I got 2 years probation and a felony identity theft charge for getting pulled over and saying I was my identical twin brother. No prior felonies or drug charges. He wouldnt have even been faced with a speeding ticket. Hertel said they had reasonable grounds to stop me since a village worker seen me driving a week prior and that I was in the area. People who see me regularly get me and my brother confused and I definitely feel like he wasnt representing my interests. Especially when I had to sign a paper that said I wasnt acting on the behalf of the individual when my twin brother told me he would have vouched in court for ne .My biggest mistake was hiring him.

Sarah is a smart, kind, hardworking woman but the communication is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...I have sent multiple emails and phone calls and received ONE email back to which I responded and never heard back from again...Very difficult to get in contact with and get questions answered. Aside from that she is a fantastic lawyer and smart woman.
