Very impressed with Doctor. This was my first time seeing her in the 15 years I’ve been doing skin cancer follow ups. Not sure what I expected since my doc is no longer at this location but I got a peach. Extremely satisfied that she is my new doc. Very thorough examination and very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Reid was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease. As a rather fair-skinned person, she also reminded me to get my annual skin screening done in the near future. I didn’t even know that was a thing, but I guess prevention is the best medicine. Thanks again!

Dr. Reid was very thorough in my skin check; answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few), talked with me throughout the full check explaining what she was seeing. I left feeling totally confident that I had a thorough exam! The entire staff at this location was wonderful!

Dr. Rheid is awesome. I was there for a recheck for recent melanoma. I also asked about some skin issues I was having and she sent me to the cosmetic office downstairs for a consult. I found the front desk attendants not very welcoming and I felt like I was taking up their time before my consult and even after it as they searched for samples for me. They had no interaction with me “do you have questions about this product? Is there anything else you are interested in? Do you want to schedule a procedure or come back to visit us again...”. None of those things were communicated. Didn’t even say “thank you for coming in today. I hope we get to see you again. Feel free to call us if you have any questions or Concerns or want to order some of these samples”. Just some things I noticed that would be good to make them aware of.

Dr. Reid is professional, caring, informative, and engaging. She educates, expresses concern, and exhibits a calm demeanor. I am thankful that she is my dermatologist. I highly recommend Dr. Reid!

My first visit and found the staff very efficient and helpful. No waiting and Doctor Reid and her assistant explained what they were going to do and were super warm and friendly. Great place!

After trying to rectify an issue with other providers (at other places) and not being believed or helped, it was such a relief and gift to work with Dr. Reid! She listened. It was ok. The only problem was they did not call in the prescription that my husband need. Went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and was told that they did not call it in. Poor service on their part. Now we have to wait until Monday to call the doctors office and ask them what is the problem. Before we left the office I asked to confirm where they were calling in the prescription to make sure that it went to the correct pharmacy, they confirmed and still they did not call it in. Not sure if we will return. This is are first time at the eden prairie clinic.

Dr. Reid is a class act dermatologist. Great personality and excellence in skill. I have recommended her to my friend, too, who thinks shes great as well.

First visit review: FIRST visit -I cant say more negative things about DR. ERIKA REID and thats so so sad for this being a Wellness Facility. Read the reviews of Dermatology Specialists, followed by information and reviews specifically for DR. ERIKA REID if you have an appointment scheduled or would like more information.I had an appointment back in June, in which Dr. Reid came into the room for approximately 5 min, & was COMPLETELY pretentious, spoke over me as I asked questions and prescribed medication that WASNT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE after I specifically asked to make sure it was. It was truly clear that she didnt have regard for anything other than herself, and the money she was making from my appointment - which is even more true now. The prescription? Was ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR ROSACEA CREAM - in which I was offered a coupon from Erika, and Walgreens didnt accept it.I called immediately after my appointment to discuss with the Office Manager and a Triage nurse regarding my experience in which I was told that the appointment is at NO COST - and Erika Reid was so sorry. I choose to not leave a review and just continue with my new doctor at another location.3 MONTHS PASS and I am called by the business office, articulating I owe $100 dollars for my visit. They told me they said on the phone back in June I could get a 2nd appointment for no charge, but needed to pay for the first. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am now playing back and forth regarding the bill, and the Office Manager is saying that Dr. Reid is having you pay because your wrote a prescription.It is not about the money - its the principle AND TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.Erikas profile on the site reads: What is the best piece of advice you have ever received? In which she states: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”Some people become doctors to help people do great work and to love what they do - while others become doctors to screw people out of money, time, and energy.What a 3 month long joke. DO NOT GO HERE.

Everything was fast and efficient except my nurse did not have a name tag with a picture.
