The absolute worst pharmacy that Ive used ...I get a weekly prescription and EVERY SINGLE WEEK there was an issue just trying to get it filled. They constantly have problems with their computer system and basically they dont know how to use itDont use this pharmacy ....trust all these negative reviews they are here for a reason people

Older lady running register was rude. She was ringing people up at the photo center for some reason and after I went over there after awhile of waiting, she looked at me, scoffed, and told me she was ringing people up there. I ended up being rung up at the register anyways because a younger lady said she could get me down there. I would’ve been okay if she would have just simply told me when she saw me walking to the register. I waited there awhile, but it took me to go over to her for her to say something.

Went to pick up my prescriptions couple hrs after leaving drs office. Pharmacy staff said the hadnt received prescription. Called Drs office they had already sent the order to CVS .Called CVS and oh yes they found the presciption .. I told them I would be there the next morning . I showed up after lunch time next day and my prescription still wasnt ready.

I literally called 10 times today, each a different time and was on hold each time just to talk to a pharmacist. I still haven’t gotten a hold of them. You need to do better especially if I’m trying to refill my medicine in a timely manner for my doctors appointment . I live all the way out of town so for me to have to drive INTO town just to ask you guys for my medicine only to tell me you don’t have it filled . You could’ve done that over the phone. Very unprofessional to anyone who is back there ignoring patients phone calls.

Since the new pharmacist is there, btw she is so friendly! Rest of staff are friendly except the older lady. My problem is NEVER HAVING MEDS IN STOCK each month! It will not be in stock for 5-8 days . FRUSTRATING! So, I have to drive Reidsville or Madison to get it. Which is really fun,just love to drive 20 miles outa the way🙄

I go here bc it close but their always so busy, it takes forever. They say give us an hour and it takes four!!! Seriously Everytime. Love Donna, Brooke, Tyler whos gone now and all the pharmacy staff are great

They are so slow. My doctor called in my medicine, I drove all the way from Martinsville, stopped for gas on the way and when I got here they said it would be about 30 more minutes. You would think they wouldn’t want people to have to sit in here with the flu and wait.

I have had the the worst experience with this pharmacy. I get my medication and my dogs medication here. When I pick my medication up I have to ensure that it is correct because there has been several times I get home and find I have something different. Whether it is the same thing to them I want what I am suppose to have. Why give me something else? Then when I go back they find what I was suppose to have in back. My dog has Seizures and has to have her medication or she will begin to have seizures. It is the biggest pain each month to get her medication. They have to do a special order because they do not keep it on hand apparently. Although, without the medication the person/dog will have seizure if 1 dosage is missed. So since it is a controlled substance I started calling it in 3 days in advance because that what you are suppose to be able to do and I was told I cannot do that but one worker and that I could by someone else. I do this to ensure if it has to be ordered I can get it in time. Yesterday, I went to get her medicine at 4:30 after the vet office called it in at 3:00 and was told it was not ready to come back in 20 minutes after I left I got a text saying it had to be ordered. Then I call and the lady tells me they did have to order it and she was not apologetic at all even though they made a mistake. It is absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to get my dogs medication. I feel awful for the humans who have to take this medication.

They used to be the best place to get ur meds. Now its the worst. They dont seem to have enough staff. They say they r always behind bc of alot of orders. I understand that every once in a while but every day? I have waited in line with just 2 cars ahead of me for 30 mins in the drive thru pulled out went inside with 1 customer in front of me and waited 15. There is always maybe 2 employees every time and the pharmacist. Obviously not enough to do what needs to be done in a timely manner. Something needs to be done or they r gonna lose alot of customers.

My peridontist office faxed a prescription at 10, and I went to pick it up around 12:30, coming from my surgery. I was told they never got it. I called the peridontist office when I got home. The office manager told me she faxed it but would call to check. She called me back and said they were rude to her. The lady that answered the phone said they didnt get the prescription and sent her to the pharmacist. The pharmacist said she was busy and didnt have time to take the call. The office manager was then told to hang up, call back, and leave them on the machine. What is wrong with customer service these days? Maybe I just need to start driving to Madison; they are much nicer there!!!

By far the WORST pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is rude, I was getting medication in madison at CVS when I moved closer to eden I changed and have regreted it every single time. When I call to ask about medication I was told 3 days in a row they were working on it. Called back the 4th day and got put on hold for 20mins and then hung up on. They never listen to the full question you ask them. When you go in one girl is always eating and an older woman has the worst attitude anytime you have a question about the medication. I now drive an extra 20 mins to go to a CVS with a polite staff that do not mind answering questions and doing their job. This is a pathetic excuse for health care.
