer, the answering service did (every call was a 10-14 minute on hold) and it was a foreigner who I couldnt understand and who couldnt understand me. It was extremely frustrating. After spelling my full name and the town name using a as in alpha, b=bravo, c=charlie, she couldnt find my order and transferred me to the store, which again, didnt answer.Called the next day and same thing, couldnt find my order, transferred me to the store who didnt answer. 3rd day I drove over after work and was told they had broken my frame and so it would be a bit longer, which was weird seeing as I bought the flex frames so they wouldnt be easily broken.Very disappointed with customer service.

Worst experience ever. Only came here because my eye vision insurance changed and this office was in network. Doctor Martin Goldman did my contact lens exam and measured my prescription wrong. I had asked front desk for both my contact lens and eye frames prescription and when I got home I realized I only received one. Second, the retinal imaging for $19 was covered under my insurance per the associate but charged me for it at the end. Third, vision works does not have a variety of eye glass frame selection to choose from. Overall, I am disappointed in Visionworks. Would rather pay out of pocket to go to out of network. I should’ve read the reviews prior to coming here.

The male doctor was very Uncomfortable to be around because he expressed how irritated he was to be there that day so I Gave him the benefit of the doubt but the 2nd time around to pick up my glasses he was in the same mode ,so I am sorry if people are have A bad day but you dont treat your patients that way. to top it all off they seem very eager to take your money but not to help you when you have an issue with your glasses so I will not be coming back here any neither will my son or my husband or my mom or dad.

Don’t go to this place or Any Visionworks. My story was that after I have eye exam from here and get the glasses from Costco! Then find out that prescription is incorrect and glasses cause headache. Then Costco double check the glass and it is exactly match the prescription and ask me return to eye center to double the eye! Then visionworks ask me to paid again for eye exam. Finally another doctor make me the new prescription which AXIS is totally off from original one! Then we asked why the AXIS will be so big difference from old one (1.5 months before). Do I need to see medical for this change! He just said this is what he measure. He don’t know what happen and ask me to leave his office without any explain what happen to my eye! But I still have to pay for this exam. Lucky Costco will redo my glasses for new prescription FREE!PS. I found out my three old prescription which has same AXIS value as new prescription. So, First eye exam is wrong and give out wrong prescription!So avoid this place!

Believe the reviews. I didn’t but should have. In store service was fine. There is zero customer service after ordering with zero notification if glasses are ready. No call to arrange appointment for pick up during a pandemic. As other reviews stated, there is no direct land line to the store. There are multiple customer service numbers with the same recording and waiting time. Don’t pay up front for your glasses. You may never receive them. I will never use Visonworks again. I will return to my local opticians who are trustworthy.

If I could give this place a zero or negative rating I would. I would not even recommended this place to my worst enemy. You make an appointment and instead of giving you a relative time they make you wait in their makeshift waiting room. No update no apologies on what is taking so long. Made an appointment for 2:20 and the time is currently 3:40 and guess what I have yet to see the doctor for an eye exam. Oh and don’t forget to mention the fact that if you want an appointment in the first place better have your schedule for next month handy. The staff doesn’t care about being timely or efficient. The doctor is an old man who should be retired if you can’t handle the patient load you should quit. If your staff is incapable of handling the volume then book less appointments. Terrible service in a dumpy building. Go to LensCrafters or Costco honestly go anywhere else but here. Appalling service or should I say lack thereof.

There is NO excuse to be left on hold for 30 plus minutes when I wanted to inquire if my wifes glasses were completed as no-one has contacted me for over 3 weeks after we purchased new eyewear! ZERO excuse. Im sure they will use the pandemic as an excuse but theres no reason why they cant hire people to work from home. Terrible customer service. When I FINALLY did get through I was told that since the store did not answer they were unable to provide me with any information--which means that I have to go down in person to inquire! This is no way to treat a customer.While I got a generic Sorry we let you down, Please forward your info and we will look into it for you. NOBODY ever contacted me. So I AGAIN called and AGAIN was put on hold for over a half an hour before I finally gave up! I will have to go in person to get an answer! How very sad. This company has no respect or reguard for the customer. I am sorry we ever did business with them and will not be doing so in the future. Save yourself some major agravation and go elsewhere. Somewhere where the customer is respected. When these people go out of business they are going to wonder why.

