I went to this location on a Wednesday morning with no appointment. I was seen within 15 minutes and the woman who drew my blood (I think her name was Julie? - I wish I could remember because she deserves a shout out) was kind, friendly, professional. She’s great at what she does. I felt really well taken care of.

I went in with my wife today to get a biometric screening. Everything was fine with the technician I had, but what happened with my wife’s technician? The cuts on the bottom left are where that technician first attempted to draw blood, and ended swirling the needle around after a few attempts. My wife is in pain right now. This is not ok Quest.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have been waiting THIRTY days for my lab results. Talk about stressful and completely unacceptable! I’ve reached out and gotten no response, except an email saying “this test can take longer.” Um...the lab tech told me 3-5 days! Horrible customer service. Impossible to talk to a live human on the phone. I would avoid this place at all costs!

I purchased a test package online but I was unable to make an appointment. Website scheduling doesnt work (but they are happy to sell you more packages, funny how that always works) while phone customer service lectures you about COVID for a very long time and then says this is an automated line, you cant talk to anyone, go online to do your scheduling. I am going to try a walk-in but judging by other reviews here its not going to go well.UPDATE: I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 stars based on my experience in the lab. I went in at 9:30 am on a Tuesday and had a minimum wait after registering as a walk-in in on an iPad in the lobby. I am the worst blood draw patient (low weight, low blood pressure, invisible veins) but my technician was very skilled and had me out of there in no time. If they fixed their phone/online customer service and scheduling, I would give it 5 stars.

I needed to reschedule my appointment but it felt essentially impossible to do that. I tried online days ago and not sure why it didnt work. It certainly wasnt intuitive.I have tried calling repeatedly. You have to sit through very long recordings and after listening to the same ones I finally figured out what to do, but when I got there I needed my confirmation code. I dont know where this is so the computer wouldnt let me reschedule.There is no acceptable reason to not have one operator. Not rescheduling is completely rude to the staff there.For a short time the American Red Cross will test for covid 19 with a blood donation.

This is what it is. Very inexpensive way to get lab tests done. My first experience involved a longer wait due to short staffing. My second experience was in and out in 20 minutes. I like the new electronic check in system where you can see your name in a board with the expected wait time displayed, who is a walk in versus who had an appointment. Both times the blood draw was very efficient and nearly painless.

Does not accept walk-ins despite saying they do to their partners, on their IVR, on their website, and at check-in. Appointments are booked weeks out, just say you dont accept walk-ins so we dont all waste our time and risk exposure due to your inability to communicate or maintain your sources of information.

I liked the service the staff are nice and professional, they know what they are doing. Particularly Andrea is very fast and efficient she finished the process in 5 minutes. Regards to the front desk staff very friendly too. I highly recommend this location enough parking space available too.

I went in right at 7:45am on a Tuesday morning without an appointment. Sign in was a breeze on their machine and then by 8:10, I was in and out! Sherrie was AMAZING at doing the fastest and most pain-free blood draw ever! She was sooooo pleasant...a joy to be around. I would highly recommend this place. It was clean, easy, fast, and now all I have to do is wait for the results. Thanks Quest in Edina!!!

Really great experience here at this location.I came an hour before my appointment was scheduled, and they fit me in early. The blood test was done effectively and efficiently. It was clear that the phlebotomist had experience. Easy check in process as well.

I had a fantastic experience all around with Quest. The online check-in process was super easy, they have a digital kiosk for you to check in once you arrive, and the phlebotomist came straight out to get me. I didnt have to mess with filling out paperwork there, talking to a receptionist, or anything -- it was so much more efficient. Then, the phlebotomist herself was friendly, kind, and did the blood draw in a snap. Quick, easy, and virtually painless. I would absolutely go back here for any kind of lab work.

I had a very good experience when I went there and I was in and out in 10 minutes. However, now I am trying to talk to someone on the phone so I called the number and I had to listen to a 3 minute recording only for them to tell me that no representatives were available and to try again later. I have called 4 times now over a span of 3 hours and it said the same thing every time. Then I tried to leave a message so that they could call me back later and it said that the inbox was full so they could no longer accept messages.

