I went to Dr. Patterson for a few weeks. After doing some spinal adjustments he caused a slip disk and started to get paralysis in my legs. After a few weeks in a wheel chair, I finally was able to walk after spinal surgery. The neurosurgeon said it was caused by manipulation of my spine by a chiropractor. I now have limited mobility and I am in constant pain for the rest of my life. Ive reached out to him and this office but they have not returned my calls.

The doctor and staff at this facility are second to none. Dr. Vela is determined to offer the best in patient care, while maintaining compassion, kindness, and understanding. He patiently answered my myriad of questions and resolved years of neck pain in a rather short amount of time. The front office staff and nurses are friendly, professional, and accommodating as well. They have certainly earned my familys trust and faith in their care.

Dr. Vela and Dr. Patterson both great Doctors no matter who you see you will be getting great care, Nurses and staff always greet with a smile and make you fell better than worst.

Dr. Patterson and Dr. Vela were both exceptional. I came to them with chronic pain and in the first visit was brought almost immediate relief. Their staff is friendly and professional, and every visit is a pleasant experience. I recommended their services to my daughter and she has likewise had nothing but positive experiences to share.

I was referred to Patterson by my sports massage therapist. Id been to 3 other providers that charged many bogus charges or just had a quick adjustment and done.Patterson Chiropractic is the best. The staff is friendly and professional. They provide a whole body treatment plan: spinal decompression, waterbed massage, strength & conditioning, electro therapy, massage therapy and manual manipulation.

I love leaving these types of reviews. I’ll start with talking about the ladies at the front desk. Talk about top end customer service. Every time I come I’m welcomed with a warm smile from Narda and the other ladies at the front. I’ve not only always received this welcoming every time I come but I’ve witnessed rude af customers come in and be so condescending and Narda not blinking an eye and still providing top of the line service. The whole staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Blanca is such an advocate for every patient and encourages one to really communicate all needs with Dr. Vela. Can’t say enough about this place and how much I recommend coming here. Come see Dr. Vela and those magic hands of his.

Both chiropractors (Patterson and Vela) know how to make the pain go away. Im amazed with the knowledge of the musculoskeletal system they both have. Their staff, from the front office, therapy assistants and chiropractors are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I always recommend people go to them 100 percent!

Dr.Patterson is by far the best Chiropractor Ive seen since living in the Valley. No need to try anyone other Chiropractor. I was SO grateful when we found him, & I recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Paterson is great, every time I go for an adjustment or a general therapy session I feel great after. The only reason why I dont give him five stars is due to having a ridiculously rude staff. The ladies at the front desk only care about collecting the payment never smile or have a polite attitude. They are loud, rude and always laughing in their cubicle, they lack attentiveness and desire to make the patient feel welcome. They rush the Dr. out of the room while still in a session with a patient, rudely knock on the door and raise their voices at him that other patients are waiting. I have being a patient at this facility for 4 years, the only reason I’m still there is Dr. Paterson, he is nice, attentive, great at what he does and always assertive to fix the problem area. Quick advice, either replace the secretaries or train them to provide excellent customer service. My suggestions, call ahead to ask how busy they are, cause if they are busy you won’t get the service you deserve or need.

I myself was not a patient but my father is. As we came in for my fathers appointment the receptionist area was full with its employees and nurses and they were just laughing plain loud and didnt seem to care that we were there. They also have a nasty attitude when answering the phone. I would recommend for the Supervisor or Head Doctor or whoever is in charge there to bring these issues up with there employees. I wouldnt recommend this place without an apology given here.

Patterson Chiropractic Clinic in Edinburg were Awesome. The ladies and the doctors, Dr Patterson and Dr Vela, are friendly, kind, and professional. I have never had to wait long to be seen and most of the time they have Christian music playing which to me, is awesome. Next time you need a Chiropractor, you need to call Patterson Chiropractic.

The service they offer is spectacular. As a patient my body responds well to the treatment that is given by the Doctors and staff. The treatment given to me takes care of my problematic pain and alleviates my back pain almost immediate.Im thankful to know that there are still doctors that listen and are atentive to their patients needs like Dr. Patterson and Dr. Vela.
