It was a horrible experience The nurse and the doctor treated us poorly,.They both chose not to call my granddaughter by her name and just said “you”was very disrespectful and rude spoke to my Granddaughter out of turn.I strongly suggest you choose somewhere else to visit for care.I will go out my way for care from now on.

I was a little put off by all the negative reviews but Im glad I went here anyway. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were absolutely amazing! Super kind, caring, and got me exactly what I needed to cure my ear infection! Great experience, thank you!!

Minute clinic closes at 4:30 on Sundays so I showed up at 4 to get checked out for a painful ear infection. The lady working the clinic had her door open and appeared to be doing nothing of importance but refused to see me. She said that was “busy” and had “other things to do” at the time. It was very clear that she just didn’t want to do her job and wanted to coast until 4:30 when she could leave. Seemed super passionate about what she does with her lethargic and snarky tone. What a joke.

Recommended Name: Hours-Clinic. Kindly change the name from MinuteClinic to it.I had to wait 3 hours yesterday, after scheduling an appointment online 1 hour ahead, with 102 degree fever.You are better off visiting another clinic, unless you really enjoy waiting in the HoursClinic.

2 days to complete the computer registration... Stylus does not work. Too low to see. And no chair to sit on to fill out.Never mind no ability to ask about the whole reason I went there. It is a joke, took money and then claimed it was viral. I know the differences between viral sinus infection and bacterial. The stuff I was coughing up does not turn that color based off being viral.... And you can not return the call either..... Customer support 800 number is a joke. Now I have to go to another doctor with actual experience and knowledge of my medical condition. ABSOLUTE JOKE!I really needed to talk to the doctor to. I am in worse condition then before.
