I love this place. Everyone is so friendly. They do a great job at a fair price!

I’m a new patient to the practice, and staff is wonderful and very pleasant. My hygienist, Anna was very well versed and communicated through my exam and answered any questions I asked. Dr. Fleming was also very informative and sensitive to my extremely low pain threshold. I’m very happy in finding them upon my return to the area, highly recommended.

I am one who has a difficult time holding my mouth open so the hygenist puts a block in my mouth to eleviate the discomfort. She does everything as painlessly as possible. Excellent dental care.

Found the service to be outstanding. Both from a customer service standpoint but also from a professional perspective. Lindsay the hygienist was knowledgeable and professional as well as out going and easy to converse with yet the work of caring for me never suffered. She was very willing to answer questions about my care and went the extra mile to confirm a medication issue with my Primary Care Physician. Dr . Doering was equally professional and personable. He evaluated my dental status and laid out a comprehensive care plan without it being excessively aggressive. The cost for services here were reasonable for a patient without dental coverage and yet the quality was top notch in my opinion and I have a perspective as I have been comprehensively seeing dentists since an injury when I was 10 damaged 3 teeth and eventually require implant whe I was in my late 40’s. All in all great care and I would recommend them to anyone.

I reluctantly called on a Friday, 1 hour prior to their closing. They encouraged me to come in, immediately got me in and I was on my way before they closed. SO grateful for their care and accommodation!

My 7-year old had to get a filling replaced. We were in and out in about 1/2 hour with good service. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we had all our questions answered. Overall a great experience!

Dr. Fleming was very nice! Hayla did a great job working on my teeth and getting them back on tract. She gave me multiple recommendations to keep my teeth healthy and clean.

Jessica is an excellent hygienist! She does things thoroughly, and I feel fresh and clean when my teeth are done. She is knowledgeable and friendly all in one.

I have been a patient at Eau Claire Family Dental since 1997. They are the best!! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They get you in and out quickly, but I never feel rushed if I have questions or concerns.

Had to have an old bridge re-cemented (was put in over 50 years ago) and Dr. Doering did an excellent job. I was a little nervous that it could not be fixed but was very happy with the result. Great job and support staff was excellent.

Dr. Fleming and Kim are absolutely wonderful, professional, and provide excellent care. They offer tips when I have concerns and are always so helpful. I would highly recommend ECFD to everyone, especially those who dont always enjoy going to visit the dentist. I had gone to a couple different clinics and switched due to the customer service. Ive never had a single poor experience here with any of the staff.

They were able to get me in on an emergency basis very quickly. They went over everything and were very helpful. Dr. Fleming and Emma were extremely nice, took the time to explain everything and put me at ease.

I needed to have a crown cemented in place. Dr. Doering did a this quickly and painlessly. I appreciated the gentle, sympathetic and professional service

Very frustrating experience. Scheduled a needed tooth extraction on a Wednesday. The weekend before on Friday they cold call me twenty minutes before they closed the office asking if I could reschedule, I told them I wasn’t sure of my schedule and I don’t want to lose the appointment I knew I could make and I would call them if I could accept the reschedule. They did not listen and scheduled over me and now tell me I have to wait OVER A MONTH to fit me in. I am extremely frustrated because now I have to go through the new patient process at a different dentist. Zero Stars.

Anna, did an awesome job on cleaning my teeth. Im one of those people who cringes at having to go to the dentist. My teeth are sensitive and I stiff in up while in the chair, just hoping it will be all over soon. This time Anna, didnt make mouth feel sore at all. I would recommend her for anyone feeling afraid or have sensitive teeth. Thank you, Anna!

We are so glad that we found Eau Claire Family Dental! This is hands-down the best dental care I’ve ever received. Both hygienists I’ve had were gentle, patient, and made some great recommendations based on questions that I had. Dr. Doering listened to all my concerns and explained things in a way that took away the stress that usually comes with dental visits. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to ECFD for 10+ years and have always had a great experience. Very honest opinions and Dr. Fleming is friendly and kind.

My beginning experience at ECFD was wonderful, and Dr. Doering is a phenomenal dentist. He explains procedures well, and takes his time with each patient, really getting to know them. Many of the staff are very warm and welcoming as well. They really had made me feel comfortable with each visit. Unfortunately, there was a turning point in my care. But I want to make it clear that I am only addressing an issue about a single employee which was very unexpected. I was two weeks out from my wedding, and also in the middle of moving to another state, and selling our home. To say I was stressed was an understatement. I got a phone call from ECFD regarding an unpaid bill. I explained to the woman on the line that I had plans to pay said bill, but was unable to sort out those financials until I had more time. I had told her I would be in as soon as possible to pay the bill in its entirety. At the moment she called I was at a doctors appointment for my child, and said Id have to call her back to discuss it, if she would prefer that. She proceeded to lecture me on the importance of paying bills, being responsible with our money, and then when I explained why I couldnt take care of it at that moment, she continued to threaten me, saying that our new home would be taken from us, because leaving an unpaid bill would hurt our credit SO badly that it would make us a liability to our lender. I was so completely taken aback. When I hung up the phone I felt completely distraught & hurt, that I would be treated by an employee in such a manner, for a bill that was (at that time) one month overdue. I had felt attacked by someone who was unwilling to listen or understand. Unfortunately that phone call ruined a perfectly wonderful experience & relationship with ECFD. I wish I would have had the confidence before we moved to speak up about it, at the time it happened. I will forever be grateful for the other staff members who showed me kindness & compassion. I hope that overdue bills are handled with more grace, and most importantly understanding, in the future.

Emergency appointment they got me in the same day. Took care of my issue and I was in an out in 30 minutes.
