Great first time experience. Was recommended this place by some friends. It’s an hour drive for us, but was totally worth it. Didn’t feel pushed into anything and my whole family felt very comfortable here. We had Dr Bridgett and she was so great. The whole staff was amazing.

My family and I absolutely love the care that we receive from this clinic. Giving parents the informed consent that we need. There is not one bad thing I could say about this clinic. They are all so welcoming and feels like family.

I am so happy I was directed to try this practice! I have 3 children age range 8-15. I have never experienced doctors who trust and respect parents as much as they do at this practice. What I have encountered often is a ‘we know what’s best’ mentality where they don’t take the parents input seriously. Not at New Kingdom! My experience has been one where they take time to listen to parental concerns & make an individual plan to address issues while respecting boundaries & beliefs. I love the holistic yet practical guidance they give to families as well. It is a bit of a drive for me but well worth it because I know they truly care about what’s best for my child & are not pushing vaccines or pharmaceuticals as the only option for healthcare. So grateful for this practice!!

I was very impressed with the care we received on our first visit, however I tried getting ahold of the nurses line Friday (left a message), repeated that on Saturday and Sunday, and now called today (Monday) and got an answering machine AGAIN. No one will give me a call back. Whats the point of having a nurses line if its never staffed?

Callie sahr is amazing but I honestly have the hardest time getting in touch with the eden prairie clinic. I’ve never once been able to call and just instantly talk to someone. On top of that they are very poor at following instructions. My child has had blood drawn several times and i always specify to send it to his GI doctor and they do not follow through. It’s very frustrating.

This clinic is absolutely amazing, they offer exceptional care, in a environment where the patient and not profit takes priority!

My faith in humanity and medicine has been restored. Our appointment was not rushed at all. Our practitioner spent a lot of time with us, getting to know us, and was never in a rush to leave. Thank you to the kind staff at New Kingdom!

Hands down best experience I have ever had at an appointment. Jessica Fashant-Peterson, is so patient, kind, honest, thorough, and listens to every detail you have to say. Instead of shoving vaccines/ prescription bills down my throat she talked to me about healthy alternatives to help me be the healthiest version of myself. I am so impressed by the care I received. I left there feeling so relived I have a place I can trust.

Fuming. dr reed is theeee absolute worst. after 8 years of pediatricians, i’ve never had such an awful experience. waited over 1.5 hours for a blood draw appointment, wasn’t remembered, doctor asked US what her lead level was... do you not read a patients chart before entering? we were just there and you called me saying come in for a draw because my daughters levels are high. now you don’t remember? that’s why i’m here. 3 tries of sticking my two year olds veins with a needle and couldn’t get blood. we left before allowing them to try the other arm.. ridiculous. rumor is dr bob is leaving and that’s a shame.

This clinic is known for its exceptional pediatric care, however I am so grateful for how I (a female adult) was cared for at my visits! First, be ready for intake- its not just the checklist what you get on your physical, its about knowing all symptoms! Second, I have gone to multiple doctors in search of help with chronic symptoms and I finally wasnt judged here, rather holistically cared for and given a treatment plan of hope! I went to this clinic 4 years ago with my daughter. It was so awesome and judgement free. I felt so cared for and not just another patient for dr. Bob. He listened and helped me. Today, my sister had a visit with her premature twin boys. The nurse asked if my sister would be vaccinating, my sister replied no. To which the nurse replied that if my sister wants to keep coming here, she herself will have to get vaccinated. How is that judgement free?The practitioner said she would like to see the boys twice a week. Keep in mind, both boys are hooked up to oxygen and monitors. Getting them in and out of the house is a NIGHTMARE. I wish the practitioner was more helpful and more courtieous to come up with a better plan.

I had my first visit with Cynthia Voight. She was so thorough and kind. She was helpful with figuring out which labs to do, as Im underinsured.

Dr. Bob and his team are very supportive and knowledgable . They listen and are very professional. Would highly recommend checking out the new locations and making sure you get on the waiting list early

I highly recommend New Kingdom. The doctors are friendly and they take the time to understand your needs/health concerns. Before each visit they help make my children feel at ease and comfortable by talking them through what they will be doing. Every time I have called I have been given quick, courteous service. The office is also decorated in fun fairytale paintings and has a lot of toys for the kids to play with. We drive over an hour to be seen here thats how much we like it!

