Well organized operation with a compassionate doctor. Would recommend. The only thing I would add though is I do not think they are taking specimens properly for Covid 19. They use the shorter nasal swab which is supposed to go all the way up your nose. When she took the specimen for me and my son she barely touched the hairs in my nostrils. I literally did not feel it. Needless to say the test was negative. I’m going to get another test somewhere else just to make sure.

Prompt MD Billing is messed up.They kept on sending me a bill for unpaid visits, even if I gave them my New insurance card which they claim has already been updated.So, when I went for an emergency visit, They would not let me see a doctor if I didn’t pay my previous bill upfront. I had to leave my credit card to cover for these unpaid bills in order to be seen!After being seen, I tried calling their Billing department, it turns out they admitted they made a mistake and said to ignore the bill.I hope the clinic did not charge my credit card on file!

Everything at this office is efficient and streamlined. Be sure to take your phone for checking in and getting updates while waiting your turn. I went for a oovid test and the nurse who administered it was friendly, informative, and courteous. It was my first visit but I would definitely return.

Dr Bryan Adam’s was amazing! He was kind and so lovely to my daughter who broke her finger. He took his time and had a wonderful and warm demeanor.

Prompt, courteous, professional. Waited less than an hour for what was supposed to be a one hour queue. I happened to walk away and they called me - my room was waiting for me when I arrived. The physicians assistant was very thorough and professional in her diagnosis after an examination. She prescribed meds and Im already feeling better. Thank you!

This is the third time I’ve had to go to urgent care they have great doctors and i was treated each time better than going to my primary care physician of 14 years. I highly recommend promptemd urgent care! The front desk workers are all very nice and helpful!

PROMPT MD was especially good in myMedical Emergency. Seeing that my leg wound was bleeding, they took me immediately and attended to my laceration. It was quickly cleaned and the Medical professionals assessed the condition, did what had to be donemedically, and prescribed an antibiotic, and a care plan. I was in for DOT physical, my same urgent care the last few years it was very crowded, I have never seen before. The staff very professionally made it work. They only have a few chairs, everyone supported the elderly by offering there seats, it worked

Very bad experience. I did test covid, I thought that’s free because i did three times before from cvs and citymd. I received a bill today which charges me 230 usd. I just did test and was ask some general question. I will not recommend any one go there to do test covid!!!!!

Prompt MD UC, is very professional and caring environment, the staff is always friendly and I love Dr Lee , she takes time to listen to your problem history, and gives her suggestions. Not much waiting time we get out slots quickly as per the computer data . Even though the waiting area is small, they are very nice to tell us to wait in our car till we get an alert on our phone. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This place is amazing. There is a copay, insurance covered the rest but very great! Super easy. Check in was done through an iPad, i went back to my car to finish all the paperwork on my phone. They text me once I was ready to go into the exam room. The virtual line feature show exactly when you will be next. Payment is required for guarantee which is understandable. Very good and highly recommend!

Went at 7 :30am assuming there would be a long wait line. It was empty! They opened up at 8am, I went in and was done within 10 minutes! But by the time I was out there was a long wait line. Maybe 10-15 people by 8:10am.Make sure you go maybe just 5 minutes before 8am. Everybody was amazing and it was a very hassle free process.

Called ahead to confirm X-ray machine was up and functional. Wheelchair was available and ramp made access easier. No other patients were in waiting room and practice was clean and adherent to Covid safety protocols. Received CD of x-rays immediately, but still waiting for radiologists report. Received referrals and prescription form but no formal diagnosis entered in digital records.

I had a great experience. Check-in was easy and quick. I waited for about 10 minutes in my car for them to call me in to see the doctor. Once in I got 3 stitches from the Doctor (who also owns the practice). He and the medical assistant were kind, funny, attentive, and answered all of my questions. I was in and out within a half an hour. Will be back in a week to get my stitches removed!