Need a new algorithm for wait times.First trial scheduled an appointment, checked in but somehow ended up on the walk in list. After 45min. Wait still said 45min and people said they had been here for 2 hours. I left as had another appointment.Just did walk in today when saw the wait time was 2min. Came in and said 9 minute wait... 45min later Im still sitting waiting writing this review.

Im a bit torn about the experience. I came in with no appointment (and was advised I may have to wait up to an hour to be seen.) I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. I was worried, since I had come in the afternoon, I would be turned away at the end of the day. However, i was called in 30 minutes before close. Usually my biometric screenings take between a half hour and 45 min, as nobody can ever find a vein (Even though I im practically see through) , Sherry got me in and out in 7 minutes. Height. Weight, Even took my blood pressure 2x, to make sure it was right. She only had to poke once, and I cant tell you how relieved I was. She was super personable, and though I knew she had a lot to do, she gave me all the time and attention I needed. The wait sucks, but the service is fantastic. Thanks Sherry!!!! -K

I had a great experience. I arrived at 7:56 am this morning (Aug. 31, 2016) WITHOUT an appointment, and was seen at 8:10 am. I consider this 14 minute wait nothing as I was a walk in and there were three people there already ahead of me. Once I was seen, I was in an out in under 10 minutes, and it only took as long as it did, as they had to find me in the their system (as I didnt have an appointment) and then input my info. If I had an appointment, Im sure I would have been in and out in 5 minutes once I was seen. I worked with Yanica. She was extremely professional, courteous and very easy to work with. She made it a great experience. They did a great job for me.

I went to this location for a pre-employment drug screening. I dont use drugs and have never had a problem in the past with these types of tests. The staff was extremely rude. I was relaxed before entering the room to leave a urine sample, but as I walked into the room I was told you have 4 minutes. This made it difficult for me to be able to urinate. I tried a couple more times with each being cut shorter. I finally was able to get a sample but then was told it took to long. They said if you do not leave a sample its a failure. At that point I just walked out.I have tried to contact Quest in order to make a complaint but can not get a hold of anyone in management to do so. This seems to be my only option and I doubt anything will come of this.

Check in was easy at the kiosk, 20-30 minute wait for a walk-in appointment Tuesday around 2pm.Ive had a lot of blood come out of me, voluntary and not... But Halimo, one of the phlebotomists, is an artist with a needle. No hand deviation, perfect vein puncture, perfect depth, and only in for exactly as much time as was necessary.I would highly recommend this location and Halimo in particular.

I didnt mind the wait, peoples expectations are sometimes unrealistic. It takes 5 to 10 minutes on each person if theyre lucky, so if 10 people show up within 45 minutes the last person will have to wait longer, do the math, 3 rooms therefore 3 employees, this site sees 80 to 90 people a day, of course theres a wait time especially if you show up mid morning along with everyone else. Oh yeah and as far as them not wanting to wait 2 minutes past closing......I wouldnt either, you should have been there while they where open. It takes roughly 40 minutes to process peoples blood....so why would they want to stay 40 minutes after work for your lack of time management.

I have been trying to get results from a supposedly 24 hour test for 3 days. The website wont verify my identity and prevents me from getting my results, and every time I call them I cant get through to an actual person, just an automated voice. Very frustrating, will avoid Quest in the future.

This facility is seriously understaffed for the volume that they handle. Ive been here for the last four years as a yearly perk through my insurance. Not even once , I was called at the right time even though I had appointment. They call people who dont have appointment in between even though the people with appointment are waiting after the appointment time is over. Minimum wait time can be 20 minutes to 40 minites even with an appointment. But once you are in the process is fine and the staff is knowledgeable. I wish they improve at the front desk.

I will not be returning to this location. I had a digital order provided to me by the doctor that they said to show (not print). I was stuck waiting for quite a while. Nurse I did talk to was crabby/wrathful/mean. Got back and was lectured for not printing the digital files (instructions again were to show not print, there was a barcode to scan, everything is digital now, and this was my first time at a quest location but somehow I was supposed to know they did nothing digitally in 2019). I didnt find the experience pleasant at all and also think it was unprofessional. The lack of printed forms was brought up at least fifteen times with lots of grumbling and glaring and long suffering sighs that there were not printed files before, after and during the workaround. Saying it once is informative but the important bit was can we get around the situation or not and how. I had to provide the solution. I offered to print or send files to them so they could have the forms printed. Nurse didnt even feel arm before unceremoniously jamming the needle into my arm. I am not a needle phobe or anything but I understand why people are after this experience. Arm is more sore than normal for sure. As a cherry on top the location didnt have a bandaid for the blood draw site and I had to stop and buy my own. I actually think one star is too generous for this location.

