Ramon is my physical therapist at brightstar. He had motivated me a lot to improve. When I got home I couldnt move and have burns all over my arms, neck. Ramon pushed me to do better so I can be how I used to be. Now I can walk, jump, kick a ball and I got more force to play soccer, get up and down the stairs and long distance walking. She Only cares about she looks and she spends most of her time crying in her office about her son failing Baylor.... But the rest of the staff is great!

BrightStar was terrific in helping me after a very bad work accident. They were the only reason I got to recover at home and not a hospital as no other home health would take my workers compensation insurance. Not enough great things could be said for Crystal the RN case supervisor who did just as many visits and wound dressing changes as her nurses. Absolutely great service and care.

Not happy with this company at all. Mediocre and subpar come to mind. My father has been a patient for 2 months and I feel like Im having to call every week for one thing or another. From not bringing the correct supplies to missing appointments to not returning phones calls, weve been through it all. I read the reviews and thought things would change 2 weeks ago after a phone conversation with the case manager. Sadly, the two visits following that phone call proved different. Their website says to contact them via phone for immediate assistance 24/7 but no one has answered in the last hour. My father doesnt need much attention or care from them and theyre still falling short of my expectations. Im not sure how they vet their nursing staff but something fell through the cracks. Unfortunately Im at work during the day and unable to be present when the nurse visits just to make sure everything is being done as it should be. Im not very experienced with home health agencies but this one isnt living up to my expectations.
