Unfortunately, the experience we had in couples therapy wasnt great enough to make up for their mistake. Be careful when scheduling with them. Someone scheduled us on the wrong day, so we missed the appointment, resulting in us not being able to go through them for therapy anymore. For my partners personal therapy as well as our couples therapy. This was extremely disappointing, and to continue the disappointment we now have to deal with the bank and everything because they continued to charge us for services months after they quit on us.
