A waste of time, a bunch of boxes on your stomach it’s not worth it don’t waste your money. Bed very uncomfortable, never seen the doctor or like the license nurse.

Do not give this place your money! Don’t buy the Groupon! They take your money, do one session and then do not contact you back leaving you with unused sessions!!I bought a 9 session laser lipo package & went to my first appointment. The lady was nice but during the discussion we had prior to my session she mentioned that laser lipo was actually ineffective, and that I would need to buy more packages of another device that cost upwards of $2500 if I wanted real results. Thst should have been a red flag! I did two sessions and the day before my next one I found out that I could get in earlier for a surgery I was having. The surgery would be later in the day and my allure appointment was also later so I called 3 times to reschedule, leaving 1 voicemail before I decided to go online and reschedule. Online I could only cancel and set up a new appointment so I did. Someone texted me the next day 15 minutes before my appointment and asked if could do later as apparently they were closed during the time I’d scheduled online. I informed her I was having surgery and could do Monday and then I gave her multiple dates and times to which I received no response. I texted a few more times and either got no response or was asked for dates and times which I gave with no confirmation of an appointment. At one point someone texted me from their number at 4 am telling me their kids charger caught on fire. How unprofessional. I called and left 2 more voicemails which were never returned. I waited about two weeks to try again cause honestly I should not be wasting my time with them if they act like this. I contacted Groupon who could not help me. They informed me refunds come from the merchant. I called allure and left a voicemail indicating I wanted my money back. The next day I was called but the woman who called herself a MANAGER was nasty. She said it was my fault cause I cancelled my appointment to which I explained I made a good faith effort in trying to contact them before I went online. She continued to place blame on me and when I mentioned my texts sent she said multiple people have access to that number and don’t respond to texts sent before they have the phone. I asked for the owners name and for them to contact me. She said the manager doesn’t talk to people and refused to give me anything more than their first name. I asked why she doesn’t know her bosses name and she didn’t have an answer. She gave me the owners email but read it off so fast I could not write it down. Before I could ask her to repeat it she told me to have a nice day and hung up me. I feel that this company is shady and a fraud. Proceed with caution and don’t waste your money. I very much believe they are running a scam.

The facility is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They are also very accommodating for appointment time requests.

All the ladies who work there are super nice! They have evening hours, so that flexibility is great for working women. Scheduling is quick and easy. It’s a clean and comfortable environment and I would recommend their services to anyone!

Purchase with a group home and absolutely love the procedure!

Dawn has no interest in working with you, unless you purchase the $2500 Venus Legacy within the first 2 visits. I purchased the 9-visit Groupon. After 2 visits, when I had not said yes to the Venus Legacy, she ceased returning my calls, texts, and hand-written requests for an appointment. Run, as fast as you can, as far as you can from this sketchy business.

I got a 2 hr. notice my appointment was cancelled and didnt get it in time! I drove 45 minutes to get here..... I hope this doesnt happen often .

ZERO STARS! I made an appointment last week. When I arrived, the suite was locked and no one is answering the phone. DO NOT patron here as it is a SCAM! They will be refunding me. Trust!

I believe it’s a scam... I bought a Groupon for this place and tried to contact to schedule an appointment and haven’t been able to contact anyone, tried both email and phone. Requesting a refund now.Update tried to contact after store commented and still no contact with store, still no email from them either. Do not business here it’s a scam.

Very good and its working

A goal without a plan is just a wish they say Allure Spa made my wish come through. I had been having insecurities with my arms and double chin for awhile now. I talked to Dawn, about it she said she would guarantee me results. And by her using the venus machine on me which helped reduce fat and tighten my skin made my insecurities go away. Now I feel like the old me 💝. And will definitely be coming back.
