Imagine, a massage for those tense muscles, leading your worries away...I also purchase a staff - recommended anti - humidity (taming) creme for curly hair, Yes! They have it *And it Works as described - what a relief! No more frizzled up, standing up, hey - whatcha-doing hair!! If you live in Texas, you live in high Humidity & your hair Will go wild..this cures the problem.

It was amazing. It reminded me that I should pamper myself. Not when someone gifts it to you. It was almost a whole day of pampering.

Robert is extremely talented with hair. My boyfriend has been getting his hair cut with him for over 8 years now. Robert has done my hair on 2 occasions and my daughters hair once and we love how precise he is with his craft!

Got a couples massage as a gift and just Wow! I got a deep tissue by Juana that was AH-MAZING! I also had the hot stones which are really relaxing! I definitely want to make this a regular thing. Juana was able to identify ALL my knots and really work them. It hurt, but the good kind of hurt. 😁👍🏼

Went in for a medical massage for my TMJ with Brenda. She is AMAZING. I was in so much pain when I got there. My jaw was unaligned, I could barely move my neck, my headaches were horrendous, and my back was in so much pain. I finally feel normal and the pain is gone. I will definitely continue to go there. I absolutely recommend her to everyone!

Have been coming here for several years for a mens haircut (2015-2017), and have been very pleased every visit. Friendly service and a good quality haircut with every visit. Ive been going with Tommie Flores and recommend her with the mens haircut. Shes a great stylist who enjoys a fun chat and remembers me from past visits.I initially found out about Avalon Spa and Salon when I researched places in the Valley that offer Aveda products. I recommend this salon visit for a good quality mens hair cut.

I had an appointment and received several calls to confirm my appointment. On the day and time of my appointment, no one was available. The doors were locked on both entrances and no one answered my calls. Very unprofessional, without care and without remorse. Could it be that they just dont want to work?

I should have asked for the special instructions for my massage therapist, the dont talk, She spent my entire massage talking about some special products that could help for diabetes and ect. How can I relax if you are trying to sell me a product

I asked for a couples massage and facials to treat my girlfriend on her day off. Honestly the staff was really nice but what I had a problem with was when I called they said the package was 315 for both. Which was fine I had no problem with but once I paid it came out to 415.00. I didn’t get anything extra so let me tell you the facials were ok nothing amazing not worth 100 dollars if I were to break it down for two people. Honestly you can get a facial anywhere else and it’ll probably be cheaper and just the same as the one we got here. The full body massage was a 50 minute massage for 105 dollars yea you can literally go to footy footy and get it for cheaper again nothing special. Would I recommend this place? Sure if you want to tell your friends how you spent 250.00 dollars on yourself for a mediocre message and facial.

We scheduled a week in advance, got a babysitter, and traveled from weslaco. We got stuck in traffic due to an accident so out of courtesy I called to let them know we MIGHT be a few mins late. We were not late, however the therapist assumed we would be so decided to not get there until 15 mins after our appointment and then let us know instead of the hour massage we booked we could only get a 30 min massage. They then proceeded to blame me for calling to say we might be late. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We left without massages and will never return. No respect for their customers time.

Amazing massage/mani/pedi experience!

Wasted my time due to their non -existent internal communication.Sadly I cannot give a good review to this well know establishment. I wanted to surprise my wife with a Brazilian Hair Treatment, know I dont know what that means but I do know that there were a minimum of 5 other places that offered it. I chose to call at 9AM to make an appoint for following day. They took my contact information and told me the specialist would call me at 2PM. 2PM passed, then 3, 4, and 5PM. I decided to take it upon myself and call them at 5:30. They told me to show up the following day at 8AM then asked if we wanted a Brazilian or Japanese hair treatment. I told them I didnt know but if my wife could decide the next morning... They said yes thats no problem. I was excited and couldnt wait to spoil my wife. Then we get a call at 9PM asking about the length of hair and amount of hair. The specialist then suggested to go a different day because she didnt have that much time. Imagine trying to schedule something at 930PM. Waste of time and non-existent internal communication.

HORRIBLE expierence! I had my hair done there and they messed it up. The lady was VERY RUDE! Very over priced! Even the manager was no help! I was rescheduled for her hair and was told that one day is for consultation and the next day they do the actual work. Really!!! They are not all that to have consultation with you. The guy half of the time during Consultation was on his cell phone texting away. Would not recommend this place to no one.

Requested for a group of services for me and my daughters and they separated us for the massages and pedis and manis. Facials I can understand. Been here since 9:15 am and haven’t been offered a snack or anything considering it was a package for 3 ppl with 4 services each. Disappointed and unhappy.

Do not get your make up done here, u will end up with pain in the base of your skull. You will have to lie down on the non-reclining chair, slouching position, facing the ceiling for better lighting bec salon no equip for this, while the the base of your skull rest on a roll of towel. They work on you for an hour, u leave with a made up face, numbness and splotchy vision. Not worth it.

Best microdermabrasion services, their esteticians are by far the best qualified you will find, I have tried the best and I wont get a facial anywhere else. Maria has been my estetician for years and Ive yet to find another estetician with so much professionalism and knowledge, overtime I go for my routine treatment and there has not been a time that I dont see an imidiate change and see the condition of my skin overtime. I got my hair dyed and cut by Sandra she did a great job!!!...the only thing disgusting about the place was their pedicure tub..everything surrounding it us filthy! The tub must be as old as the place everything stuck to and made it look chippy looking Which proves its super old. They swear the disinfect....I dont thing so!!stay far away from pedies there....fungus just waiting to attack your feet.

Over priced, treatment significantly shorter than promised, tried to sell me more treatments in the middle of my treatment, and dont forget the 3.5% credit card fee you will have to pay. We are not coming back here.
