We had the BEST experience with my 2 year old. Lexi was so phenomenal at making her comfortable and explaining everything that was happening. Dr. Helms continued the exceptional care. SO impressed, would highly recommend.

This is a great place to bring your children! My daughter is usually pretty shy, but they are so wonderful and patient she felt comfortable and warmed up quickly. It’s a child friendly environment and everyone is kind and helpful. A great place!

Taking my daughter here has been an incredible experience! The staff are all so sweet and willing to work with her any way they can. Not only were they exceptionally accommodating with my six year old daughter, but they accommodated me being a nursing mother who needed the privacy to nurse and pump. They truly are there for their kids! Thanks for making the WHOLE family comfortable 💕

I love this place!! 2 of my little ones just had an appointment here and the nurse and dentist were extremely professional, also they were very thorough with their details on what they were going to do with their teeth :) the receptionist was awesome too! I definitely recommend this place!

We have been working with Smiles in Motion for over four years now. Dr. Winn and the staff have been wonderful to work with! We have a 10 year old and 2 year old with very different needs; Dr. Winn has been incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and SO caring. Our oldest has severe anxiety, but has always felt safe in their care and has even said he loves his dentist appointments! Our youngest gets very nervous, but as a parent, I REALLY appreciate how they allow me to hold her throughout the entire check up! We are so very thankful for Dr. Winn and would strongly recommend Smiles in Motion!

My son’s first experience at the dentist was flawless! He was eased into all of the motions of the visit with forewarnings, explanations, demonstrations, etc. so he wasn’t surprised by anything that may discomfort him. He loved the “sucky hose” used to help rinse and being able to watch Paw Patrol throughout the appointment was super helpful! Super proud and appreciative mama here, thank you!

As always the staff is friendly on the phone, when we arrive, when my kids are taken back, when they explain appointments and potential needs... The staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are fully informed with everything. I never feel rushed, my questions are always answered. They are kind and sweet with my children. They are not judge-y. The put the needs of my kids first. They are proactive. They work with my insurance. They are upfront about additional costs. Prior to them we used a very much loved family dentist- but they werent experienced with pediatric dentistry. Having a pediatric dentist makes a world of a difference at appointments and for fillings etc... Thank you Smiles in Motion! You have went above and beyond to create a lifelong healthy relationship with the importance of the dentist for my children. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend!!

Weve gone to Smiles In Motion for years, my kids love it! They are always great with the kids, very friendly, they explain everything, and respect your decisions about options as a parent. One of my kids recently had a procedure done and it went so smoothly, they are super!

This clinic has been nothing short of wonderful to both our children! Our oldest needed quite a bit of work done and he never once complained about going back for more visits. The worst part is sending your kids in anticipating they are going to hate it and both kids always look forward to coming back! Thanks so much SIM! For all you do!!!

My kids have been going to Smiles in Motion every 6 months for dental check ups since they were a year old. They love going to the dentist and as a mom that is a major win! My son just needed to have his first cavities filled and 2 crowns done yesterday with Dr. Helms at the Eau Claire office and they made the process so easy and painless. My husband took him to the appointment and said the customer service is top notch, the appointment went very quick. I will continue bringing my kids here because having a positive dental experience at such a young age sets a great tone for lifelong dental care!!

Our daughter Olive has been resistant to go to a dental office since she had tx for enamel hypoplasia. Dr. Helms team has been showing compassion and patience for my daughter during two appts prior to this recent visit. All team members communicated well by relating messages to each other to bring out the best care, they also listened to our suggestions to provide most successful dental care for our daughter. Thank you all SIM team for the best care and caring heart for little ones.