The staff is truly wonderful, but Dr. Bob is hands down amazing. He takes time to listen to my concerns as a parent and answers questions without ever making it feel like a burden or that he’s rushed on time. He takes time to explain every procedure so that we fully understand and can make informed choices. We always leave feeling confident in our decisions for medical care of our children. I highly recommend New Kingdom to my other mom (and dad) friends.

I experienced poor communication, long wait times, and a lack of understanding and thoughtful care from the practitioners. I have since found another naturally minded clinic and really realized how poorly my son and I had been treated at New Kingdom. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend this clinic. If youre looking for holistic, natural care there are better clinics out there!

We love Stacy Woodard at New Kingdom! Understands the human body and nutrition better than most MDs, super caring, very wise, and takes as much time as you need to thoroughly answer all your questions. Most patient health care practitioner I know!

Set up an appointment with them 3 months out. When I showed up it turns out they don’t accept health partners. Wish they would have let me know when I set up the appointment.We gave new kingdom one more shot because, we simply kept hearing good things.I kept my old review up top, I had to change the rating from a 1 star to a 5 star.I am a small business owner and I know what it’s like to have a bad review.All I got to say is I’m happy I gave them one more shot!Great overall experience

I see a nurse practitioner here. She is really good at what she does, she is thorough and asks me questions and spends a very large chunk of time with me (much more thorough than other doctors and nurses I’ve seen) and I can get holistic care that is covered by my insurance. I love this clinic :) highly recommend them

Love New Kingdom Healthcare for my teen girls. My wife drives them up from Faribault area and it is worth the trip. The staff is knowledgeable and understanding and my girls feel really comfortable discussing personal issues with them.

Love Dr. Bob’s honesty and bluntness about certain issues and the level of care is unprecedented. He truly is a nonjudgmental practice and will pray over child no matter what decisions you make.

We are so thankful that we found this clinic. Dr. Bob was amazing with our kids. He has an exceptional way of communicating with them. The entire staff was extremely patient focused. We called on a Sunday and they were able to get us in on a Monday; they even called us back that same Sunday to schedule us an appointment for our whole family.

I honestly am thrilled that my children are patients of Dr.Bob. Nowhere else have I found the ability for ME to be the caretaker of my children with kind and knowledgeable advice/guidance/help. And as no place of business is without flaws, I HAVE had minor issues which have ALWAYS been attended to immediately and either explained to me or rectified. I highly recommend this office for your healthcare needs.

I was not even able to get through the receptionst Taras insensitive nature to be able to see set an appointment up for my granddaughter. I was put on hold only to call back to start again. I ended up hanging up on her in tears because of the way she approached an already sensitive situation. I decided if the situation was already being treated this way, I dont want to have a part of it. Tara was afraid to get in trouble for making an appointment she shouldnt. She should be afraid to get in trouble for being insensitive to medical issues and situations. I went to my next referral and was able to make an appointment with the circumstances at hand without incident.

Dr Bob is great! He helped us assess our sons behavior issues within 1 visit we had more answers than 2 months at Fraser Center & a visit with our ex-pediatrician. The staff are wonderful!

We’ve been so pleased with New Kingdom. Always been able to get a Saturday appt for my sick child, friendly office staff and nurses, and Dr. Bob is wonderful. He truly listens and is open to both traditional and alternative medicine. My only regret is that we didn’t discover NK earlier.

Our last pediatrician would TELL you to do this, this and this but when questioned because we had knowledge on the subject there was just anger and a do what you want attitude but with no real intelligent answers besides dogma. Dr. Bob gives you the knowledge and the freedom to make your own decision without judgement. We greatly appreciate that.

Dr. Bob runs a non judgement clinic. He wont give you a guilt trip because of the decisions youve made for your child. He will give you facts on the matter in a loving way. He also gives you options for treatment. Hell say for an ear infection Ok, we can do one of three things... chiropractor, antibiotics, or let it go away on its own. Hes great. Staff is wonderful.

I recently brought my 2yo son here for the first time. We saw Katie Eagle, DNP. She was absolutely amazing! My son had impetigo which she recognized immediately. She went above and beyond a simple recommendation of the necessary antibiotic ointment, but also gave natural options including use of tea tree/coconut oil topical blend and use of tea trea oil while laundering his clothes/bedding to stop infection spread. She even recommended that after his infection clears, we mix probiotic with coconut oil and rub over his affected skin to re-establish the microbiome of his skin! I am so thrilled with her attention to detail and holistic approach. I have been telling everyone about my amazing experience and will continue to recommend her! I am thrilled to have a pediatricians office that I feel really cares.