Surprised theres so many negative reviews. This place is small but it has a diverse collection of glasses. The staff was very helpful and patient with me finding my perfect pair of glasses. And listened to my concerns about finding ones to frame my face nicely. And any alterations I needed with my lenses they also took their time listening to me and didnt make me feel rushed. They werent in network with my insurance but I was lucky enough to come by while they were doing a good sale. Love my new frames

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! Swear to God! Horrendous customer service. Been waiting for someone, anyone to pick up the phone for a half-hour since the minute the store opened and NO ONE will pick up. Prescribed wrong contact lens prescription and I’m trying to inform them it’s a wrong prescription but to no avail. I will NEVER go here EVER again.

I have no clue whats up with these horrible reviews lol. I made an appointment online through their easy to navigate site with literally 0 trouble, and when I had shown up the day and time of the appointment I must have only waited like 10? 15? minutes before a tech saw me, and maybe another 5 minutes after that before the doc saw me. Im a first time glasses wearer and the techs were super patient with the slew of questions I had for them, even taking the time to joke with me about the pains of online holiday shopping. The tech that helped me had a pretty and unique name that sounded like Midna otherwise Id give her a proper shout-out! They both spoke with me in detail about what my insurance covers, and I was able to pick out a cute set of glasses. Honestly the longest part of the visit was just me trying to figure out what glasses I wanted since there were a bunch of options. Overall I thought it was a nice time.

I set up an appointment for new glasses the other day, only to show up and be told they arent doing new glasses prescriptions until January. They said they called me the other day and left a message. After I checked they had the right number and played my voicemail to show they did not call me, the receptionist got rude and told me they did leave a message and told me to leave.

The technician said, the photo through the new machine is covered through my VSP benefits. But, they charged me 19$ extra for it. The claim document from VSP also shows Fundus Photography W/i&r as uncovered with 19$ as my contribution. Doctor is good, but this extra cost is somewhat charged unfairly. Hope, the team looks into it and resolve the same. My wife also visited the same day and got charged the same 19$ extra for her also. Total 38$ got charged extra.

And more than likely one of the helpless employees put it there to try to scavenge whatever customer service dignity and or morality is left of this place. I dont understand why it is still seeing people without gutting that place of their worthless employees and start over.I saw a lady standing and waiting with atleast 4 different pair of glasses for fitting and I overheard why. The customer service is not great at all. Be sure to ask for sample products. I was getting fitted for contacts and their systems were down (another warning glad). While I waited I decided to observe the room. I noticed another fellow contact wearer was getting fitted, he left with a few goodies to help him in the contractprocess: a sample size disinfecting solution, a pamphlet on contacts, and extra contact holder. A few weeks later I came back to pick up my order. 1st they couldnt find my order. When it was finally found, the young lady asked me if I wanted a bag. I think she may have thought I wanted to walk out with them in my pocket. Who knows? I notice I hadnt received any of the items offered to the young man a few weeks prior. I politely asked the young lady if there were sample solutions she could give me. Lol! (I like asking questions I already know the answer too, it weeds out who to trust. )Needless to say, her voice became high pitched and overly friendly. Lol! She gave me the solution and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. Wonder why I wasnt offered the disinfectant solution? Oh well.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Customer service people are rude and doesnt know how to take care of senior customer. I went for my mother and they made her wait even though we were ahead of other customers. When asked about the same, According to the front desk Gentleman named Isaias (sorry if spelling is incorrect) at the front desk Customers who come for eye exam are priority not the ones who come to buy glasses and have prescriptions. This is a ridiculous policy from Vision Works. We visited the branch at Old Post Road, Edison New Jersey.

After I paid a good price for glasses that wasn’t even right.Update: its been two weeks and they still havent given me back my glasses. they ask that you send a email and then they dont answer the email back or call to let you know what has been done to help you. Terrible customer service. I got my appointment for today August 3 in June. I went to this place and filled out my forms. As I was about to begin my vision test, the worker told me that I would have to pay an additional $19 since my insurance will not cover their new machine. Obviously when the worker tells you this at the last minute, the customer would have no choice but to pay. This place should notify its customers the moment they enter. Moreover, the worker who provided me service (think her name was Roshni or something with R”) was rude and unfriendly. The staff thinks they are doing us a favor by providing us service. It is their job to give us service and be polite, yet they can’t do the single job of being kind. I’ll remember this experience and go somewhere else in the future. Would give 0 stars if google allowed.