We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the level of professional yet very kid friendly service our child received. The new Eau Claire location is amazing and our child was excited to play on the slide before their visit. When choosing a pediatric dentist for our child we reached out for suggestions on where to go and hands down smiles in motion was the top rated amongst friends and family and they didnt disappoint. My child even had someone from the center visit their school and teach them all about teeth and brushing and they received a tooth brush, packet of information for us and a tattoo that they thought was pretty cool. Our child came home and instantly, excitingly told us all out it! I was worried the first visit was going to be a bit nerve wracking for our child and they were so positive and friendly our child didnt bat an eye. When it came to the follow up appointment to remove some sugar bugs they were VERY helpful with the explanation of options and what they thought was best for our child. The receptionist helped us compare options for the pricing on the fillings our child needed and was so positive and used kid friendly terms as little ears were listening. The second appointment went amazing. Being an emotional wreck myself they asked that I stayed out in the lobby so I didnt disturb our child during her procedure (which I completely understood) and they were so comforting coming out frequently with updates when the whole appointment took 30 minutes! Our child is looking forward to going back! I cannot thank the staff at smiles in motion enough for taking such amazing care of our child and us. Highly recommended on all specs.

We were blessed with our fourth child this year. She was just perfect but we were having an awful time nursing it was very painful for me and she was not latching on correctly having alot off gas and not gaining any weight at her two week appointment, this was so confusing for me for I had nursed my other three just fine. I suspected she had a lip and tongue tie. I gave Smiles in Motion A call I was able to get in fairly quickly for a consultation we made the three hour trip down to have Dr. Winn confirm that she indeed had a tongue and lip tie. She was able to do the laser procedure that day( she was 15 days old). When she brought my sweet baby back to me (about five minutes later) I was able to nurse her right away and the difference was unbelievable. She ended up gaining 1 pound in one week! Not to mention the pain and the gas went away! I would highly recommend This procedure/Smiles in motion. The professionalism and the kindness of Dr. Winn and the staff was unbelievable. She now is a happy healthy nursing baby who is continuing to gain weight every day. And I am a happy mama without no pain.

We had a wonderful experience with Smiles in Motion, the cheerful staff made the whole appointment fun and made my son feel special. I would highly recommend to anyone with children, making dental work fun isn’t easy, but they have figured out how to make a lot less stressful for the children and parents!

We just moved to town and sadly left our old beloved pediatric dentist behind - the one that had seen our three kids through their first appointments, first lost teeth, everything. I was so delighted to find a fantastic new dentist at Smiles In Motion - Dr. Winn and staff were every bit as friendly, gentle, happy, and wonderful as our old office. And the old office didnt have a slide!!! We are so pleased with our experience there, all three kids (ages 3-9) had a great visit and are eager to go back. Looking forward to many years of return visits to this great practice (but hopefully no cavities!)

We started taking our daughter to Smiles in Motion in 2013. Dr. Winn has been exceptional to work with throughout this time, including the addition of our second child. We have worked with Dr. Winn and Staff through cleanings, an appliance for our daughter and most recently, a lip/tongue tie revision for our son.The staff a SIM have always made my daughter feel comfortable while at the office, regardless of what she was having done. With our son’s lip/tongue tie revision, Dr. Winn and the staff have excelled once again. They walked us through everything very thoroughly prior to the procedure. They made sure to take the time to make us feel comfortable and answer all of our questions. Dr. Winn and all the staff have been remarkable with the follow-up care that has been had with this procedure.I would highly recommend Smiles in Motion to anyone for their children’s dental care needs!

Don’t go here if you’re looking to establish with docs that actually care for their patients. I anting to split my children up among dentists because they randomly stopped taking patients with our insurance. So since my son has been seen there twice they would stop seeing him after his previously scheduled app in November. Absolutely disgusting and a money game for sure. The atmosphere itself was fine but they do not care for their patients. Very unfortunate.

Nothing but positive things to say about smiles in motion. Super kid friendly staff. Ive never had my child ask to go to the dentist until now. I dont get lectured like Im a bad parent here either. Play area with slide in waiting area. There are also tablets for the kids to play with. The kids get to choose a movie to watch while the dentist works on them, and when they are done, they get a token to buy a trinket of their choice out of a machine. Highly reccomended for any child that needs dental care.