I came in with an allergic reaction for the 2nd time in less than 2 months. Dr. Tavarez sat down and talked me through my steps and because of her patience I arrived at the culprit of the allergic reaction. She’s awesome as well as the other doctors at this urgent care center — and kudos to the staff too!

Dr. Lee is the absolute best! Diagnosis correctly and doesn’t over prescribed if it not necessary. In my experience something you don’t usually find in an urgent care center. Staff is friendly and I have always been taken right away.

When I walked into the urgent care office, I was immediately greeted by Desire and Nydia. They were both very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable. I would go back to this clinic just for their service. Can’t recommend PromptMD enough!

It wasnt a fast system, but at least they showed your place on a virtual list and sent a text message when you were ready to be seen. That allowed me to run some errands and not sit in an office and waste my day. Once inside, they had great attitudes. Im sure they are stressed in there from seeing so many patients. Great work overall, will recommend to family and friends.

Got my PCR test completed Toño travel overseas. So far the experience has been great. I hope to get the results within the next 48 hrs. Its walk in service no appointment needed. Most places ask for appointment.

My wife works as a teacher and is in person 4 days a week so we visited to get a covid test as a precaution. This was the weekend before Thanksgiving so everywhere which had walk-in availability also had lines wrapping around the block. The team there moved the line very quickly and we were able to wait in our car for our turn in line. Once we were called we were in and out very quickly and on with our day. We hadnt planned on coming to this location but our initial plan already had 100 people in line 2 hours before opening so we were looking for alternatives and are so glad we found this location of PromptMD

They live up to their name; they were very prompt. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. My employer uses them for our physicals, and Im glad they do.

I called ahead of time and I was given clear and accurate instructions as to how to be tested for COVID-19. When I arrived I was quickly registered. Was told to wait in my car and I received a text about a half hour later to tell me to come in. Was sent to a room and tested. The whole process was done efficiently and professionally and I would highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly for the covid-testing, however I cannot seem to get in touch with this office for two days now. I just wanted to see how the results would be provided (phone call; web; email etc.). I have called several times and it just continues to ring. That is my only complaint. Everyone was nice and organized considering the crazy times.

Never been to this place but yet they somehow got my bank info and charged me $200. They apparently took info over phone from someone and charged me. I had to put stop payment change bank cards and accounts.

Unbelievable experience here in this day and age...extremely rude and distasteful when telling us that they could not help us. I found it funny how they tried to treat us like criminals when we told them that my little sister didnt have a state photo license and only a passport and highschool ID....I mean students in high school typically dont have state licenses yet especially if they dont drive....But, god forbid you lose your drivers license somewhere and the next day you fall sick. These people will not be able to assist you unless you pay a ridiculous amount and make sure you feel disrespected.There are nicer ways to treat people especially as receptionist. The experience was worse than the DMV, not to mention the attitude.For anyone looking to go the lines are long and the space is extremely small. Its definitely a perfect space for Covid to cultivate and for people to contract Covid. I DO NOT recommend.

Although I only used PromptMD Urgent Care Center for a Covid-19 test, the fact that I can also see a physician for other issues is very appealing especially without an appointment. I found the Doctor very pleasant and knowledgeable and will use the Center again.My primary doctor is a Cardiologist in NYC whom I have known for 15 years and was recommended by ex-wifes Oncologist who happens to be a well-known NYC Concierge doctor that I had used for 28 years.

The prompt attention and check in process expedites the patient waiting time. Staff are welcoming and ready to serve in all aspects of their position. Also communication is effective and clear when you first arrive and begin the sign-in process. These small medi-centers are ideal if you’re avoiding going to the hospital.

From the reception to the nurse tech who swabbed me everyone was friendly and helpful. I apppreciated the text service that allowed me to run errands in t he neighborhood while we waited for our appointment. The service was fast and efficient and were diligent our safety measures regarding covid-19z i highly recommended this office for your urgent and resting needs.
