The staff of Eastern Shore Endoscopy were fantastic, from the receptionist through the entire process. I was kept informed throughout the entire procedure from arrival to discharge. Very professional.

I have been going to this facility for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. They are all from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between professional, kind, caring, and informative. I would give 100% satisfaction rate for ever visit that I have had at this facility! I appreciate the care and kindness that I have received but I dont want to leave out that they have been 100% accurate in diagnosis as well.

Never thought I would post a glowing review of a medical place, but here we go. Dr Moran, nurse Mary and the others were pleasant, professional and efficient. The place is clean and well organized. Keep up the good work!

Dr Taskin, Nurse Mary and Nurse Carol were great. As soon I arrived, they made me feel completely comfortable. It wasnt one of those places that takes your name and leaves you in a waiting room. There was always a nurse with me. My procedure went so smoothly. I remember telling one of the staff that it seemed like I was changing into my medical gown and all of a sudden I was drinking apple juice and changing back into my clothes. All in all, these guys were excellent.

Everyone there was nice and personable. The doctor was extremely hospitable. 100% satisfied

No one is rushing the doors to get a colonoscopy but from my initial scheduling for my procedure , to the contact prior from the office, check-in, waiting , procedure to discharge I was informed , given quality care, was in a clean facility, with wonderful professionals and staff!!!

I had a great experience. The nurses and doctors are down to earth, thoughtful, and extremely competent. Even with the pandemic, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. They had all the appropriate precautions in place.

My husband had a couple procedures here. He said it was fine.

I am afraid that my experience was mixed, at best. The medical procedure was fine, and I received a rather short phone call, where the person somewhat reluctantly explained what pre-cancerous actually meant.I lot worse was the fact that when I came back from the anasthesia, I was asked what I wanted to drink and I mentioned that a coffee would be great. I was given a full cup of hot coffee, and proceeded to drop in over my stomach, as I was still dopey. A second degree burn was the result and if you are interested, I can send you some pictures. Make sure you instruct your staff a lot better!

The only issue I found unsettling is that the dr told me he would be getting with a surgeon because I need a hernia operation asap. Its been more than 2 weeks since the endoscopy and I havent heard a word since. The office did call and say the results to me stomach polyps, & I think them for that.

Everyone was kind and considerate. I had a broken heel and was in a wheelchair. I did not need help but everyone that saw me offered. I was well taken care of with blankets, something to drink and encouraging words. They were gentle and thorough and quick. Dr. Moran and the whole entire team. Thanks to you all.

Colonoscopy: a procedure most every human dreads and puts off for as long as possible! To my surprise the procedure was quick and easy ! The prep the night before was not fun, but tolerable.The nurses and doctor were truly awesome ! The group really cared and seemed to love what they do !I will have to return for another adventure in 3 years, but having the first one behind me (no pun intended!) will not be as dreaded or put off !!

Everyone involved with the procedures that I received at this facility was courteous and professional. They explained in detail what was about to occur. There was very little wait time and the facility was spotless and comfortable. Dignity and privacy were paramount.I was very pleased by the entire experience.

The procedure itself was fine, and the nurses and doctor were great. But after going through that horrible prep, I arrived and was told they had no record of my appointment—this was after losing the 13-page medical history I’d dropped off several weeks previously and making me fill it out again a few weeks before the test. But at least I was admitted anyway—and later I was told it was not my fault but that “one office hadn’t communicated with the other.“ They did, in fact, have my paperwork and I had arrived at the right time. Inconvenient and momentarily distressing, but not life-threatening. Still, I hope the office staff gets their act together.

Efficient, professional, no fuss with a personal touch

My experience with the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor were professional, and comforting. No one enjoys the prep for a colonoscopy, and I am no exception. I was anxious for the whole process to be over. But I followed all the directions I was given and was fully prepped for the procedure. I liked the text reminders about my appointment. The prep instructions were pretty clear although the copy I received had highlighted text which on the copy partially covered the text. Above all, I felt well cared for while at the facility and would recommend it to others who need to undergo gastrointestinal testing. Dr. Taskin was my physician and I would recommend him. Other physicians there may also be excellent, I just have no experience with them.

They make everything a breeze. Its nice being from Talbot County and having such professional medical folks and convenient facilities so close to home. Thanks so much !

The pre-operative situation was most challenging. The members of the medical staff were extremely polite and willingly addressed all of my questions and concerns. I felt blessed to have experienced a relatively comfortable procedure.

The whole experience was much better than expected. Kathy and Dr Moran were excellent and made me feel very comfortable and eased my fears.

The receptionist at the front was rude enough to make me never want to go back again. Had I not already prepped for a colonoscopy I would have probably left for good. Once past the nasty receptionist the care was excellent and professional and reassured me of my trust in this fine service.

They where wonderful when I started feeling unwell she helped me right away and checked on me to make sure I was still doing ok and the actual doctor was super nice and did his best to calm me down with a very happy manner. It’s a great place to go.

To me, Dr George Kunnackal Johns walks on water, I’m so grateful I have him as a Gastro Specialist Physician, I’ve dealt with issues for 10 or more years, out of the past 3 other health care persons I dealt with, this amazing, kind, and brilliant man has had my issues in remission since I’ve followed his med plan. Thanks so much for all you do for me Dr Johns, and btw, Dot-Dot one of his assistance is as awesome as he is!! 😊😊

My experience was rather pleasant considering that it was a colonoscopy. Prep was a bit long, but the exploratory piece was handled extremely well.I had no repercussions in the form of pain or any other unpleasantness.
