Service was quick and super professional. The Covid-19 test was administered painlessly. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic. The office is really clean and all staff took wearing protective gear seriously. I highly recommend this facility.

Very professional. My family has been here for Covid testing. They perform the rapid test; if you arrive by 2pm you normally get your results by phone the same day. Minority owned. Excellent customer service.

I absolutely respect and trust Infinite Medical Express. Renee Fletcher, NP is very knowledgeable and I trust her judgment. She is my Primary Care Physician and my kids as well. NP Renee Fletcher caught a serious diagnosis for my daughter. Covid testing there is gentle and efficient. Mr. Fletcher is very courteous and knowledgeable as well. Also I must say the clinic is very clean. If anyone is unsure about Infinite Medical Express please dont be.I have been coming here since almost when the clinic first opened up. Patients are offered a water too which helps in case a urine is needed.Great Job Infinite Medical Express .

This place saved us today. Express care had over 66 people ahead of us and we needed a covid test for my daughter and I. We are told results should be in today. They answer the phone here, it doesnt go to a dead line where you just have to hang up and never get a call back. Theres real people here. Thank you so so much.

This is the only place me and my kids go now. Renee and her husband are two of the sweetest people I know! Theyre very welcoming and caring. Shes great at what she does and really cares for her patients. I recommend this place to everyone in need of medical care. 10 stars from me!

Very quick service walk in and no wait . By the time I got back home they were calling with my covid test results the facility is clean and sterile.. Only disappointment is theres no office hours on Friday Saturday or Sunday and illnesses tend to arrise on weekends would like to see modified weekend hours 9-12

Great place! The staff is friendly and the service is great! I live in Edgewood and this place is so convenient! I would choose this place over patient first any day. They are small but boy the service is great and the atmosphere is clean and the wait time is not long. Don’t sleep on this place, I highly suggest if you are in the area, that you give them a try for your medical needs.

Excellent care. It was pouring raining outside and they brung an umbrella outside to receive us. This Facility was clean, Super warm and Inviting. The staff was quick professional and very kind my son who is 16 was very impressed My three-year-old who had the fever actually allowed them to check her out an she never lets anyone do that. If you need to go to an Urgent Care center, this is the one to go to. Ive now gone here a few times & each visit Im treated with respect & kindness. The visits have been short which is great when youre truly feeling awful. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back to see the doctor. Shes very knowledgeable & has excellent bed side manner. In fact, all staff Ive encountered are very pleasant & helpful. They also offer Primary Care.

Dr. Fletcher is the best doctor I have ever had to visit. She takes much concern in the patient. I usually wont go to a doctor or hospital but they had made my experience a different look. So now I only go here. The best in customer and patient care.

Extremely friendly staff. Everyone is professional and I warn given full understanding of each procedure and even a break down of how my insurance works. I called starting I wanted a copy of some tests and they were ready in an envelope by the time I got to the office. After my first visit I, will continue to come back for my care needs.

My other primary care doctor refused to do MRI for my back pain when it initially started and could have prevented, this lady here care you so much. She deserve title of caring women and mother.

I needed a new primary care doctor and also had an urgent health concern. I stopped in just to see if they were accepting new patients and they took me right away! This place was very clean and they asked if I wanted something to drink or eat so they clearly took a class in customer service because I never had that before. I was seen within 15 minutes (took me 10 to list all my medical problems on the paperwork) and she treated me so kind and with respect. It is so difficult to have a medical professional treat you with dignity and respect. I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s due to service being horrible but I have had a few that stunned me with the excellence so I feel I owe it to them to let them know.So excited to have a new primary care and pray they can get to the bottom of a lot of my health problems. I have a rare condition that 90% of the medical professionals never heard of and you just treat the symptoms as they appear and I feel positive they will do so and believe me when I say something hurts, or something doesn’t feel right. I hope they stay around and highly recommend them. Might need to switch my kids here!

I just left this clinic and Im not sure there are enough good words to describe them. My husband and I just left and were both so happy with my visit that were both switching our PCP to Renee Fletcher. She went above and beyond for me tonight and I can never thank her enough. This clinic is clean and the atmosphere doesnt feel like your typical urgent care center. She never tried to rush me and she listened to every word and every concern. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I plan on recommending Infinite Medical Express to everyone I know. If anyone finds a complaint about this place then they are impossible to make happy for sure.

I loved it when I came here the environment was so welcoming and they are all about there’re patients.I love this clinic.

For the 2nd time we went to urgent care, and it wasn’t 6pm and they were closed when they are supposed to be open until 6pm. Why? How is that any help to anyone sick or needing medical attention?
