Super friendly staff and doctor. Easy to schedule appointments and the doctor, dental assistants, and hygienist, Kristin , are just the best! Everyone is very gentle and understanding of patient anxiety.

I have never been so comfortable going to a dentist appointment. I moved to the area looking for a dentist and was set up with Oak Park Dental after a recommendation. Dr. Emily is the best—personable, nice, and fun! I recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to go.

We recently moved to the area. We tried one dentist and he was quite rude so I got referred to Oak Park Dental by our insurance guy.Everyone is so friendly. The hygienist was gentle and nice. I believe her name is Jolene. Dr Kelly is awesome. He reminds me of our dentist back in MN. Hes friendly and does a great job of explaining things. I feel very comfortable when hes doing fillings.

I love the expertise of everyone there especially my dentist Dr.Emily. She is truly a down to earth professional as she works on me.All of them are very courteous and have a sense of humor. A+ from the office staff to hygienists to assistants to dentists. Ive had a wide variety of dental complications throughout the years but Oak Park staff have always done a great job. They have worked with me to maximize my insurance based on work that needed to be done. The staff are all extremely friendly and seem to pride themselves in truly getting to know their patients.

Dr. McCan, Chelsey, Kristin, and Tiffany walked me through the implant process offering answers and suggestions to all of my questions and concerns. They made certain that I was completely comfortable during the entire process. Things went so smooth and pain-free that they had me wondering when the implant actually would go in, as I had an expectation of discomfort. It was already in and I honestly didn’t feel a thing! After my dad retired from dentistry, I was very nervous about seeing a new dentist. Dr. Emily was amazing though and relieved all of my fears! She was gentle and understanding and I am happy to have seen her.

I have a really strong dislike of going to the dentist and I also have a bad gag reflex which makes trips to the dentist extra difficult, but Dr. McCan and my hygienist Tracy have done so much to help me relax and get through it. They are so empathetic and kind. The office is clean and well organized and they are always willing to accomodate my cleanings around my work schedule. Wonderful place to go even if you hate going to the dentist!

During the transition of CV dental I was not sure what to expect on this appointment. I was pleasantly surprised in all ways. The staff, Tonya the wonderful tooth cleaner...and of course saying good-bye to Dr. Olsen was great as well. The new office s very comfortable and inviting and I am glad to be a patient of this clinic.

I was taken care of timely and professionally. The front desk person called my new insurance provider and reviewed my coverage with me before I left my appointment. Tracey, the hygienist was punctual and did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. McCann is a great dentist who knows what needs to be done and he follows through to completion. I would not say its fun to go to the dentist but if you need dental work Oak Park Dental is the place to go

You never know till you try a new dentist, how the visit will turn out. Today I had my first appt. with Dr. Decker and his staff and I have never had such a complete exam, including x-rays, as I had today. Dr. Decker and his staff were congenial, and I found out things that no dentist had ever explained.Oak Park Dental is as professional as you will ever find.

Moving to Eau Claire from Madison I thought I was going to have a hard time finding a good dentist. I was wrong. Dr. Emily and a Vicki the hygienist are awesome and I’m glad to have them for my dental care.

Was supposed to have a tooth pulled. The oxygen (before the nitrous gas) was coming in so fast I couldnt breathe. So that was concerning. I couldnt keep it on as I couldnt breathe. I hadnt been to a dentist for quite some time and didnt know what to expect. I asked them to explain what they were doing as they did it to help calm my nerves. And they glossed over explaining what they were doing (had that experience with a previous appointment with this dentist - just lay back and let me finish and Ill explain everything to you when Im done. They pushed for me to have IV sedation and have all $8,000 worth of work they said I needed done all at once and gave me a credit card application because they wanted 100% payment up front for the $5,000 my insurance wouldnt cover. I am a human being, not a number. And I wont go into debt, especially with a high interest rate credit card! I am Blessed to make a good wage and live beneath my means and they wouldnt let me make payments. I left with my broken tooth still in my mouth. Staff was very nice, but they have a way of leading people where they want them to go - the reason I have that credit card application on my desk. But Im going to find someone else who isnt so stuck on himself, who will work WITH me and not treat me like a dollar sign.

When you get treated this nice by a great staff is hard to hate going to the dentist. They are friendly yet very professional and do a great job of making you feel comfortable. Ive never had a bad experience over the many visits. Thank you Dr. McCann for all the information and great work.

I dont remember the name of the dentist I had. complete idiot. At first he gave me the impression of competency. It was false. He actually talked me into cutting off half of my bridge because he could make it stay on one tooth better than two. In retrospect he was a used car salesman breaking my first car to sell me a new one. He destroyed my bridge to sell me on an implant. STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. Christine DeLanghe is amazing as well as the entire front office team at OakPark dental in Eau Claire. They make dealing with insurance easy and you always know what you have to pay ahead of time. Seriously can not say enough nice things about these people.

Experience here is always good. The staff is always friendly. I have had at least four hygenists over the years and they have all been great. Vicki is my current hygenist and she is a true reflection of the mission statement, professional and relaxed. Thank you Vicki. Dr. McCan never tries to do more for me than what I need.
