On 9/21 Bruce Lewis Jr , PA-C diagnosed me with viral symptoms possibly COVID. I was told I had to quarantine. He said he would send Corticosteroids and cough suppressant and expectorant. His secretary confirmed they were faxed to Walgreens in joppatowne then said oh no I’m pretty sure Walgreens in abingdon. They never received the medical fax. So get it together. Get a new secretary or someone who knows what they’re doing. I’ll be in tomorrow to get paper prescriptions to drop of myself because you guys don’t know what the hell your doing. Stop saying you’re sorry to every negative review. Obviously you need a whole new staff from the top to the bottom of employees!!

When I first came here back in April 2021 They tested me with Respect, My privacy was token into consideration. Now I’m back today , because I wasn’t feeling well . Everyone here is so nice except the young lady that sits out front at the desk. She’s rude.

I took my daughter to here today around 11am didnt get seen until 12pm and they didnt send my daughter medications over. I been calling them all afternoon bout it and they still didnt send her medications over before they close. They really suck

Im still waiting for the results for my drug screen that got me fired from workthe results have not been released to me yet but yet my company knows but I still dont know what they found in my system when I have prescriptions for such things also I still want to know what they found in my system they got me fired

Was looking for an EKG that I could afford as a self-pay patient. I called and was given a price of $45, which was so low I could hardly believe it. And no appointment necessary! The office was easy to find, bright and clean, and my EKG ended up costing even less than they had quoted me. And everyone was so very friendly and nice! I highly recommend Total Urgent Care, and I will not hesitate to return there.

Dr. Spencer and staff were great. This was my 1st visit to take my 7 year old for possible flu or strep. Doctor covered all bases and provided clear instructions. Will definitely visit again when needing urgent care.

Hours online stated they were open til 8:00 PM! When we got there at 5:50 PM, the door stated that they closed at 6. We went in and I needed to be seen for my back. Staff were obviously mad they they would have to stay an extra 15 minutes because they were very rude and unprofessional! The young lady who took me back, was chewing a big wad of gum! I had to continually ask her to repeat herself because I couldn’t understand her! Dr. Spent all of 3 minutes with me! And then they called the prescriptions in to the wrong place! I would not recommend this place at all! I felt very unwanted and rushed. Would not go back!

The MA was amazing as well as the doctor. We were in and out and everything was clean and people were so friendly! I think the MAs name was kacey. But I would definitely go back here over patient first.

I had a appointment for my physical at 9am. I was there before 9 and didn’t get seen until 10 and then sat in a room from 10:15 until 11. My son had a dentist appointment at 11:30 so I had to ask how much longer. 11:30 and I’m still sitting in the waiting area waiting for my paperwork. This is absolutely horrible. I had to get my mom to take my son to his dentist appointment since I’m still sitting here waiting for paperwork!! But the doctor was very nice and that is the only good thing about this visit!!

I went yesterday for a really bad cough and chest pain. Before being seen by the DR, one of the other ladies were doing a throat swab. It was difficult for me because i had a sore throat and she obviously got annoyed. She said i dont even know if i got it and stormed out. Seriously?!?! After being seen by the DR, I was diagnosed with Bronchitis and was told i was being prescribed an antibiotic. After waiting 8-9 hours for Walgreens to tell me my prescription was ready, i got nothing. So i went to Walgreens and they claimed the DR never sent in a prescription.Ive been to this place alot but Ive never had this bad of an experience... Now its chritmas eve and i have 0 medication for bronchitis.

This was my third visit to Urgent Care over 4 years and Im still satisfied. My wife and daughter also visited Dr. Lewis at UC. The front desk was professional and the tech taking my vitals when called on. I thought I was developing strep throat and needed to confirm. Doctor Lewis has taken his time and determined my condition was negative but prescribed some meds to combat the soreness and head pains. If needed, my wife and I will return!

Dr Bruce is such a pleasant doctor! Always helps my fam with any illness they might have. Been here over 5 times for different family members and have never had a bad experience.