I went from PA because my Visionworks didn’t have an appointment for me... and I was so surprised to have such a great experience! The customer service desk is very professional and kind and the doctor very knowledgeable. I will definitely keep coming here for my check. It is so worth the drive 😊

Drove 25 minutes to get there- but they sent me away because I didn’t have an appointment- due to Covid apparently appointments are necessary even to just look at glasses - understandable I guess 🙄- so i made an appt and drove in again- they looked up my plan and said they don’t cover me- even though my insUrance agent said they should - and recommended Visionworks specifically-after a second call to my insurance- they still say I should have been covered!🤷‍♂️ Call first. Find out who your talking to and get definite answers before wasting 2 hours of your life.

I have been going to Vision Works for over 10 years now. I have referred over my wife, mom and sister to this location. I have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating to my busy schedule. During my last visit, the customer service we received was exceptional! The entire staff is phenomenal especially Rachel. She took the time to explain everything to us and made some great recommendations. Initially, I was only going to purchase contacts, but after speaking with Rachel, I got glasses as well. I love my new glasses and wish I would have purchased them sooner! There are many eye doctors close to my home, but I choose Vision Works in Edison because of employees like Rachel and the rest of the staff! Keep up the great service. Adding to the story above - they also gave us a tray and instructions that anything I touch should remain in the tray so that they can sanitize (before telling me I had no coverage) this is fine - but was not policed at all so the man in front of me was trying on glasses and rapidly putting them back without sterilization- meanwhile 3 employees were standing by the front desk- if you have a rule might as well enforce it 🤷‍♂️

The very worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.... Raquel, the manager was so rude and disrespectful, I almost couldnt believe it. The Dr was awsome, but the other employees treated me like garbage. I was told after waiting like 3 weeks for my glasses that I had to find another vision works to take them to, to have them fitted and after paying 800$ for 4 pairs of glasses, they would not even give me a cloth to clean my lenses.... 1 star is giving them to many stars. I got glasses over a month ago and literally every two weeks in there cause they don’t sit on my face right. My last visit I was told they would finally order me a new pair. I call a week later to see when the new pair would be in so that I can make an appointment to change out frames. I have been trying to call for over an hour and no one is answering. The service is terrible! Both phone and in person. Over a month in glasses that don’t sit right and they can’t fix them.

We had bad experiences too similar to many other reviewers. We had an appointment for the eye exam but upon arrival were told to reschedule. Then at the appointment, the doctor was extremely rude. I would recommend avoiding this place to save yourself from an unpleasant experience.

This is the first eye doctor I have ever went to. First my prescription was wrong and I went back to get my prescriptions right. So now I have to wear two different pairs for glasses. Never had I had this problem at other eye doctors this is the first one. I will not go back go back there. I will never recommend this place to anyone because they’re unprofessional even when you ask for the glasses cleaner they say they don’t give it away for free, you have to pay to get it. I NEVER NEVER NEVER go back there. I made an appointment for my son to go and I will be canceling it. DO NOT GO!

Terrible customer service. Order sunglasses in May. Kept getting told they would be done in 10-14 days. As of end of July I never received them as they kept breaking in the lab. Called to request a refund and have yet to receive the refund, that was 3 weeks ago. Can never get anyone on the phone.

Terrible place. They say they fix your glasses If they break but In reality dont have a lab and cant fix anything! Waste of money. I bought 4 pairs of glasses here when they mis-adjusted they said they cant fix them or they would break and they have no lab. So I wasted lots of money on glasses that they cant fix. The girl who works there, janell, is very attentive and a great employee. However, the other girl who worked there was not very nice and did not care about the patients at all. She should be fired. Overall 3 stars because it definitely seems like that one employee is bringing the whole place down. Janell best get hired for more pay somewhere else and show them this review as her resume. Been taking my kids here for years. Recently had an app with Dr. Derek Radich and he was so kind, patient and understanding. Wish they had a little more selection my insurance covered but they still have a good amount. All 3 glasses were in within a weeks time, even a special order where we just wanted to change the lenses and secure the frames a little more. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses in January 2019. When I went to pick them up 2 weeks later, they said that both glasses failed lab inspection so my order got delayed with no communication from the company. The second time I went, they said that only one pair came in. However, the pair that arrived was in the wrong color, so they had to send the order out again. The third time I went, they gave me the first pair of glasses in the right color but said that the second pair was lost by the lab. Finally, I asked them to ship the glasses to me. I opened the box to find the wrong pair of glasses. Ive been extremely patient with them until now but called them up today to talk about how unacceptable this situation is. It has been over 3 months since I placed my order and still haven’t received both glasses. The manager did absolutely nothing to make the situation better and was very abrupt in the call. I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this shop.

