Had surgery planned far in advance. I didnt want any surprise Bills. Everything cleared with insurance. And lo and behold, a massive bill. Apparently a bait and switch. How scummy and unethical does one have to be? Cancel the surgery and let me find a place that will be covered by my insurance. But instead, the board wanted their cut. I paid the price for unethical behavior.

Came from Marshfield to Oakleaf hoping they would provide better service. Was seen by a PA once and was told to go back to Marshfield because they dont take my primary insurance. I asked about my secondary insurance and was ignored. Asked again and the gal on the phone pretended she didnt hear my question and kept referring me back to Marshfield. Thanks a lot Oakleaf.

Oakleaf has been one of the best clinics Ive been to, My Doctor is outstanding, very understanding and compassionate, a lot of dr.s could learn from him.

I’ve been calling here steadily to get a prior authorization for my asthma inhalers, and they just take a note of it. Nothing ever seems to be getting done with this place. It is quite irritating that nobody is using the basic skill of verbal communication instead of leaving notes. Especially because I’m going on about a month without these inhalers..thumbs down…if only I were able to give negative stars….must be difficult for a doctor to do his job when no nurses work behind the doctors…

Trying to establish a new Dr. After mine retired. Process of theirs is awful. First, phone personnel are not very friendly. Two, wait time to see a Dr. is hurendes and 3, limited on Dr. Who takes Medicare. Back to Mayo.

I saw Dr. Rajan, he was very professional and answered all my questions. HIs assistant was professional and made me feel very comfortable being there since it was my first time. I came there to do an echo and stress test because I was having heart pains. Even though Dr. Rajan felt I didnt need those tests from the symptoms I was having, he ordered it anyway just to double check and make sure that we werent missing anything. that made such a huge difference for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Rajan.

Had a doctor cancel on my 330 appt for a hospital emergency visit and their team didnt call or text me. Drove 45 mins for nothing. Very unprofessional

Why is it so hard to get prescriptions refilled? pharmacy faxed a refill order on 9-11-2020 as of 9-15-2020 still hasnt heard from doctors office. Totally unacceptable!! this is not the first time this has happened, always excuses.

So as a resident of this area I see my regular doctor at this facility and only give high marks during those types of visits.The last two times I’ve needed my FED DOT physical I’ve gone here and these comments are regarding those visits.The PA who performs your physical here has a very terrible bedside manner and cares nothing about your livelihood or your family. My last two physicals ended up with me having homework and needing to come back. The PA gets extremely defensive when I (their patient) asked questions regarding her procedures and it got to the point where she produced a laminated sheet and was pointing out “the rules” as she called them.I’m a long time truck driver (since 2005) and have done these physicals yearly since 2008. So I’ve been through a few of them now.I’ll not be going back to this location in the future and urge other drivers to go elsewhere as well.Beware!

Absolutely unacceptable service! Appointment for 81 year old mother was at 1:15pm. Told to be there at 12:45pm. FINALLY called by nurse at 1:50pm. Saw cardiologist at 2:16pm, OVER ONE HOUR BEYOND APPOINTMENT TIME with NO communication. The follow-up with cardiologist wasnt worth the wait; talked in circles, no answers! No consideration for patients. Watched pharmaceutical sales women disembark at about 1:15pm so assuming the docs were wasting patient time getting perks but maybe they were just out to lunch. NO WAY should all of those beautiful, elderly people be stacked up in the waiting room like I witness; made to wait for over an hour (many were already there when we arrived) for appointments. We have lives, too!

Dr. Aron Adkins does not return calls for test results in a timely manner. When I call for test results I am told my message is on his pile. I am told he bundles test results. When I called about problems with a medication, I waited 5 days to be called back and it never came. I had to call them again. I am finding a new doctor.

I highly recommend here. My doctor (Dr. Reeseman) and Shannon ( nurse who works with Dr. Reeseman) are amazing. I never have to wait long when I go in for an appt. (All doctors have days they fall behind but it is rare here). Dr. Reeseman and Shannon are very personable, supportive, they seem to genuinely care, Im asked questions to see how Im doing both physically and mentally. They ACTUALLY know my medical history and you can tell theyve read my chart before Im seen. If I call I always get a return call within 1 business day (unless its a weekend or a holiday then its the day they are back in the office). The waiting area is clean and the receptionists are friendly and courteous. If I could give more stars I would!

I went in for a follow-up from an er visit about my back. My regular doctor wasnt there, so i ended up seeing a nurse practitioner and she refused to look at my xrays! She was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had also took in a paper for her to sign for the Wisconsin food share and she refused to sign that too! I will never recommend this clinic to anyone! I will be switching to mayo.

This is THE BEST clinic I have ever found. And my Doctor, the best I have EVER found. If you are in need of healthcare, this is TOP NOTCH. You hardly wait at all to get into see your Doctor. CLEAN, the Nursing staff is wonderful as is the front desk. All in alll, AAAAA+++++ !

The facility is sanitary, the staff is professional.

Ive been to many different Hospitals and Clinics over a period of 5 decades. My impression, facilities is a High priority for ECMG/Oakleaf Clinics. But more important is how they approach the patient as an individual. My interaction the Drs. and Staff leave me with the impression that these are caring, thorough, Professionals that work together to provide a Great patient experience while providing top notch care.