I took my son here today to be seen and the bed in the room that we were taken to was full of bugs. Long story, short....The PA-C, was very rude and refused to write an incident report. The bugs in the room covered the bed from top to bottom. I overheard the PA-C tell the nurses and the other staff that the patient prior to us that was in the room, her daughter who was with her also in the room had scabies. I requested an incident report at the end of our visit and The PA-C told me in front of my son and all of the staff that he was not writing me anything because he doesnt have to and he doesnt have to time do so. I walked out and 2 minutes later, all of the patients that were awaiting to be seen in their waiting room were asked to leave as they then locked the doors and placed a sign on the door that stated Due to an emergency, the office is closed. This was the worse and the most horrifying experience that I have ever encountered at a Drs office. This could have went totally different had Mr Bruce Lewis, PA-C been more compassionate and professional. He was nonchalant, rude and indignant. He treated my son and I like we were the problems! My son was crushed about the horrible treatment that we recieved, we became the victims of his negligence and disrespect and it was very hurtful! We walked into that mess with no warning and although I believe in 2ND chances and that everyone wont always have the same experience, my advice to all who reaf this is that you please..please take note and understand that Im as serious as a heart attach when I say....BEWARE of this place!!!

Awesome staff. Made my 5year old very comfortable. The nurse even gave him brand new toys to play with in the pool.

I will NEVER go here again! Waited over an hour. They were so slow at processing me into the system. Then they determined I needed an antibiotic and said they sent it to my pharmacy . Go to pick up my script they NEVER SENT IT IN! I am fuming!

I walked in about 5:45pm for a cough I’ve been dealing with, the place was completely empty...I was told very rudely by the receptionist that the doctor wouldn’t see me because they were getting off soon. When I asked her how they were going to stay open until 8 with no doctor, she ignored me and mumbled to (whom I believe was A doctor) that was behind the desk with her, that “we aren’t an express care”. Then why is your name Total Urgent Care? And why are attitudes like that allowed at your front desk?

I was here for a sport physical. the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a quick and efficient process!!

They best explain the entire situation and the experience..I was misdiagnosed with sinusitis..I had a 104.1 temp later that. Night..I ended up with the flu.. because I was misdiagnosed, I was given a note saying no restrictions.. return to work tomorrow..I was sick for 4 days after that..I urge EVERYONE to watch the 4 VIDEOS on my Facebook page..they were CAUGHT lying . I recorded them on video..lying over the phone.the supervisor redused to fax I bet my poison ivy medicine..you will see why..it was retaliation for an argument we got in over the phone.please share and refer the videos to EVERY ONE u know.i could have lost my $15.00 / hr job because of being misdiagnosed..I recorded eJust about every thing..my name is Kenny sorensen.i go under my name on Facebook..

Dot physical for work went well diagnosed my knee told me what medicine I needed to reduce the pain was a great help to me thanks for being a good doctor.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Front desk represents the office. It took them 40 minutes to process pre employment paperwork just for a physical and drug screen.

I called at 5pm to make sure they were open for my 13yr old daughter that was sick, get there at 514 pm and they had locked the doors already when sign online and me calling said open until 6pm lady says doctor has to leave so cant see anyone like WTF in 15 mins of a phone call u determine this, and for a child if that.....beyond disappointed

Currently posting from the waiting room! I have been here for over 90 minutes as several people who came after have been taken back. I am here for an acute illness and it seems as though the acuity of your illness takes a back seat to those coming in for drug testing. As Im sitting here I decided to read the reviews...I wish I had looked prior to coming in. The service is not prompt at all!

Only two patients total, it has taken over two hours for a physical with no complications. They dont seem to have staffing to handle an influx of patients at any time.

Had a pre-emloyment drug screening and the nurse cut half of my hair off. Not impressed.

Went there to see if they could look at my son. They asked how old he was. I said 1. The front girl said we don’t see kids younger than 2. Ooooo that made me mad.

Our younger son who is 3 was sick so we took him to this place in Bel Air. The receptionist was amazingly rude. We never met such a rude person for a long time. He behaviour was anything but professional. We were forced to leave that place and vowed that we will never come back again

My daughter had a bad sore throat and swollen glands. The staff was friendly, clinic was clean and they were very patient with my nervous daughter.

Terrible service. Came in for a DOT physical. They didnt properly fill out the DOT card and it was denied by MVA, when I returned for them to fix it they made me wait over a half hour to fix it.

So we stopped and asked to use the bathroom after my 3 year old had a pee accident. The receptionist refused to give us the bathroom key and said it wasnt for public use. Really heartless.