The first one who tried to help me adjust my eyeglass was nice but when another person, name Janel, took over because Its blurred when I read, she is very rude, very inpatient telling me read this way, that way youre not doing it right, put your head up, down, Shes so proud to talk loud this way with people around listening. Progressive is really this way she said as if she just want me to take the eyeglass though not satisfied. She put me down so much as if I never wear progressive eyeglass. Its actually expensive here but I come here because they do good job but this experience is disappointing. She could just tell me try and get adjusted and if within a week its not better then come back and well adjust the lens. I have been a customer here and was never treated this way. It takes one person to make it horrible.

There were few people that were very kind and friendly and polite. Their glasses selection was fashionable and pretty but very limiting. However the rest of the staff weren’t very helpful or polite. My glasses were ordered to come on a Friday and they told us we were supposed to get a text message about it and it never came. We called the next day around 11, and they told us the glasses were ready but didn’t notify us that in order to pick them up we had to be there at 2, 30 minutes before they close. So now we have to pick up our glasses days after they were ready due to our schedule, but they were supposed to notify us and they did not. Terrible.

The doctor there is very nice. A funny, personable gentleman. As for the office staff, they are very rude and ill mannered (with the exception of Laneisha).Theyll hang up on you without formally ending a call and when you ask questions they are less than helpful. Besides the frame selection (which is also lacking in itself and terribly overpriced) there is nothing good to say about this place beyond the doctor himself and the aforementioned associate.I dont know whats happened, but it didnt used to be this way in the past, so perhaps they should invest in better staff or they will lose quite a bit of business.

Not only was the appointment punctual and efficient, Dr. Patel discovered that the reason I was having trouble seeing was not due to the fact that my eyes were getting worse but in fact, they were improving and my contacts were too strong. I know she had nothing to do with this occurrence but the fact that I can read today without using glasses makes me ecstatic. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience. I left work early from the city to get here on time and the dr was in such a rush. They close at 7pm and my appointment was at 6pm, an hour for treatment. They had me sign the paperwork for dilation of the eyes and I thought I was going to receive the full treatment. Dr Patel simply told me it’s 615 and we don’t have time it takes 25 mins for it to settle. They close at 7 she would’ve had 20 mins after diluting my eyes for a proper treatment. She suggested I make another appointment to adjust to her schedule. What kind of dr does this, only to get more copay our of me WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I called them because i lost my glasses so they can send a request to my insurance company. The receptionist told me she will call them. I called them about a week after and the same girl picked up the phone. She told me that she called them already and is waiting to hear back from them. 1. that was a lie. 2. Why is the same person picking up the phone if she is lazy as hell???I called my insurance company to see what is going on because its been more than 3 weeks and I work at a pharmacy so i know it doesnt take this long. I found out my insurance never got any calls or requests form these people. Its so sad because I needed glasses pretty bad and i was nice enough to give them time to do the work but they never did it.

Well. They took my insurance and close to my house so I went here. The doctors are all helpful and very friendly. The staff, not so much front desk is rude. My glasses arms FELL OFF 2 months after I used it. Note: I wear contacts too, so I only wear my glasses at night. And the arm fell off just like that randomly.

The only good thing about this place is their glasses. Ive never had any issues with the representatives who helped you picked them out. The eye doctor and the receptionists are not good (Im a receptionist myself, I would know.) There are a lot of bad things I can say about their service, but Ill keep it simple. I went to a new eye doctor who examined the glasses I received from here. They totally screwed up my lenses!!!! One lens had no prescription, the other one was for near sightedness. I have astigmatism in both eyes!!! Unbelievable. No wonder why I never felt like my glasses did anything for me!

Please go to a different location. Part of the issue was my fault because I wasnt ready to purchase glasses the day we had the eye exam. I tired to call back several times after our appointment & i was always told that no one could help me & I had to speak with the women that helped us un the beginning. Well 1. I cant remember her name & 2. isnt this a business that deals with customers all day? Why cant anyone that works there help a customer? But what really got me is that they lied they told me that someone said they spoke with me & said i would have to come back in to have the exam over again. Now why would we do that & we were just there in September & the hold up was the fact we were waiting for you guys to get back to us about the cost after going through our insurance. We went to a different location & had them fax over our Prescription. . Ladies you suck.

Went last year and had OK experience.Went recently for eye exam and they charged $19 for some fancy eye photograph which was not covered by insurance.Staffs should let customers know of out of pocket cost before providing unneccesary imaging .

