I had a horrible experience with Horizon Agency. Zachary (Zack) tries to be a know it all kind of guy, but he is no smart. In certain statements he was very wrong. He is over confindent in his business understanding/abilities and overall lacks the ability to work with people, especially to work with women.

Just want to send a note about horizon agency, they have been my ins for 16 / 17 years? about. Just meet Tom last summer and we got along great, finally put a face to the voice, younger than I thought!!! Very good at what he does in this crappy automotive industry. I have had many companys stop dealing with body-shops and car dealers, leaving Minnesota completely! Tom has always got me coverage with a new company at very similar rates.Just wanted to thank-you Tom!!

Tom and Horizon Agency has worked with me for the past year and half in my personal business. He was also the insurance provider for my last company for well over 6 yrs. Nothing but awesome and honest efforts and the BEST rates in town. He is accommodating and genuinely interested in the work I do! I just recently asked him to propose a policy for my new business and he came in 40% under the competition!!! Tom keeps the needs of the client in mind and not selling unnecessary policies. He is honest and trustworthy... Needless to say, Tom will ALWAYS be my GO TO Insurance guy!!!

Had insurance with Horizon for about 15 years with Tom Great Agent. Sometimes he would take time getting back to you, but I understood he was very busy. Now Tom is gone and new agent Tim Cleary wants to charge me all these extra broker, inspection and agency fees that Tom did not charge. When I inquired about extra fees. He stated, thats the quote feel free to shop around. VERY POOR customer service. Where is Tom you need him BACK BAD he was able to get the best rates?????

Been using Tom for 3 years, has always acted as a partner. Usually when I call he is busy, been he has always been quick to get back to me. He is professional, looks out for your best interest, and truly is an agent on your behalf. He wants business, he was referred to me by another dealer a few years ago and I have never bothered to look elsewhere. Professional, knows his craft, and though occasionally there have been minor hiccups, he has always corrected them. Also, my first month in business I had a claim, they took care of me exceptionally quick and kept me afloat in the mean time. Horizon Agency is truly the right place to obtain insurance and Tom is the guy you want in your corner.

Awful people. Have had a bond with them for 7 year, they told me I cannot renew because i dont have insurance with them. I explained i have a auto dealers license as a hobby and I insure through my other businesses(they dont sell any other type other than auto sales), Still not interested they said. Wow is all I can say. Stay away these people are scum. Definitely not about building and maintaing long term relationships.

I signed up with Tom about two months ago, and he was very helpful. He even stayed late to meet me after hours.

By far the worst place to do business with. I spoke to Tom over a week ago inquiring on price for Bond and insurance, He stated he was going to send an email and call me back. I never received the call nor the email, needless to say I have left several voicemails , never received a response. I called the agency main contact number, the receptionist page Tom, when he pick up the call he was acting as if nothing had occurred. Tom collected personal information from me SS, DOB, Dl.... never bother to run/ check on the bond but he came with a quote ALOT higher then previous quoted. BE AWARE. Honestly, I was looking for discount rates or simply an apology, I guess customer service in modern world doesnt exist anymore. Tom had the audacity to ask me IF I WANT he can look for the surety bond now as if hes doing me a favor.

Tom was nice to help out with signing me up with a policy very quick but when it came to figuring out any issues I would leave voice mails and send him emails and wouldnt get any responds, I had to call directly to the insurance company.
