I went in for a ear infection and he was very nice and took his time to see what the problem was and attended me quick for the next time I went in thank you Dr mackey Im starting to feel alot better !! Very well recommended to anyone having trouble with allergies or ear infections staff was great and very nice and also very on top with cleaning everything I have no complaints thank you !!

Been wait for over an hour. Why do drs overbook? Our time is valuable too. Only reason I see for overbooking is money. If you set an appointment, see us at that time. Otherwise schedule us for the actual time you will see us.Waited 2 hours and dr saw us for less than 5 minutes and paid $44 for visit and drops.Will be going somewhere else.

Dont waste your time. I was able to set up an appointment for my son very easily. Our appointment was for 10:05 didnt get seen until 12:30. Dr. Mackey spent less than 5 minutes with us. They didnt even let me tell them all of the issues before they decided on a treatment. I found his stuff to be nice, not kind by any means but not rude. He is just a waste of time. Dont bother

Overall very caring Dr and has very professional great nurses. His PA is also very good too. Sometimes we have to wait for good things. His office isn’t crowded because he’s bad.

Great experience!! I dont know why people are complaining about the staff. Staff is great!!! Very courteous and helpful. The WAIT TIME is NOT their fault, they are not in control of how many patients the doctor wants to take in and how long the consultations take. Dr. Mackie is a great doctor thats why he has so many patients, hence the long wait time!!

Dr. E. Mackie is so professional and kind. I took my 4 year old daughter in who had constant nose bleeds and left his office with directions on how to control and decrease the nose bleeds as well as a secondary option in case they didnt stop. Turned out we havent had to go back! Wonderful ENT specialist!

Worst staff ever. Dont know how to relate information, dont return phone calls and to top it off they called a complettly wrong number and left information about my insurance. Good doctor but not going back.

Horrible experience with the staff. Dont know how to explain or give correct information. A receptionist was really rude. No complaints for Dr. Mackie, but I do feel sorry for him loosing clients.

Dr Mackie is extremely knowledgeable. He explains in detail your condition and takes time to answer your questions. I had a procedure done which required a follow up visit a couple of days later. The appointment fell on a holiday. Not a problem. Dr. Mackie opened his office to see me on that holiday and took great care of me. I will say that his office staff is not the best. I have trouble scheduling appointments, getting refills done and the wait time in his office typically runs close to an hour. I give Dr. Mackie five stars, but his office staff only three.

I had a very good first time call with Karina... I got my first appointment within minutes of my call.... Lets see how my first visit goes... I did notice that theres some bad reviews about people complaining about the waiting time and the employees... I think we all just need to realize that there is a waiting time at every doctors office and that not everybodys going to please everybody everyones perogative is you either go to this doctor or you choose another doctor... Yes this is my first time of me seeing this doctor but its the same thing at every doctors office you dont like the staff youre waiting too long and you get tired of it its the same thing everywhere thats why Im saying what Im saying... Im giving this Dr a chance because I need to see this doctor nobody recommended him I chose him that was my prerogative... Thank you...

My son had an apt at 11:00 its now 12:05 and he is still not being seen yet! The Dr is good and friendly but the staff over books him all the time.
