Dr Herring and her assistant Katelyn are truly amazing! I ended up here by chance, because both my Dentist recommended them AND they work with my insurance. I live in Delaware and needed a root canal on a tooth that was somewhat questionable if it could be saved. Katelyn was great at putting me at ease. Dr Herring is very gentle and simply the best that I have personally experienced. It is only the day after my procedure, and my pain is minimal. I highly recommend ! Oh… and the fried Turkey conversation was priceless!!! 😁 🦷 🦃

Had my first root canal today and was very nervous going into it. The staff at Bay Endodontics was great and made me feel so comfortable. My whole procedure took less than an hour and was just as easy as getting a filling. I am extremely happy and pleasantly surprised about the whole process. I would highly recommend using this practice!

I saw Dr. Taylor for a root canal and he was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, calm, confident and caring and repeatedly asked if I was okay. He kept me updated along the way on the progress so I never had to wonder where we were or how much longer. This was the most comfortable experience and I am no fan of the dentists and very anxious when having any dental procedure. I felt no pain at all, not even the novacaine shots, these reviews are all 5 stars for a reason...they absolutely deserve each and everyone. I would 100% recommend Dr. Ronald Taylor and his team to anyone looking for or in need of endodontic treatment. I only wish I had forced myself in sooner.....walked out without any pain after years of suffering.

Dr Herring and Kara were awesome. They asked questions and they communicated what the x-rays showed and let me know what they suggested to do to eliminate the issue. The Root Canal procedure went great and they kept asking if I was OK and comfortable through the procedure. I highly recommend.

Dr. Taylor is the finest endodontist I have ever been to. His staff is friendly, professional and respectful. In advance of treatment, you will know your out of pocket costs. No surprises! The office is clean and has the latest technology. It is amazing. Further, that nasty shot of Novocain on the lower right side of the mouth was absolutely painless. A wonderful place to get your dental work done.

I had 3 root canals done in 1 day at the same time in this office... first let me say I’m a complete big baby. Probably the worst one you ever saw. I stayed away from dentist office for years and finally went. The dentist was amazing. She explained everything that I allowed her to explain(lol) I was okay not knowing each step she was doing. Her assistant was great also. I can not believe it was a smooth process and I did not feel no pain. Getting numb was the major step which I’m Pleased to say that the dentist tested each tooth to make sure it was numb real good before starting the root canal process. I did not feel any pain at all during that process. My family thought I would be sleepy or on medication afterwards (again I’m a bigggggg baby) I was fine after the numbness wore off. I didn’t even need anything over the counter!! I truly wish this office could do more than root canals. I do like how she was very thorough. By the way the office is nice and clean! And smells good not like a medical place :)

This place is great. I had two root canals done. Everyone including Dr. Herring is so pleasant and beyond nice. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

I was pleasantly surprised. I dont recall having a root canal for at least 50 years. So I have no basis of comparison or understanding of the procedure. It was absolutely painless. The worst part if there was any was the smell from the drilling or whatever was going on--it smelled like burnt brussel sprouts. And we have an ongoing family joke about brussel sprouts. It was hard not to laugh. Dr Taylor and staff are very professional and very caring.

Dr. Herring is absolutely wonderful. She completed my molar root canal and I haven’t felt pain after the treatment. Everyone is so nice, from the time I called to make the appointment, check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!!!