This facility is severely under staffed. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment over my lunch break and was not called upon until nearly a half an hour after my scheduled appointment. Patients that were walk-ins had over a two hour wait. The staff was obviously frustrated and over worked which clearly impacted their level of customer service. If possible I will be avoiding this location in the future.

The lab itself was clean and the staff working here are friendly. However Quest Diagnostics Billing department is horrible. 6 months later I am still disputing invoices Im receiving for 4x the amount that the services were sold to me for. They do not like to answer phones and they love to send you on wild goose chases blaming your insurance and you the customer before they even consider taking responsibility for their mistakes. I will never use Quest again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Terrible place...surprised they didnt pull out the leeches!! I went in for some standard testing. The Phlebotomist entered my test codes and then took my blood. When I arrived at my Doctors office at 9:00 am, a week later, the tech had entered the wrong codes so the blood results that my Dr. received were not what we needed. He sent me to the local hospital where I paid a $35 co-pay because it was out of my network, and then waited an hour for the results, but by the time my results were ready, my Doc was already back into the middle of his full schedule. So I had to wait until he could squeeze me in, which happened to be at 4:30 that afternoon. My Doctors office called and complained and these people have the audacity to send me a bill for the wrong tests. I called and explained what happened, they lowered the bill by $2.62 and are currently threatening to take me to collections!! Good luck with that!! I told them I was out of pocket another $35.00, they said that it was my insurance companys fault and that I should send in my paymtent. They SUCK!! There is no way to get in touch with management anywhere any time. You can only speak to some tool who doesnt have the authority to do anything. AVOID at all COSTS!!

I had blood drawn last Wednesday. At the time I had apppintment. I arrived early and was taken back for the draw early. All good. The phlebotomist began my draw. I have my blood drawn every two weeks. So I m considered a frequent flyer. I told the phlebotomist which vein to draw from, and to use a butterfly neeedle.She refused my suggestionsShe did get my blood drawn . But now I have a very large black and blue area on my arm plus a egg size hematoma. Because of her bad draw , I am concerned about the next draw, where they will be able to draw from, I have very small veins that roll.Therefore I would not recommend anyone going to this facility to have a blood draw. Unless they change staff.

I would have to say this place is very unwelcoming. There was no at the front desk and most of the staff seemed to have more joy in talking about there day than greeting clients or helping anyone. I was disappointed in the service and they have no respect for anyone. I am not overrating to my experience, because a person should not expect to be treated with disrespect. Grade level is a zero.

Made an appointment 3 weeks prior because I heard that the waits can be long. I showed up before my appointment, and was told that I had to wait 30 minutes so they could get trough some of the walk ins. Since I only have 30 minutes for lunch, I was frustrated. Only 1 person working. Called prior, left several voicemail messages in order to make an appointment, all to no avail. Someone voices that she attempted to use online services to create an appointment but their website malfunctioned/inadequate. She was allowed to go in anyway although arriving after FOUR of us others waiting...all because she WROTE that she had an appointment. In actuality, she just attempted and it didnt go through, just as I (and probably others) had attempted. Unprofessional Joke in business operation.

Very very racist place I do not refer anyone one of ethnicity to this place ! After walking in at 8:30am which is the opening time for Saturday. I did not have an appointment I was told to put my name on the list and I would be called with in a few minutes. I waited for over 2hours and walked out with frustration because my name was Repeately called over and the staff refused to help me. I left without getting my drug test done. I will be speaking with upper management to report this horrific experience.

Do not go to this facility in person if you can help it or if you have another option for testing. During the week expect long wait times, especially on Fridays.Calling for an appointment is difficult but dont go without an appointment if you are required to use this location.