Amazing service!!! Do not listen to any of these reviews my family has been coming to this location for years and we have never had a problem! All the girls behind the front desk work hard especially during their busy times. I feel horrible reading half of these reviews cause the staff is always so helpful to my family. They help us pick out frames and even accommodate us with same day appointments. They are great and would highly recommend Visionworks edison to all!!! Check them out for yourself and make your own judgement!

Went to the store on a Saturday at 1:45. The sign on the front door shows they close at 2:30.When I asked to find out if they accept my insurance the women behind the desk gave the following information 1)I would have to make an appointment before they could check what my insurance covered 2)The store was about to close 3) I could call my insurance if I want to find out about my coverage.The person had no customer service skills and gave me the distinct impression that they have all the customers they need. I walked out never to return.

Seriously I cannot understand the bad reviews, I came in yesterday 3/13/2019 for 3 appointment back to back, myself and 2 children, you can only imagine the wait time, but to my surprise as soon as I was done I would say maybe 5-7 min later we went in already. Staff was AMAZINGLY friendly, they were very polite, even though we are all family they took no shortcuts and made sure to clean the machines between each turn, they even had back up people in the room to make sure they move the appointment nice quick and smooth for all of us. With small shy children some of these machines can be scary they were very patient with my girls. After that we were called by Dr. Radich and he was simply AMAZING!!!! Very recommend, he was funny, the girls loved him, my oldest who was scared to get glasses, is now excited about it thanks to this facility, staff and Dr. Because the experience was that great!!! GO SEE DR RADICH Thank you everyone at Vitionworks Edison!!!

Its terrible that I have to even give one star because this is ridiculous all Im going to say is is that if I dont receive a message from a district manager a store manager or owner its going to be a serious issue Raquel your assistant manager is nasty I had to go to Pearle Vision in order to get my husbands fixed because their heater machine was broken and so his glasses werent able to fit his face properly after I paid $800 cash for 4 pair of glasses

Called, paid and then I find out.....they were out of network.. never once was I told they were out of network.Was told they take my insurance, then after the exam ... they say my coverage doesnt pay for this, that and this. Went and checked later it was out of network..with an in-network provider I would have paid 0. For what I received!!! Very deceptive!!!!!!!! Will never go back.

In-house service and frame selection was quite good, but as I spent quite a bit on the sub-par product this has to go down to two. Not only are these lenses not the correct strength (which as a person with no vision insurance trying to not make her eyes worse it awful from several perspectives--monetarily I cant afford to buy glasses again!), but I paid extra for no glare and yet? Every light a sunburst impeding my vision. I hate to give bad reviews (actually, think this is my first one ever), but if youre reading this before going over to buy I really think you should just go to a LensCrafters where they have a big boss in the sky to fear in terms of giving out sub-par products.

I booked an appointment online for 8 am. They called me the day before to ask if I was going to show up at 9 am for my appointment. I explained that the appointment I booked was for 8. They tried to blame me saying I doubled booked and that they are not open before 9. Still this would not be my error, for if I did double book, the site still had an option for me to sign up for 8. Then I explained I would have to talk to my boss to take the time off, and to give me a few minutes and that I would call them back to make sure a 9 am appointment worked for me and my job. The woman said, Ok, I will cancel your appointment. I told her to wait, and said that I could probably still make the appointment. She then told me she may not have any appointments available. Hello! Does she realize how incompetent and inconsistent her explanation was becoming? How can I have double booked an appointment, be asked to show up at 9, and have one to cancel at 9 am, if I didnt have a 9 am appointment? When I tried to explain this to her, she once again blamed me for the website having 8 am appointments, and then got rude and asked if she could talk. I told her, No, because she didnt make any sense. I will never even attempt to use this business again. For the minute they get on the phone they are blaming a customer for a website issue, and then they cant even get their stories straight.

I have been coming to this location for few years now. Overall, the service improved over time. dr. Goldberg is a great dr. And where he was previsousky reserved in his interaction, he makes real effort to make you feel comfortable and provide exceptional client service. Janel is absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. (With other staff would throw queue from her!). Don’t get me wrong, it’s not perfect... but they are getting there.

Tried to schedule for eye check up for 4 of my family members, they kept of my phone call hold for almost 15 minutes I received a rude answer that they dont give appoint for whole family at a time. Very crazy I am going to them from past 5 years every time they do some or other mischief. Really dont recommend anyone to go there. I changed doctor. Anyway Doctor is very nice person and he real gentleman.

The only reason I go here is because it’s closer to me.The girl that did some kind of exams in the back with the machines doesn’t even wipe the machines after every patient. That’s so unsanitary. Will be looking for another place.
