I have had my brows waxed twice and both stylists did an excellent job! Meesa and Emily shaped my brows and filled them in beautifully, I couldn’t be happier. The receptionists are always cheerful and warm and I have not been kept waiting which is always a plus. I also like that I can book online at my convenience and it’s simple and fast. Ive been going here for the past year and would not go anywhere else! Mari is absolutely incredible. She is always timely, friendly, and professional. I had my first ever wax with her and she made me feel so comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. Also, I had a payment issue where my refund did not go through and the manager was able to process the refund. It did take a couple weeks of work out, but she was very friendly and accommodating when I talked to her on the phone. Overall this European Wax Center is wonderful. The guest associates are always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here for waxing, especially if its your first wax!

I truly enjoy coming here to get my waxing done! The place is incredibly clean, employees are professional and so informative about the different services!Also a plus, they use a hard wax which doesn’t hurt as bad and it also helps me not break out as bad after waxing.Would definitely check it out if you are looking for somewhere to get your groom on!

Friendly service. Had a great conversation during my butt wax today. I’ve had a share of uncomfortable convos with someone staring at my butt. However, she missed the hairs that are the most difficult to reach with a razor. :( its not always easy to notice when my skin is so sensitive.

The place was very nice and clean. My waxer, Lauren, was extremely nice and easy to talk to, making an experience that can be awkward, comfortable. The receptionist, I didnt catch her name, was also really nice and explained all the different packages clearly. She also was very knowledgeable about the product they sell.

This is your place!They offer really good pricing options with their packages for multiple future visits.The best person to visit here is Jamie! Shes AMAZING! A real pro through and through. Shes great at taking care of unwanted hair from head-to-toe!

Got a full bikini wax and the staff made everything very comfortable. I was greeted by a very attentive receptionist and my waxer (?) was also great and took my mind off of the wax process. It was one of the best experiences I have had for a wax. Would highly recommend!

My first time going with Lana went beautifully. She explained why European Wax Center was different and what process they use. It was efficient and was really quick. But of course the best thing was that my brows now look spectacular. I will be returning! EDIT: Same issue as the other location since its run by the same management. Lana left the company soon after I started seeing her - another reason why I wanted to cancel my pass and find someone more local.

The extent of my waxing experience has been limited to occasionally waxing my brows at home. I decided I wanted a full Brazilian and scheduled an appointment with this location. I walked in and the ladies at the front desk were quick to get me checked in and address all the questions and concerns I had since it was my first time and I was terrified. So they were fabulous. The establishment was pristine. Not a single thing out of place, as well. My aesthetician, Mari, took great care of me. Shes been in the business for eighteen years and she sure knows her stuff. I have a piercing, which was one of my biggest concerns. She assured me that shes seen just about everything and can easily work around it. And that she did. It hurt, dont get me wrong, but she talked to me and joked with me the whole time making me feel very comfortable. And shes quick, too. She was also great at recommending products to prevent ingrowns and maintain my business until my next appointment. Im smooth as a babys bottom and ready to go back in four weeks for my next Brazilian!Thank you, Mari,See you at my next appointment!

Of all the European wax centers in Minneapolis the Edina location is the only one I’ll go to. I’ve always had lovely experiences at this location. Mari is amazing. I hadn’t had a wax in a few months and was super nervous about the pain and discomfort. It was quick and easy! She also did an incredible job and I felt very happy with the results. I will continue to go to Edina for my services and book with Mari!

European wax center is a great company. But stay away from this location! They’ve charged my card without permission not honored appointments and list goes on. Bad customer service!

I am writing this review to get the word out there that this company is stealing from me and not willing to work with me on issuing a refund for a wax package I purchased. Due to medical reasons I can no longer continue with waxes and requested a refund by which I was told they would not honor. Their response was it had been too long since I purchased the pass to even consider a refund. I used to recommend the EWC to people but after this experience I will never again.

I had never been to this facility before, but I was very impressed! The facility is very clean and the staff is very pleasant. I have been going to Mari M. there and she always has such an upbeat attitude! Lets face it....it can be a bit embarrassing coming in to have hair removed, but she always keeps it light, fun, and makes you feel comfortable. She keeps the conversation going while still maintaining a level of professionalism so there isnt that awkward silence. You all know what I mean...that silence where you feel like youre being judged on your lip hair hahaha. I have found my go-to for waxing and would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Meesa from the Edina European Wax Center is awesome. I’ve gone to several different places for a Brazilian wax, and she is by far the best. I’ve been going to her for about a year now. She makes it quick, and I’d even say is good at keeping it really tolerable with the pain level. She does an excellent job and also is fun to chat with.

Update to my review....dropping from 4 starts to only 1...showed up for my 8:30 wax, waited for 15 minutes only to be told that my waxer (mirum I believe) wasnt coming in until 9:30. Wont be back to this location.I want to clarify something, I understand that things come up and you cant make it, what I was annoyed with is that I sat there for 15 minutes before I was told that she wasnt coming in. The employee should have known by 8:30 that she wasnt coming so the center should have been able to tell me this right when I arrived.

I got a Brazilian and full leg wax with Markita, a new esthetician. First time I got the full leg wax and she did amazing!! Quick and gentle 👌🏽 I had a great experience with her , super sweet person as well!

Ive always had great experiences at European Wax Center in Woodbury but moved so I wanted to find a place closer.The staff at EWC in Edina was super friendly and was even able to get me in on the same day for an appointment.I definitely recommend them to anyone! Its way better than shaving or waxing at home.

I have been a loyal EWC customer for YEARS! The atmosphere is bright, clean, friendly and professional. And you cant go wrong with the cost savings when purchasing a package (they even break up the payments over the course of a few months if youd like which is great for budgeting personal expenses!) I have been going to Mari at the Edina location for the last 5-6 visits and shes fantastic! Does a great, thorough job, is FAST and has such a wonderful personality! Dont bother going anywhere else - EWC is the best of the BEST!!

Before today I never really felt like I had to be loyal to a waxing salon. I went into this location for the first time ever - mostly because of the first time client discount, secondly because it was referred by an old coworker. Will not likely every go anywhere else ever gain! I have high pain tolerance and have never reacted to any wax used on me so I always though a wax is a wax, NBD. But my experience at EWC today was SO great it made me realize what I had been missing out on. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, even after purchasing a package for future appointments and post wax wipes. S/O to the amazing team here for being hella sweet and super efficient!
