I have been to a chiropractor once before, and all they did was crack my back a few times and send me on my way. Since my car accident this past September, I was referred to Premier Sports and Spine Center. Dr. Nolan who has since helped me, has been amazing. At first I wasnt sure because of one bad experience with another chiropractor, but Dr. Nolan is great! He explains everything thoroughly and gives me helpful exercises and stretches and demonstrates how to do them. Although I am not completely healed, these exercises are helping. I have never thought I would ever find any place or person with as much compassion to help out their patients. I would definitely recommend Premier Sports and Spine Center to someone else.

I am a proud dancer and long-distance runner. I was referred to Dr. Dean at Premier Sports and Spine Center by my dance team coach for a repetitive motion injury to my hip. I was a patient at Premier for about 8 months, and Dr. Dean was able to alleviate and eliminate my symptoms through a variety of treatments, techniques, and stretches/exercises. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my condition improved so I could continue to practice and perform throughout my dance season and how I was able to fully recover shortly after my dance season ended with just a few additional visits and continued exercises on my own. I was also impressed by Dr. Deans personable nature, professionalism, and his patience in addressing my questions/concerns. l also had consistently positive experiences with all of the staff members at Premier and would strongly recommend their practice to anyone looking for effective treatments and great customer service. My experiences working with Dr. Michael Williams at Premier Sport and Spine have been amazing. As an elite athlete small injuries pop up all the time and I need them taken care of quickly to get back to training. Their goal as a practice is to get to the root of the problem and get you better. You dont quick pop in for a five minute appointment get an adjustment and leave. They listen to you to find out whats going on and make a plan to get you better. They work to resolve the issue from multiple angles including, facial manipulations, deep tissue work, stretching, graston technique, adjustments, stim, exercises and more . Most issues arent just alignment so having someone that can tackle it from all angles is amazing. I tried going to a chiro closer to home and it just didnt compare so I commute across town because getting service that actually resolves my issues is what matters. Very good, they fixed my plantar fascitis and knee pain in 3 treatments. I would never go back to a podiatrist after see Dr Westbrock. I dont even need my orthotics any more.

Total waste of time and money. It took me a year to review them because I was still analysing the treatments I had there last spring. After 4 months of bi weekly visits, one morning I canceled all my appiontments because my chornic pain was still the same.

I came to Premier Sports and Spine Center with a nagging hip/glute muscle issue after having dealt with it for over a year and seeing many different physical therapists. Dr. Holly Westbrock fully assessed my injury and pinpointed the root cause and muscle that was the source of my glute pain - which turned out to be a glute medius syndrome. Holly treated my injured tissue with ART, ultrasound and gave me an excellent strength training program that not only healed my injured muscle, but the muscles around it. I came to Premier Sports and Spine after experiencing multiple chronic musculoskeletal injuries and issues, such as frequent tendonitis, joint and muscle pain, muscle strains and tears. Holly provided excellent care and treatment of my injuries and supported and helped me coordinate services such as nutritional assessment, physical therapy, medical treatment and exercise programs to finally uncover and treat the true cause of all my issues – Celiac disease. Celiac disease is an auto-immune condition the sets off an immune response in the small intestine when eating grain-based foods and gluten. This interferes with the small intestines ability to absorb nutrients, leading to malnutrition and other complications, such as deterioration of musculoskeletal tissues. Without Holly’s persistent, caring and holistic approach, I might not have uncovered the root cause of my issues and recovered so completely from injuries. Today, I feel 10 years younger!
