I went today around 11am and it wasnt very busy, I was out in an hour. The staff was nice.I just move here from out of the state and I have seen not so good customer service. Having said that, this is one of few places I have a good thing to say that is why I decided to rate it.

They open at 7:30 and it is now 7:47 and no signs of it ever opening. They take several days to send your results. The girls poked my dads nerve 2 times when taking blood. I do not recommend this place.

We had a STAT order - which means same day results. The lab technician confirmed the STAT oder. The problem was that we were either supposed to take an injection or not depending upon the results. They missed it. Then even though we talked to the office at 4:45 asking where were our results.... We were told they would call us and said they missed the STAT. They didnt call and there is no number to reach the lab or the national office after 5 - What a BS company to be holding peoples physical well-being in their hands and making it entirely impossible to contact them in a critical situation.

Horrible. My nurse said for QD to call so the lab work order could be faxed. Lady behind window was RUDE, said she was swamped and that I could call my nurse myself to send lab order. I just walked out. I dont need that nasty attitude. Not my fault she hates her job. Nevertheless I dont recommend.

Always courteous and professional, but do need more staff

If you guys want to be in and out fast and get results instantly, you should try Omega Drug & Alcohol Screening. They always have 2 people in the office working.

Ive gone to this lab several times, the staff is always quick and really nice! My favorite lab to go to by far, and so close to home too!

Went to get some Lab Work done, and quest can not send my results to my Drs office in a timely manner. Its been 2 months.... And still waiting on my results from Quest.

They open at 7:30 but Im still standing outside the door waiting. Was told Id be seen before 8:00 over the phone yesterday. Not sure how Im going to make it to class on time now.

Friendly & professional staff. I went in as a walk-in and had a short wait time. I will continue going here for labs.

I was here at 8am. No food since the night before. Its almost 11am. I feel sick and my headache is getting worse. Maybe Ill be next soon.
