Got my first Covid shot here. Good staff, painless shot, only complaint is that I came for my appointment at 7:30 and didnt actually get in until 8:45, and still waited 30 minutes to get the jab. Also, no one would answer the phone in the office.

Was called for second Covid vaccine, short line, staff was very courteous and professional.

I have only had the opportunity to go to two wic clinics in alton and here and there is a lot of difference. To begin with, the staff here are friendly and have always treated me excellently, just as when I speak with them on the phone, they are always ready to help. The first time I visit the clinic I was amazed because it smells of chlorine and it is very clean (they have to take care of the cleaning lady) the truth is that if I am very comfortable with this clinic, it is difficult to find a place where they can treat you without discriminating people...

Thanks to the Wic offices that always think of us and our little ones, they are a great organization where they give you everything you need so that you can help our children to be healthy and happy, thank you for the little gifts you gave my children and for everything. the support and help that you give us a thousand thanks
