I think this place is great! They did a perfect custom hair piece for me, I love their colors they have and they try to keep you happy!

I have 2 hairpieces order for 6 months no help to get my orders won’t take my call won’t call back are they in business been with them since 1978 what happen

I have requested a repair of an excising hairpiece. It has been over 5 weeks and they still cant advise a ship date or where it is. I have place an order for two new hairpieces, paid full price upfront, and cant receive an answer on a possible ship date. All I can get is they have had employee issues.Has anyone else experienced these issues from this company? I am not unreasonable but would like to have some straight answers.

I am still waiting for shampoo to arrive,, been several weeks. Update: It arrived a week after this review. I updated from 1 to 4 stars

Paid in full may 2019 up front for 2 hairpieces.now almost September and still no ship date or product.promised some customer service measures which have not yet been received either.

I called and spoke to Nicole the other day. She was very professinal and helped me with everything I needed.

It took 2 months for them to tell me they would not ship extensions to me because someone in my area already had them.
