Horrible ! I just called with a crisis to set up an intake they turned me away saying I had three cases opened with them . I had 2 therapists leave that place and tell me there was too problems w that office and they found a better place ! I asked them how is that my fault ?The 3rd already knew people personally from my life and it was uncomfortable. The front desk girl gave me horrible attitude and I said this is how you talk to someone seeking help ? disgusting !

Melissa is wonderful with my 8 year old son. She gets him to communicate what is bothering him without even realizing he is doing it. He suffers with depression and is sad and has no idea why and she has somehow made him feel less terrible about feeling so crappy. Im so grateful for her. I knew I found a good fit with patient and therapist when my son starting asking to go to therapy or when his therapy was.

My therapist (Sarah) is amazing! I have dealt with anxiety and depression for many years. I never had much success in therapy, but Sarah is the first therapist I have had that really listens and challenges me. She is very compassionate, intelligent, and kind. She has helped me so much that I did not want to leave OMNI even though I did not like my psychiatrist. I was recently transferred to Dr. Caruso and he is FANTASTIC! I feel like I am getting exactly what I have needed for a long time!

I would give it no stars if I could. They are becoming a zoo over there in the last few months. No supervisor. No psychiatrist. They cant even fill outstanding prescriptions & the pharmacy is saying they are getting a run around and no one picks up the phone or returns messages for clients or pharmacy. The pharmacy hasnt heard back after two left messages and its been a week & a half. Usually have to call multiple times before you get someone. I wont get in all details, but they dont follow normal guidelines and it seems the place is going down fast. Its a shame and Ive had several other therapists discuss with me what I heard/saw going on and they agreed things werent done under proper protocol. I dont know what the problem is but it seems they cant get anyone to fill open positions and counselors have to act like supervisors, asking clients to cut short already shorter than usual therapy sessions.

I didnt want to write a review but I feel like I should in case it helps others with their research. I liked my therapist, Sarah, a lot. I showed up on time so much that we joked that if I ever stopped showing up, it meant something was wrong, and she said that was good to know. Well, I was having a hard time and stopped showing up and to date (3 weeks later) Ive never received a phone call checking in to see if I was ok which really hurt. :( It felt like I didnt matter. Also, I had an important form I needed signed and the office lost it after two months in circulation and being sent to two offices. I called to follow up on what happened to it several times, and in the past 2 months, I havent received any return calls about it.They have a policy that you have to see a therapist for 4 weeks before you can see a doctor for medication. if you are suffering from depression and contemplating suicide, not only do you not have the time to wait 4 weeks, you dont usually have the wherewith-all to participate effectively in therapy sessions.

Dr. Dunlop is a joke. I go for depression and panic attacks. He got mad at me because I missed an appointment because I was sick. So my punishment was to cut my meds in half. Accused me of having a drug and alcohol problem. Very unprofessional
