Started with Well Chiropractic Shortly before I retired @ 72 a few years ago. Still fairly active, but having experienced back problems in the past resulting in surgery, I wanted to stay “Tuned Up” during retirement so I could start on my Bucket List. Well, at 75 I am moving around just find thanks to my Monthly “Tune Up” with Doc Renato. He has been keeping me upright for the last few years an in no pain.

I could barely walk when I went to The Well Chiropractic in July. Doc diagnosed a herniated disc. With his treatment and therapy, I went from sleeping with my feet up and being immobile to being pain free and playing basketball in a few months. I just wish he could fix my jump shot.

I scheduled with them on Tuesday and told them which insurance plan I had . They waited until Thursday a few hours before my appointment to tell me they don’t cover my insurance by text message . I called my insurance and they told me they are covered. So I called the clinic back explaining this (The three times I’ve called the clinic this week no one answers the phone there so I left a voicemail) . Again I get a text instead of a call back saying no we don’t accept medical assistance even though I just verified that MA covers the cost . Now I will have to wait to find another place and delay my care . I wasn’t upset at first but now I am based on how they handled it. So I filed a complaint with the business through my insurance , d/t their lack of actually looking into things made me feel like this was discrimination based on insurance

My two sons go here and see Dr. Renato. They absolutely love him. They think he is cool and funny, they like that he talks with them and he is just honest. He really lets them know that he relates to them. They also have ADHD, ASD so along with that come some health issues. I then stumbled up The Well and I have been going since May and my pain has gone down immensely in my back and hips. The Well Chiropractor place is warm and welcoming. Renato is a great person and chiropractor. I had hronic pain in upper back, neck and lower back. After three months of therapy I feel much better, more flexibility almost no pain, no dizziness, more mobility. First couple of therapies were pretty hard for me but that is normal, after 2 weeks I started to feel better and every other therapy I felt so relax with less and less pain.
